Tennis side of the club is livid 2) Renovation to Men's wet area are 15 months in and dry sauna works, nope, closed for the 3rd time this month. New tile is cracking .... 3) New Tennis director teachs at the club and has applied 5 times and on the 6th attempt gets the job. FyI 6tennis directors in 8 yrs Members pay the same monthly dues but Members who have been around have groups taking 7 or 8 courts every week and are not required to make reservations. THEY ARE GRANDFATHERED IN, per the new GM, Micki. OTHER members are required to get up at 4:55 AM, 48 hrs in advance to "maybe" get a court.

My son played in Men's Doubles 4.0 on Saturday and Mixed Doubles 4.0 on Sunday and did quite well, so that made the 15ish hours spent there worth it! The facility is clean and spacious with 16 indoor courts, some private rooms, a weight room, a retail area, some light snacks, water refill stations, etc... The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. It's a bit of a drive for us but if it were closer, we'd definitely play here more often!

They know, but don't fix. (See photos) Soap Dispensers filled with water, NOT soap, but water for weeks! Big health hazard. Reported to front desk and they said, "we know, the soap is on back order". YOU KNEW AND DIDN'T GO BUY SOAP AT COSTCO OR WALMART IN THE MEANTIME?! WTF! If you want to act like LA Fitness, change your name and drop your rates. If you want to be an elite gym, do a lot better. And I held off a long time before blasting Lifetime Scottsdale on here, so do better please.

The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

My daughter and her teammates would take a bullet for Coach Patricia and as a parent....I don't blame them. Coach Patricia is by far the best coach my daughter has ever had. She takes care of all her players and goes above and beyond to get them recruited at the college level. I only wish that we would have found her earlier. She coaches them hard and then follows it up with caring and kindness and as a father I cannot ask for anymore than that. I trust Coach Patricia and Peak wholeheartedly. The positive impact that Coach has had on my daughter is profound and immeasurable and word cannot describe how much I appreciate all she has done for my daughter and her players. Just look at the other reviews they obviously agree with me. The thought of my daughter not playing for her next year saddens my whole family and we will miss Peak and Coach Patricia very much and appreciate all they have done for us. I seldom go out of my way to post things like this but when I read horribly inaccurate reviews of such a fine organization as Peak..it really pisses me off.
