I tried the Radiant HOT26 Chillax class with Jeff. I'm not exactly sure what the class description was, but I wouldn't quite call it a yoga class. It felt more like a special kind of stretching class. It was different from what I was expecting, but for the most part I still enjoyed it. The room was heated, which was great, and they had a warmer side and hotter side. Jeff was VERY helpful and offered up slight adjustments to everyone to really hit the poses as accurately as possible. Jeff did not practice at the front of the room with us, but mostly walked around and gave instruction. Some of the instruction was unclear, or phrased differently and there were a few times where it would have been helpful to look up and see an instructor in the pose. At one point, a man walked up to the window and was just staring in at us for at least 5 minutes. It was very uncomfortable. I asked Jeff if we could close the curtains and he immediately agreed and apologized saying that that usually doesn't happen. I really appreciated that! I will be back to take a few more classes with my new student pass. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a studio!

Between labor itself and carrying around a baby I had several areas of pain and a body that felt super out of balance. Ashly was so kind and knowledgeable. Her methods were gentle but worked very quickly. The first session the pain from the bicipital tendinitis I had been diagnosed with was gone. I really only needed one tune up session for it. My hips now feel so much better and lighter the post baby birthing pains have stopped. I am currently getting help from Ashly for my ankle that I severely rolled when I fell while holding a baby throwing a fit. I will be seeing Ashly just to keep my body together between working, being a mom and wife it needs some extra attention.

I did take a look at a competitor closer to my house but I did not like their layout or atmosphere. I decided to sign back up and found the PF app extremely easy to navigate. I opted to purchase a year commitment vs month to month. Doing that waived the annual fee. For a clean, safe gym with updated equipment I spent well under $300- basic membership. Returning to a purposeful, structured workout routine with equipment I am unable to have at home will help with me meet and exceed my health and fitness goals. Very pleased so far!

There was parking available and lots of cardio machines available. They have TVs with closed captioning for entertainment This location had an upstairs area which is different, and there were elevators available. Women's and men's locker rooms were available with lockers to use (you have to bring your own lock though) and they have grab and go beverages for purchase. I was placed in an extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate situation by one of the trainers, Cynthia, who involved me in ongoing personal drama that should never have extended to a paying client. As someone who comes to this gym expecting professionalism, discretion, and a safe environment, I found the situation deeply concerning. What was even more disappointing was the lack of action taken by management. When I brought my concerns to Jason, the gym manager, and requested preventative measures to ensure I would no longer be subjected to this type of environment, I was told the situation "had nothing to do" with him. As management, protecting the experience and wellbeing of clients absolutely should be a priority. I escalated my concerns further through my trainer to the owner, only to feel dismissed and treated as though my concerns and experiences were invalid. That response was incredibly disheartening. It is truly unfortunate to see the culture and professionalism of this gym decline to this extent. Clients deserve to feel protected, respected, and comfortable in the environment they are paying to be part of. The owner has now decided because I'm voicing concerns that could harm the rating of the business to void memberships versus addressing the issue at hand.
