After a few visits, I'm willing to write this review. Upon entry, ignored by all the employees as they stood in the back talking to each other. Finally, when I was offered the opportunity to order, I advised them that I was actually dining in. I was sat and provided a menu. One person returned to take my order and a different person provided me my food, neither returned to my table the rest of my visit. #3 Spring rolls were thin and premade. Lettuce inside was wilted from being left in the refrigerator too long, not worth the $7.99. #22 medium steak and meatball pho had extremely chewy noodle, the steak was a weird texture and meatballs were cut into huge portions not easy to bite into. The broth was the most disappointing part, had zero flavoring and tasted extremely watered down, zero umami rich flavor. Ended the meal by returning to the counter to pay in order to leave. Restaurant was not busy employees remained behind the counter on their phones. read more

Pho is good. Sauce for Bun is different to me and the bowl has more bigger piece lettuce than what I am used to. The service can be improved more. Over all they are all nice. However, once you sit down and given the menu, it takes long for them you come get the order. And once the food comes out, they really don't pay attention to you at all. Hard to get refills on drinks or have additional item ordered. First the we went, the owner was there and the service was good. But after that, we don't see the owner, and the service is not that great. They are all behind the counter, looking at their phones or watching one makes the tea or getting one order. They never look around the restaurant to see if someone requires any attention. I hope this will improve. read more

In a shopping center with plenty of parking right off the freeway. Great location. Inside has plenty of seating and a nice feel. Service was excellent and very friendly staff. We ordered pork spring rolls with a small bowl of Pho and the grilled chicken and rice. Everything was pretty good except the chicken seemed to be old. I realize you have to cook chicken ahead of time. Otherwise the customer is waiting forever. But this chicken was really dry. read more

If you come here looking for a quick lunch, this is the place to go! The food comes out fast fresh the servers are nice and attentive, and the vibe in this place is just really relaxed and try their teas they are really good. I come here a lot so I know what to expect. The pho is great, but I wanted to try something different with the stirfry noodles and they did not disappoint. They go boom. read more

Visited this new location on their soft opening and we are glad there is still a pho restaurant location in this area. Located where Pho'Tastic used to be, the inside is clean and spacious. Parking is not an issue as it shares the surrounding parking lot with the shopping center. Has a large variety of dishes and drinks! (But no che dessert as of yet.) Pho: Scratches the itch but would rate 3/5 (for Corpus standards, probably closer to 4/5 out of the local selection). Broth tastes strongly of spices and a bit watered down. Drinks: They excel at their drinks. Great variety and flavors on point. Their Thai brûlée and Thai milk teas, for example, were sweet (but not too sweet) and no chemical aftertaste that some Thai teas have. Strawberry matcha was light and a nice balance of light matcha milk and tangy sweet strawberry puree. Boba was the perfect bouncy consistency. Would rate 5/5! Overall, would recommend for your Vietnamese food cravings given the local selection and convenient location off of SPID. Will be back to try their other dishes (there are 3 that are weekends-only that we are curious about including banh xeo or Vietnamese pancake, a childhood favorite). read more

I ordered spring rolls with grilled pork, before I ordered I asked if they were made fresh and the waitress said yes, she left and not even 2 minutes she was back and my rolls were dry and hard. I called her back to my table And explained they were dry/hard and premade she kindly offered to remake them and returned with a semi warm roll and the 2nd one was the same hard roll. Ambiance was so cute. Not too packed and not empty by any means for a Sunday night. Came with a friend, both of our first times here, and we loved it. Came here around 7:30pm on a Friday night and immediately got seated. Service was quick and easy. We are visiting from Fort Worth and I think the pho here tasted better than our go to place at home! The small size bowl was plenty and we each enjoyed our food. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area! We paid ~$50 for three bowls of pho and a boba tea. read more

My litmus test for Vietnamese is the spring roll. Mine was not good. It had been prepared earlier and was dried up on one end. I asked for a bowl of rice, but they did not understand only I did not know until too late. The spring roll itself had a piece of flat pork in it which also made it even tougher than the rice wrap. The sauce was not a conventional sweetened and spice fish sauce, but hoisin with some carrot and daikon? and peanuts, and was good, but not my favorite against convention. I was a decent tipper; despite the problems with the order. I saw one entree on a table that looked good, so don't judge a visit based on my review. They seem like a good bunch of people, but need to modify their approach on spring rolls. read more

Spring rolls and peanut sauce was slightly below average (tasted old, which is a shame because spring rolls make it break it for me). The vermicelli grilled beef with grilled shrimp was decent. I ordered ice tea and never got a refill. It was taking so long that I decided to pay and head out, I told the lady if I can get a cup of ice tea to go. She said it would be extra, I could have simply sat down and gotten a refill but most places give you ice tea to go. Very busy place. It so packed we had to wait for a table. It was worth the wait! First the good, the waitress was amazing. She took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions, which was great as it was our first time there and the menu is quite extensive. We ordered the Pho number 13 and fourteen with the egg roll appetizers. The Pho was amazing! It came to our table and you could smell the herbaceous spices. The noodles were perfect and broth was delicious especially once we personalized it with additional ingredients they serve on the side and of course some si racha. On the bot so good side the rib that came with the pho slide right off the bone was actually tough and lacked flavor Also the egg rolls while fresh were smaller than expected and nothing to write home about. Prices are a little higher than average. We are looking to go back and try their large assortment of ban mi sandwiches. read more
