Can't fault the server she had trouble understanding our questions but we got it through. Chicken egg rolls are a food service quality mass produced and frozen. The soup looked rich but lacked flavour I am glad they provided Hoisin sauce only a little drop is all you need. Veggies fresh. Never had lemon but it was refreshing as well. This is a hard review to write because there are some good points and bad points. First, I ordered through their app which I downloaded. I ordered my standard pork bahn mi, cut in half. When I got to the restaurant to pick it up at the specified time, the ticket was still on the machine. I could tell the girl behind the counter was probably new and inexperienced so I cut them some slack. I sat down and the restaurant looked clean and somewhat trendy. I got my sandwich within about 5 min and went to my car. I opened the sandwich to take a picture (because I often forget before I eat it all). It wasn't cut in half and there were no jalapeños on it. The bread was traditional, the meat was a bit fatty and grisly but there was a lot of it. The cilantro was mostly stems (which I don't mind, but you might). The pickled veg was a bit too sweet for my liking. Bottom line: is it better than Yeh Yeh's? No. Did it quench my craving for a bahn mi? Yes. Will I go there again? Probably. They have Clean dining room and very friendly staff . If the food taste as it good as it looks on the website u are in for a treat. Lovely little pho and cafe. Very generous portion of fried tofu. I like that they let me choose my broth type because I love beef broth and fried tofu. The server was so attentive. She noticed I stopped drinking my coffee (because I wanted a photo of my full meal) and checked to make sure it wasn't too strong (it was perfect). There weren't too many people even though it was a Friday at 7:30pm. It was a very relaxing meal. I need to come back because they have so many coffee options and I want to try more! I saw photos of the stone pot pho from this place, and it looked great in photos. It's rare to find pho served in a stone pot, similar to hot pot style, where you cook the meat and noodles yourself. However, I was disappointed with the taste. The broth lacked flavor and wasn't sizzling as much as I expected. For $22.99, the portion of meat was small. We ordered pho (brisket, short ribs, beef, meatballs) Bahn mi (grilled pork) and The vermicelli bowl (Chicken and pork). Every dish was super fresh. The flavors were spot on. The broth for the pho was so rich in flavor it didn't need anything added. The Bahn mi bread was so fresh and the mayo they used is Authentic and tasty. They were doing their soft opening. Ordered the original bahn mi (with ham), my husband got the p3 stone pho. I got the p1 with tendon, brisket, and steak and with a side of the ribs. Broth could be better. I had a hankering for Vietnamese food and wanted to try a new local shop in the area. I had actually thought this spot was a different Vietnamese restaurant and was surprised to see the grand opening sign for this place. Since I was already there, I decided to go in and see what it's about. Prices listed was on par with what the other restaurants in the area charge. I made a takeout order for a grilled pork bahn mi. The girl behind the counter persuaded me to get a taro milk tea as well for two dollars off. Sure, why not? The drink came out first and I sat at a table waiting. The ambience was relaxed and I guess somewhat "hip"? K-pop on the intercom, the decor is brightly colored and overall very clean. I was the only customer in the store at the time. The employee who took my order was very friendly and considerate as well, bringing me a water when I was having a bit of a coughing fit. My sandwich was ready in around 10 minutes and I ate it while on the way home. It was DELICIOUS! Bread was crispy on the outside but so soft and chewy on the inside. Lots of carrots and cilantro (I'll probably ask for extra cilantro next time) and the pork was amazing! A little bit fatty, well marinated and tender. The only thing I thought could have been improved was the way they stuffed the ingredients in the bread - both ends (about 2 inches on each side) were just bread. Would have been a more enjoyable sub if the ingredients were more evenly spread. Taste of food is definitely 10/10 though. For the drink and sub, it came to around 17 bucks. Giving this pho restaurant a try since it's like almost out of the soft opening. At first glance, the bowl did seem really small for the price. We got the special pho and the customized steak, tripe, & meatball pho. The Stone pho seems to be the special at this restaurant but we wanted to try the regular pho first before investing in the special. The flavor of the broth was ok, on the clearer side style for clarity. I personally think adding more star anise would make this broth at lot better as the fragrance of pho was very mild. Meat portion was ok for the size of the bowl but u would expect the bowl to be larger for the price but we all know everything is so much more expensive nowadays so it's the norm in a way. In a way, this is a very typical pho place. Perhaps I will try the Stone pho next time and see if it's worth the hype. I've been here twice now and both times were disappointing for different reasons. The first time I got a grilled pork on me, which was good and the cold rolls. The cold rolls were nothing but the shrimp rice noodles and a very thin rice paper and they weren't wrapped very tightly and had absolutely no flavor. The peanut sauce was good though. This time I went in to give them another chance and I ordered the mango refresher, the picture on the menu shows fresh mango well they don't have any fresh fruit flavoring is a mango syrup not even a fresh fruit purée tea or soda water. For $7.25 which is way overpriced. I ordered the teriyaki chicken well done and aside egg roll which was one they charged me for an appetizer egg roll dish and my well-done teriyaki chicken is charcoal. Teriyaki sauce is pretty good and their salad is Romain lettuce which is nice compared to iceberg. However, they have the salad inside with the hot food so by the time I got home, it was completely wilted and an edible. I love to support local businesses, which is why I gave them a second chance, but I doubt I will ever go back. They have some things they definitely need to work on. read more

We stopped by here on an impulse, looked clean and cute inside. The waitress said they've only been open one month. Prices are kind of high and portions are on the small side. My kids liked the boba tea. When I went up to pay I tried to check my order on the screen and it blipped and went directly to the tip screen. Being with my impatient kids I selected 20% tip and just paid so we could leave.
