The pho at this place is hands down the best in town. My friends and I used to be regular customers and we still love their food. However, we have noticed that the prices have gone up significantly lately. Sometimes, when we order takeout, they only give us a small amount of basil. I hope the owner sees this as constructive feedback rather than a negative review. It would be great if they could consider these points and make some improvements. Recently, due to the significant price increase, we have started going there only once every two months. Interestingly, we have found that other pho places we have visited in the past few months have considerably lower prices and larger portions, even in Beverly Hills. We really want to continue supporting this place, but given its casual ambiance and the fact that it's a takeout restaurant, it's hard for us to justify paying such high prices when we could dine at a nice restaurant instead. read more

I have never had such a large portion of Pho before in my life. We ordered to go- the House Special (combination) and the Beef in the large sizes, and had to move them into large mixing bowls before pouring the broth in because there was so much! Even though the portions were so large, the flavor of the broth was top notch. We also ordered a pork banh mi and a beef banh mi (also were twice as long as any other banh mi I have had), which we couldn't even get to until the day after because we were so full. My mom and I love Pho Sure! The host and wait staff are always super friendly and attentive. The amazing service is honestly just a plus on top of the delicious food. My mom loves their beef pho, and even though I'm not a huge fan, I'm glad I have found options on the menu that I will keep coming back for. HIGHLY recommend the pork banh mi, the pork is so juicy, fresh, and delicious! Their chicken fried rice is surprisingly a new favorite. They gave us a HUGE portions so we had plenty of leftovers that my brothers devoured once we got home. We also tried out their fried pork egg rolls which were also amazing! The broth is really tasty and the spring rolls were pretty amazing as well. We tried the steak spring roll with the peanut sauce. There is plenty of parking and the wait for a table of 5 on a Saturday night was only 10 min. I really recommend the pho and the spring rolls. We definitely will be back to this spot. Very excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant pop-up in the Santa Clarita Valley. I would see it on our way to our kids' soccer matches each weekend at West Creek Park and yesterday (6/9/12) decided to stop in a give it a try for lunch. I work in Downtown Los Angeles near Chinatown and Little Tokyo, so Pho has been a part of my lunch experience for over seven years and there are two quick ways that I decide whether a spot is up to my standards - freshness of ingredients and dishes available. The title of the restaurant gave me pause (World Famous Vietnamese Noodles), but after looking over the menu I found the three mandatory dishes I love -- Bánh mì sandwiches, cold vermicelli noodles and Pho soups. NOTE TO OWNERS: with so many options to choose from, the type is a bit too small; maybe a wall menu or reprinted tabloid size. Today I was looking for a small soup and sandwich and wasn't disappointed. The Chicken Bánh mì sandwich was very tasty -- the tiny baguette (great for lunch), pickled veggies were very fresh and flavorful (caution Jalapenos on deck!). I hoped for a small soup and for $5.95 I wasn't sure what to expect but I got the standard large Pho and when I got home and mixed together the noodles, onions (green and white), mint, basil, jalapenos and broth I WAS IN HEAVEN. Santa Clarita doesn't have many good "ethnic" food places. This place is definitely one of the few "ethnic" places in Santa Clarita that I actually have been to a few times since I've lived up here. I usually get the charbroiled pork bun (pork over noodles with fish sauce) and the pork fresh spring rolls. Not a huge fan of pho in general, but if I want soup I order the M7 Mi Ga with chicken because I like egg noodles. I've tried at least one other Vietnamese place in Santa Clarita (pho Valencia) and this place is much, much better. Walking up to this restaurant, I knew we were going to have a great meal. The place was semi packed, but we only waited about 5-10 minutes. When we sat down, it took the waiter a while to take our drink orders, but it was okay, they were busy. This place made me happy when I ordered the beef stew with egg noodle soup (M4). It was the best I've ever had. I usually like getting this soup at a place called Kimtar in Cerritos, but since I live closer to Valencia, this place is my new spot when I'm in the mood for noodle soup. The beef was tender. The noodles were tasty. It wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be but I added a bit of hot sauce and it was perfect. I also squeezed some lime into the soup and it was delicious. After a 12 hr shift at work and no lunch, I was starving and craving my favorite restaurant Pho Sure so I decided to go to dinner with my son. Every time I go I usually order the kids meatball pho size as the regular size soup is a lot for me plus I hate throwing away food. I asked the waiter if I can get 2 kids meatball phos, some egg rolls and a Thai ice tea. The waiter tells me that she needs to verify with her boss as the kids meal is only for 12years and under. I explained to her the reason why I like to order a small soup 1. Not trying to waste food, 2. Want to be able to eat something else and if I ate a regular size bowl, it would get me very full. (I'm small and don't eat a lot). After the waiter comes back from verifying with her boss, she says to me "I'm sorry but my boss said no, it's only for kids". I was very confused, couldn't understand what was the big deal of ordering a kids bowl? I wasn't trying to be cheap, I was planning to order more food not plus the price difference from a regular bowl and a kids bowl was only 4.00 dollars. Since I was craving pho, I had no choice but to order a regular soup, eat it all and not eat my egg rolls. I was too full by the time was done with my soup. I'm very disappointed at the manager on how I was treated today even after I explained to the waiter and manager my reasons for ordering a small plate (kids size). I hope the extra 4.00 dollars I paid for the regular pho made the business richer. read more

I never come here for the pho because I believe that I can get better ones in the valley. I do, however, come here for the Bahn mi. It is pretty tasty and the sandwich itself is pretty big and filling. Whenever I crave Bahn mi, pho sure has the best in the SCV area. The family and I were craving some pho and were excited to stumble upon this place! However, the excitement died down super quick and we were greatly disappointed. ALLERGIES: Do not eat here if you have allergies of any sort. They simply do not care. We made specific requests to NOT include specific foods into our meal and the server brushed it off and didn't write it down. He did repeat what we said, but apparently his competency is limited to parroting rather than follow through. Our order came out unaltered. We had to send it back and, sure enough, the allergen causing food was removed but there was a "dent" where it was! Whenever my husband and I travel by the Santa Clarita area, we always stop by Pho Sure for a meal. This time was no exception. Our meal was fantastic as every time before. I ordered the specialty Pho with eggrolls as appetizers and a delicious Vietnamese coffee. My hubby favored meatball Pho and Taro boba. If I were not concerned about blood sugar rising, I would have intravenously injected this liquid gold (VN coffee) into my veins! Kidding aside, my Pho bowl was delicious, eggrolls were excellent as usual, but most special was the service. Staff was clearly busy at the dinner hours but they did not miss a beat to provide prompt and courteous service to us. The ambience at this restaurant is pleasant too. I stop by this place after a long day at Magic Mountain- Pho is always my to-go-to place! I was so happy to find one in the area! Immediately upon entering I can tell that this place was not a typical Pho place. Very nice décor and ambiance, which is definitely more modern! Definitely not a rectangle room with chairs. I'm Vietnamese from the valley and let me tell you that the typical pho shop anywhere else is dirty and everything is sticky from the chopsticks to utensils. I'm used to seeing people wipe their utensils before eating but here, Pho Sure uses disposable chopsticks and their utensils are clean. I was greeted by someone almost immediately upon entering and sat. I got up and went to the restroom and guess what I didn't find? Clutter in the restroom; it was actually clean and very usable. Very good indicator that the owners here care about their customers. So kudos!! I was kind of skeptical about whether or not the food would be authentic given how modernized the restaurant was. Anyway, I went back to my table and saw that the menu was extensive and seems authentic enough. They even had my favorite dish, the Vietnamese pho pizza (Pho Ap Chao)!!! Others in my party ordered the typical pho and waited about 5 minutes and the pho came out first. I totally understand because I am assuming that pho is faster to put together than my Pho Ap Chao. OMG, the bowls were huge! It totally justified the price. What I loved about this place is that the pho bowls all have plates underneath them and the servers brought them out holding the plates and NOT sticking their thumbs in the soup itself (typical places would do that). I got a bite from my sister's pho and yep, it's authentic just like what pho is supposed to taste like. I read some of the other reviews before coming with some saying that the broth is not real, are you nuts? I'm Vietnamese and have eaten everywhere (San Jose, Westminster, Reseda, Las Vegas and even Saigon) and this place is the real deal. My Vietnamese pizza came out and it was piping hot. The pan-fried noodles were crispy and the inside was soft and chewy, heaven!!! This place is a true gem in a pretty surprising location, Valencia of all places. I don't understand the negative reviews. The service was not to the standards of Beverly Hills but it's a pho place. What do you expect for the prices? I've been coming to Pho Sure for years and I have fantastic food and a wonderful experience each time. Foodies will know this: you try a new restaurant for the first time for the food but you go back for the service. Let me tell you that my family and I go back to Pho Sure because of the delicious, authentic food AND the amazing hospitality and wonderful experience. Let's start with the food. My family is Vietnamese and eating here feels like eating at my mom's table growing up. I've had almost everything on the menu and the last time we were there, my husband and I shared the pho with meatballs and a bun with pork dish and both were absolutely delicious. The pho broth is exactly how it should be and the bun was fresh with awesome ingredients. Let's talk about the service. My service has always been consistently warm and wonderful. We've been treated like family since the first time we ate here. The last time we were there, a waiter we didn't know, seated us immediately and was super attentive but not pushy - which is the perfect balance! With all of the new restaurants moving into this neighborhood, I appreciate that Pho Sure has been consistently delicious and gracious. The pho is great here and I love making the drive across town for it. This time I tried the fried rice and Thai tea boba as well. The fried rice definitely doesn't look look fried rice at most places, it is very orange in color and the rice/veggies felt undercooked. The Thai tea was super yummy but the boba pearls were not great, they were pretty tough compared to other boba places and the flavor wasn't the best. I tried this place for the first time with a group of friends, and we were not disappointed! We ordered for pickup, and the food was ready fast. The orders were organized by number on separate tables, everything was very efficient. The portion sizes were generous, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the seafood pho was! The broth was excellent, and I loved the mix of squid, shrimp, crab, and fish balls! My favorite part of my order though was the egg rolls!!! They are amazing!
