From a vegan perspective, I would recommend you check it out. The Spicy Ginger Tofu is delicious. It is flavorful and has a bigger kick than I would've expected. This place is a cozy hidden gem for pho in Corpus. I think it's some of the best pho in town. I've had a variety of their appetizers and entrées, but I always come back for their steak pho. I think the broth they use is very delicious. Some of my favorite appetizers are the spicy garlic edamame or their fried calamari. I wish this place got more traction because I think the food that they provide is great quality. It's fairly priced and I think they provide a good amount of food for what you pay. It's definitely more deli style than restaurant. You seat yourself, and a serve will come up to you and take your order. Every server that i've had has been nice and attentive. In Corpus Christi, Texas area this is hands down the best place to get pho second best is Hu Dat on Staples I haven't liked any other locations. But back to reviewing Pho'Tastic & Deli the service is personable they remember my face and order and go above and beyond sometimes I dine in and sometimes I pick up take out I would say the service is consistently great the ambiance is simple they have a tv usually airing sports but I enjoy it. Note the picture is the beef or filet pho I have switched back and forth the crab ragoons not pictured were good but cold in center I reheated later. My favorite Vietnamese spot in Corpus right now. We always start off with the tofu spring rolls and crab rangoon. I always switch up the entree. DIRTY! We found roaches in our food. The manager blamed the supplier and never once apologize. She was rude and uncaring.

I was refused service here because they didn't like that I left my table a few weeks prior. However, I had sat down and ordered everything I wanted, and continued to wait for at least 30 minutes without a drink or any attention from the waiter at all. I didn't complain, I just simply left since I had to be back at work by a certain time. Today when I sat down at a newly wiped table that smelled of sweat and mildew for some reason, I was confronted by the same ginger waiter about that day I had left. I explained that I had waited a long time without any service or drink after ordering, and she said they couldn't serve me unless I paid for that day's ticket since they made their food fresh. Perhaps I wouldn't have left if the waiters hadn't been so neglectful. read more

Our party of four adults decided to try this highly-recommended place on a hot Monday night. It's located in a busy shopping center off SPID next to Baskin Robbins, and is a medium space furnished sparingly. It wasn't crowded and we were seated and given the extensive menu. It consists of many pages of pho, appetizers, sandwiches bahn mi), noodle dishes, fried rice, bun along with a few Thai and Chinese selections. We ordered vermicelli bun with eggrolls, teriyaki steak, pho with beef and rice noodle and egg noodle with dark meat chicken. We added eggrolls and crabmeat Rangoon as sides. The food is good and presented well, lots of chopped veggies in every dish that are crisp tender. Meats were also marinated well and tender, the noodle dishes had a light sauce that was excellent. Rangoon and eggrolls (lumpia) were small but tasty. I removed one star because service was very slow and rather confused and because our table was sticky. The place was very clean otherwise.
