Best pho broth, banh mi's, the crunchiest spring rolls, and atmosphere around town! I tell everyone about this pho restaurant I always get the flank beef pho, with egg rolls, and a different fruit boba drink at the end. You can bring a date or your family of 5 to eat comfortably here. There's also a really cool vintage art through out the restaurant that have touches from back home. They also do online ordering if you decide not to dine in.

Crawfish

Honestly I was skeptical but this place really blew me away. We came to Pho Pensacola and got the crawfish fried rice for my son and it was really good. The amazing part is they actually use fresh crawfish not that frozen tail meat you usually get. The crawfish boil here is amazing too. We started with 3 lbs just to try it and ended up ordering 3 more lbs because it was so good. It is the viet style crawfish where they toss it in the sauce afterward. I got the garlic butter and the seasoning was really on point. The crawfish size is huge and they didn't overcook them at all, everything came out fresh and hot. We also tried the yogurt drink and the kumquat tea and those were great too. We were enjoying the crawfish( they were better than the one we had in Nola) so much we didnt even order anything else but based on what I had I'm sure the other dishes are worth a try. Service was nice and friendly. Family restaurant and kid friendly! I visit Pensacola all the time and I didnt even know about this spot. So if this pop up on your search run to it!!!!Definitely going to visit every time I'm in town now.

Stopped by here while driving through and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. Was authentically and beautifully decorated with cultural items. Very cozy, warm atmosphere. We ordered Veggie and tofu pho made to order, with veggie broth. Was happy to have vegetarian options for pho! Also wide selection of noodles and rice. Great dipping sauces/chilis/etc on all tables. Parking lot is spacious out front.

Pho with rare steak, flank and meatballs

A go to pho place! I will definitely going back very soon. All around great good and good service. Money well spent with this family owned business.

This restaurant came highly recommended by some locals we have become acquainted with. We decided to pay Pho Pensacola a visit to find out if the place is really that good. Well... signage outside the store says they offer sushi. Their online menu has lots of sushi rolls on the menu. When you get seated and receive a menu you learn they no longer serve sushi. So some of the kids were disappointed. We ordered grilled pork spring rolls, which I wasn't very pleased with, and rare steak pho. The pho broth was good. The food came out pretty quickly, and whenever we requested something it was provided in short order. The dining room is spacious and nicely decorated. The service is pretty good. But at the end of the day it looks like Saigon Oriental Market is still going to remain my favorite!

This place has what I call the "freshness factor", especially in their boba REAL fruit smoothies but really everything had an extra flavor zing I didn't expect. Lots of good comfort food here. I had an awesome experience a year ago too, and even though they don't serve sushi anymore they've perfected their pho focus. My husband wanted me to write that the Vietnamese beef stew was especially "stew-pedenous", he drank every drop of the broth. He also loved his mango smoothie! A spry depth to both the green tea and cinnamon spices in the pho. The service is lightning fast; a classic warmth to the ambiance that comes with a family run business. I plan to return especially on a chilly day.

Vietnamese born here! I was suspicious with how it looked outside, but as soon as the doors were open; I knew I was at the right spot. We were visiting from TX. Waiter spoke well versed in Vietnamese and was very considerate towards us. The food overall was good and satisfied by Vietnamese craving. All of their choices were pretty authentic and I enjoyed their menu. Pho was just as good as their rice plates. I have to recommend their Bo Luc Lac. For me it was a good 8/10. Their appetizers were pretty generic, but still overall good! Didn't get to try their boba, but their Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese Coffee) was pretty good! Tip: If you're not used to how strong the coffee is make sure to have the ice melt a little.

Delicious pho and great prices! The steamed gyoza and crab Rangoon were good, but the pho stole the show . It was flavorful and comforting. Service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

B1. Pho Special Honeydew boba

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning back whenever I am visiting Pensacola again. I am a Pho-addict and this spot sure hit the spot. I had the combination Pho with all the meats & Honeydew boba smoothie.

The Brown Sugar Boba was amazing. The texture of the tapioca balls were perfect and had a really tasty sweetness to them. The Banh Mi were good, but missing the Vietnamese mayo. Would love to see a combination sandwich added to the menu.

Fresh Durian BUBBLETEA

First time trying this place, here's my verdict. The place is clean and decorated in their traditional, cultural decor along with the music, one would imagine they're dining at home. With old style moped, tv and a traditional menu to go along. They do offer Cajun, sushi bar as well as fries. Something for everyone and for all ages. I went with vermicelli grilled pork, pho, fried shrimp with fries basket, 2 sides of spring rolls (that's how I roll, pun intended ) and a fresh Durian bubble tea. Food didn't take too long, spring rolls were steaming hot and my customized bubbletea came out perfect to my demands. Also, first place in Pensacola I like, definitely hit the spot in my search for a good fresh fruits bubble tea journey. Presentation was nice, good service and competitive price to another Asian restaurant Tu Do which was my go to until this place. Pho was very aromatic and bold, in both taste and smell as if it's been simmering all day waiting for that customer who's going to rate them on a Gordon Ramsey level (harsh and honest). The spring rolls were crispy and none greasy (the way it should be but believe you me, not all places satisfy the same way). All in all, my go to (Tu Do restaurant I've been going to for over a year now) had been dethroned and I'm rating this place 8 out of 10 (and I'm very critica). Ample parking with a nice, serene and storytelling water fountain as from a scene of an old folk tale with koi fishes, water falls and people fishing like in the olden days. Keeps kids entertained for 5 mins, guaranteed ! Went back second time and got videos of the food to show and tell. They're friendly but the one male waiter just needs to learn the language but he can improved. I BELIEVE he can do it. He is very friendly and professional !

One of our favorite, actually it is our current favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Pensacola. I've tried all of them. The food and service have always been good since the change of management from Seafood Station to Pho Pensacola. I have already been here three times since it became Pho Pensacola. Pho, hu tieu, banh cuon, and boba drinks are amazingly delicious. My husband also complimented their gyoza as being pretty good. This place is definitely our to go when we're feeling Vietnamese food time. Ambiance, it's very casual, and the decorations are very nice to the eyes.

Crawfish fried rice

By far the best Viet restaurant that I've tried in Pensacola. When visiting my parents, this was one of their top recommendations for food in general. Everything here is great, you can't go wrong no matter what you pick! Great selection; their menu is /huge/ with a wide variety of food. From their pho and other Viet dishes to seafood boils to even sushi, it's all wonderful and the number of choices is great for when the group can't agree on what to get. Great service, and I also thought the prices were very reasonable. Of all the food I've had here, the highlights for me is the crawfish fried rice. Perfectly cooked, light, and not overly greasy. I don't know how to describe it, but this might be some of the best fried rice I've had in a restaurant. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Once we were seated, our server Rick was right there. He is pretty funny so ask for Rick on the weekends. He gave us some great ideas and we went with what he suggested. We had the Grits A Ya Ya and the Catfish Meuniere. The grits were probably some of the best we have had. They were creamy, smooth and cheesy all at the same time. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and made that dish rock. The catfish had a pecan crust and the sauce that was over it made it an amazing dish. For dessert, we had an amazing bread pudding and key lime pie. The only this about the desserts that need correcting is the green sauce on the key lime pie. It doesn't do anything for the pie . The manager Dean came over and apologized for the delay in getting our meals and we really appreciated that. He was really nice and made up for our delay in dinner. We will definitely be back and the views help make the dining experience even better.

This spot is unassuming -- almost deceiving based on appearances -- but don't judge a book by its cover. The food is GOOD. For example, the chicken tenders are seasoned to perfection. You can tell the marinade wasn't rushed. Flavor all the way through, not just on the surface. You will not go wrong with the Grits YaYa. Looking back at my previous review, I ordered it last time too. Normally I'd try something different, but I'm not even mad that I circled back for the same dish. That says a lot. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the boat dock and the Bay Bridge -- a nice view whether you're with family or on a date night. Definitely add this one to the list.

Although this is definitely a preferable location given its adjacency to downtown Pensacola. The drinks were outstanding. Everyone raved about the scallops. I will definitely be re-ordering the crab avocado salad. It was off the charts. The mushrooms and brussels sprouts were amazing. and the Australian ribeye was delicious. My husband felt it was the best steak he's had. I had some fatty pieces so i wasn't as enthused but the good pieces I had were absolutely delicious melt in your mouth. Obviously, we had a dessert for my birthday and that was a sweet treat! peanut butter chocolate dessert. Maybe a torte? I thoroughly enjoyed it and just overall had a great evening here. The booth was so comfortable and the restaurant is appointed to a degree you don't frequently find in this part of the country. It was very tastefully done. We'll for sure be back and look forward to trying the pearl side next time!

My dinner along with my dinner mates meal all enjoyed ever bit. The. Appetizer was oysters on a half shell with very taste sauces even the horse radish sauce was pleasant per report. The drinks were refreshing and excellent. The mixologist at the bar did a fantastic job Due to an error in our bar orders we were actually provided our first order on the house. An unexpected but much appreciated sign of impeccable service. The Citrus Ginger Salad was very good, it contains chick peas, Quinoa and a whole lot more. The grilled asparagus was crisp, just a hint of salt and no strings and not tough It was a very satisfying meal choice My dinner mates ordered calamari, grilled shrimp scallops and a few of the specials. Every dish was served with a flourish and with great flavor, Alesha continued to provide excellent service through our last bites of food. I'm looking forward to my next opportunity to visit again.

The establishment is so nice and the decor is very relaxing. The host greeted us immediately and gave us some nice compliments also. We were escorted to our seats and server Tatum was there waiting. She introduced herself and told us a little about the restaurant and what they specialize in. She told us about the specials and took our drink order. We ordered the savory bread pudding Benedict and the Bonita's lobster roll both came with hand cut Parmesan truffle fries. Let's start with the bread pudding. Wow, isn't your ordinary bread pudding. If you don't like bread pudding, you will love this one! It starts with a special type bread they make and thick cut bacon is baked all through it. Then it's topped with a poached egg with a special hollandaise sauce. Every bite was full of flavor and I hate I ate it so fast. The lobster roll was so tender and buttery. The roll was fresh a little toasty just enough for a little crunch when you bite. The fries, I never had hand cut fries that taste so good. The fresh Parmesan cheese and truffle oil took them over the top. They really take time to pay attention to detail. If you haven't eaten here yet, you must put this one high on your list. From…read morethe moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and upscale-casual, with great energy but not stuffy at all. We started with the ricotta fig and pear appetizer, and oh my goodness, it was incredible--creamy, sweet, tangy, and perfectly balanced. Such a fresh and creative dish! For mains, my partner had the chili citrus glazed duck, and it was cooked to perfection: crispy skin, juicy meat, and that glaze brought such bright, zesty flavors that paired beautifully with the sides. I went with the cobia almondine, and it was one of the best fish dishes I've had--perfectly seared, flaky, with the brown butter, almonds, and charred lemon elevating every bite. The cauliflower purée underneath was silky and delicious. We couldn't stop at just dinner--we shared a few desserts (the variety was tempting!), and everything was spot-on: rich, not too sweet, and beautifully presented. The service was truly amazing--our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations without being pushy. They really made us feel taken care of. If you're looking for elevated, ingredient-driven food with Southern-meets-French flair in Pensacola, George Bistro is a must-try. We'll definitely be back soon--maybe for brunch next time! Highly recommend--5 stars all the way!
