Spring roll that smells like butt...
Oksana V.

Have been ordering here for years and wow did it go downhill... spring rolls smelled!! literally!! Yakisoba noodles tasted like bathroom air freshener... it was our last time here. And service is crap too. All new staff and they are not it.

Regular steak pho #01. Pho Tai

Popped in for a quick lunch. What a satisfying bowl of pho. Enjoyed every sip. Service was friendly and fast. Welcoming atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

They can't even get this right.

The place is busy today. Our server let us know there will be a bit of a wait for food. No big deal. We are 15+ min into waiting after placing order. Server returned after all this time to verify our order. Wtf. And btw, no iced coffees have arrived. They are grossly understaffed tonight and it shows. The employees are trying but def 4 people short. End of day, it's pho, not rocket science or a meal from a Michelin star restaurant. Coffee just arrived. Coming up on 22+ minutes. No food is on the table except for the sprouts, lime n basil plate. OMFG. They put our order in AFTER our server came to dbl check the order. What a fn shitshow. ***UPDATE*** The food finally arrived. The soup was just a tad north of lukewarm. Our appetizers were borderline cold. I spat out the gyoza onto the table. It's definitely store bought and undercooked. I told an employee to take all of this away as it is disgusting. The manager tried to charge us for the appetizer. Yea. That didn't out work well for her. Broth was not hit and was on the sweet side. Ugh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE. side note. Even the Vietnamese coffee was off. I should be wired af right now but no.. just a dose of diabetes w a touch of coffee.

Thai Tea

A solid late-night pho spot that's open until 11 PM. This is my partner and I's go-to spot when craving hot soup at night, and our food always gets served pretty quick! Their frozen yogurt is really good, it's sour and comes in a pretty good amount. Their Thai Tea is also yummy and comes in a bigger cup compared to other Thai teas that I order at restaurants. As a regular, I enjoy coming to this place, and is very much a comfort spot for me. :) Overall, the ambiance in this place gives a warm and welcoming vibe and it's always decently busy when we go so it goes to show how many other people also enjoy this place as well. If craving late-night pho around the area - come here!!

Chicken Teriyaki

Please do not get the chicken teriyaki here, I wanted to try something different from Pho Tai.... Just don't. It's terrible! Covered in a weird sauce and doesn't taste right.

This place is very fast to take your order and bring your food right away! The waiters and waitresses are very nice and efficient. I've had pho at many other places and no two places make it the same, however, this is my favorite spot and I've been going here for over 6 years now!

It's literally only 11:06 PM
Dem K.

Don't say you close at 12 and say you can't do Dine In after 11PM and you close at 11:40. What kind of BS is that!

Slimy bean sprouts and they forgot my tendon for my Pho!!!
V A.

Pho Thai: I ordered the #15 Pho to go. This comes with rib eye steak, fatty flank, tendon and tripe. I received no tendon, beans sprout bag with the jalapeños was slimy. The broth was luke warm and tasted like straight watered down beef broth. I order here cause it's simple to order from. But definitely have to rethink it. This place has gone down hill when it comes to their pho. The broth does not have a rich flavor to it, like I'm use to from other places. I don't know if they were running out of pho broth or what. But straight water down. I won't be going back here for a while. It's not good and a waste of money at least for the pho.

I have been going to this place since I was in highschool. It was convenient and open late but I have always hated the service. The Asian lady with the short black hair (she wouldn't give me her name) that is up front behind the desk most of the time has always had the WORST attitude. The reason why I'm writing a review now is because I'm done with this place. I'm done with the terrible service, when I order Togo or through DoorDash when I'm not feeling well and they think they are slick by putting the bad parts of the steak for the Togo and they always miss something in your order. The meat from the steak pho when dining in is NOT the same meat as if you were going to order one Togo the Togo "steak" looks like ground chicken. That's wrong! Because they know people won't say as much or go through all the trouble to get money back for a Togo order. I'm tired of most of the workers having such bad attitude and being rude. The only person who is genuinely nice is the shorter Hispanic young lady. She is the SWEETEST! It suck how a spot that is a go to for the community has to be vainly disgusting. It's time something is done about this place. There are better and more genuine pho places near by. You have lost a good customer, a customers friends, family, and their community. We all will not be going here ever again. Sorry. Please improve.

Combo vermicelli bowl
Amanda M.

If you're looking for a late night Vietnamese spot here's your place. We thought we were going to a Thai place but it was all good. We ended up just getting vermicelli salad Bowls with the shrimp (which is lightly fried and shell on) kinda gross bc the shrimp still has the vein in (barf) and if you peel it they're mushy. But the flavor was just fine and it came out pretty quick. The service is so so... they'll take your order and then once you get your food they'll be around but not really attentive. You walk up to the register to pay. The Thai tea was bomb and I didn't try the combo rice bc I was full.

what's supposed to be chicken fried rice.

I put in a simple order for my son & I. My son's pho & side of rice came out within 10-15 minutes. I waited for our spring rolls & my vermicelli bowl well after my son had started eating. I asked about my food just before 7pm to which I was told it was still being worked on. I paid my tab then asked a short time later that I'd like the remaining food to go. At 7:15pm I went up to the register to request a refund for the items I never received. I was asked if I had paid my bill (by the same young lady that took my payment). I handed her my receipt & she informed me that my food had been ready. It's unclear why, it was never brought out. I had told her that we had been waiting for an extended period of time to which she agreed. I pointed out that another two person table, that arrived after us, had been served their food before us. The young lady plainly told me that it was out of her control since there were new people in the back. No apology just an excuse. No one took responsibility for the disorganization in the back. I again requested a refund only to hear that she didn't know how to do a refund. I'm the end, I was given the cash for the two items minus the taxes. I've been to this establishment in the past & never have I experienced this type of situation. Hopefully, it was just a one off because they have excellent food. For now, I have no desire to return

You order from the touchscreen at your table and their friendly staff delivers it for you. I wanted a try a bunch of stuff so we just ordered and shared everything. Meat Lovers Fries (5): exactly as you'd imagine with sweet bulgogi meat, this was just super tasty and disappeared quickly. Bulgogi Tacos (5): Another winner. IMO bulgogi on anything and everything! Tacos allows you to dress it how you like and its fantastic! K-Steak Quesadilla (4): very cheesy with steak. The steak wasn't as good as I was imagining it to be, but it was still a fantastic dish. The kids mostly ate this and the fries. Crispy Chicken Katsu Burrito (3.5): Crispy chicken katsu... wrapped like a burrito. What I like about their burritos is that the tortilla is coated evenly with a layer of rice so its not all glumped up. It's spread out evenly. I think the breading of the katsu was good, just maybe a little too much for a burrito. Kimchi madness burrito w spicy pork (5): you can get this with bulgogi or spicy pork. Had to try the spicy pork and it was delicious! I think the burritos need to have just tons of meat inside. So this was a hit! The kimchi provided nice contrast as well but I do wish it was more tangy. Bulgogi steak burrito (5): Like the tacos, put this bulgogi on everything! Yeah its good. Overall, I was in splurge mode but the family enjoyed it... and so did I. Tasty spot!

The tablet at table ordering was odd, especially since I was here with a friend and had two separate orders. And paying at the end was a bit hectic with a bunch of people standing around the counter waiting for stuff. I think it would have made more sense to have the tablet also take payment. That would streamline the process and let me just leave when I'm done. All in all, it was a fine experience. The logistics / layout kinda make it feel a bit hectic.

I think they usually mostly cater to lunch customers because they closed at 6 PM. I asked the employee what the most popular sandwiches were and she told me it was definitely the crispy chicken bacon banh mi. We ordered that and a spicy pork shrimp banh mi. Both were excellent! I really liked the bacon one more and my partner really preferred the pork shrimp one more so it worked out. Both were a 10/10!!! Crispy fresh fluffy bread. Not stale at all. And about $35 for both sandwiches and a can of Coke. Beware that crispy chicken will cut up the roof of your mouth though. It was worth every bite!! And they were so big that I could only eat half. Saved the other half for the next day and it was just as delicious. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town and it's not too late.

My favorites are the Thai chili shrimp & pork bao and their spicy torched shrimp & pork rice. Their portions are generous and they do not skimp on the meat. The only criticism I have is that the bao bun does start to fall apart getting soaked with the juices from the meat and sauces. Food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes. A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. Definitely recommend this spot!
