Thai Iced Tea with Coconut Milk
    Bethany C.

This place is AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The wait staff was great. There was only one gentleman, but he was taking care of everything from to go orders to tables in the restaurant, service was seamless! The music they play was really relaxing. The seats are a little worn, but comfortable. The Thai iced tea with coconut milk is a 30/10. Now for the food. The chicken satay was so tender and juicy. The peanut sauce and cucumber sauce were delicious. The crispy pad Thai was too good. The "hot as hell" had my boyfriend sweating. It was actually incredibly flavorful and tasty for it the food being so spicy. The Eddy's fried rice was so freaking good. The fried chicken was crispy and had a sweet chilli sauce on top! I'd be back tomorrow if I didn't already have reservations elsewhere. It's honestly one of the best restaurants in the area and probably my new favorite Thai restaurant of all times! I cannot wait to go back!

Tasted sickly sweet with lime flavor. And it took over an hour before delivery driver could pick up.

After reading some of these poor reviews posted for 86 Forks, it comes to my attention. Why would anyone finish their meal, pay for it, and then take the time to go online to post a bad review? Why not take the time before hand to ask what a certain dish or meal is - its flavor profile, spice(s), heat, etc.? We did ask the chef and she was more than happy to take the time to explain the dish's concept and let us taste prior to ordering. Read all the good and the bad reviews and ask yourself: 1. If unhappy with the dish, why clear your plate? 2. If not completely satisfied, why pay the bill? Why? Because it's simply not true. People like this are never going to be satisfied or happy. Never. Try 86 Forks for yourselves. Don't be afraid to ask the servers or better yet, ask the chef to explain the concept or allow you to taste something if you're unsure. Be adventurous and make up your own mind - you will not be disappointed. Please remember, this is not a Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Philippine, Italian, Mexican, etc. restaurant. Rather it is a fusion of the best flavors, spices, food pairings, and textures from all these cultures presented in a creative and distinct manner. Recommend the Bulgogi Egg Rolls and the Miso Cream Gnocchi & Edamame.

I've been meaning to try this place since it opened and decided to check it out for my birthday…read moredinner this year. Four of us went and we all enjoyed it. Our waitress was incredible, very knowledgeable and patient with my families questions about the menu. She made the experience that much better! Food wise we had: -seaweed salad (standard but yummy, 7/10) -spicy cucumber salad (a table favorite, 9/10) -potstickers (another favorite, my niece is ready to return for these alone! 10/10) -chicken clay pot with rice (really good, but I wish there was some veg in there or something? Kind of one note, but still tasty. 7/10) -short rib clay pot (I didn't try this but my sister enjoyed it, 7/10) -Panang curry (a go to favorite, my niece is very happy to have another place in town to get it! She gave it a 10/10, I give it an 8. It was a little fishy for me and I prefer more liquid.) -eggplant in garlic sauce (this was a mixed reaction. My mom ordered it upon the waitresses advice that it wasn't too spicy but it actually ended up being too spicy for her to eat. I enjoyed it a lot though the texture of the eggplant was perfect and the flavors were very well balanced although it was the spiciest thing we had.8/10) -creme brulee milk tea with tapioca (I love boba but this was kind of boring.6/10) -cotton candy milk tea with rainbow jelly (14/10, the best I've ever had I think. We will come back for this again and again.!) Overall it was a really great experience and the pricing was quite reasonable, we got all that plus a couple sodas for $108 before the tip. The atmosphere is good, well lit, roomy booths, very clean and we liked the music.

Nothing too fancy though. The prices were a bit high. I ordered a curry dish. I was not too thrilled about the taste. Everyone ended up taking the majority of their food to go. I ended up paying for the 4 of us,and it was over $100.00. no way was this considered a top class place , more casual. One dish was a seafood one and it had imitation seafood in it. For the price it should have had some real scallops or lobster. It was fake, and a couple of pieces you had no clue what it was supposed to be. Everyone agreed when we left that there were better places in the Pensacola area and much cheaper. The food I'm sorry was not exceptional or anything I'd have to go back to get.
