I gave it a 3 stars mostly because customer service was horrible. She never checked on us after we received our food and took forever for us to get our box and check. My daughters and I decided to drop by because all the great reviews on yelp. We were not at all impressed. The pho tasted as if it was an instant broth and not cooked for hours as it should have been. My both my daughters ordered the bún bò Huế and neither one of them enjoyed it. The meat was tough and the broth was spicy but bland. We asked for mắm ruốc to better season the broth and for two bowls we got a teaspoon worth. There wasn't the herbs that usually accompanies the dish which makes it unique. Overall I would not recommend to anyone who knows what the cuisine is suppose to taste like. For the pho, they bring you your broth with meat, and a plate with basil, cilantro, sprouts, jalapeño slices, and a lime wedge on the side. You can add as much or as little flavor as you want. I ordered pho which was just okay, the broth was fairly weak, and a cup of hot tea. The waiter completely forgot my tea and brought it after the majority of my meal was eaten. My boyfriend ordered vermicelli and they completely forgot the fish Sauce. He asked for fish sauce to go with his meal and they never brought it.
