I got the pad thai with chicken. Food came out super fast and was hot and fresh. The cook asked if I had any allergies which was super nice. I got it to go and it was still hot when I got it to go. From what I gathered it is their soft opening so it was little plain on the inside without much decoration but I'm sure they will spruce it up. Probably not their best dish though as the meat was tough, very little (quantity), and noodles overcooked. Soup was bland, but it was fine. You get what you can get here. In terms of Vietnamese food, I would not suggest eating at this location; the service was poor and the food lacked all the flavors one would come to expect from authentic Vietnamese Pho. The Pho Ga was near flavorless, the meat seems old and I didn't receive the traditional sides (thai basil, cilantro, onions) nor sauces other than an entire bag of bean sprouts and two jalapeño slices. I have to admit, I have been spoiled by Bangkok Kitchen and Tasty Thai in Maumee and Toledo. I've only ever ordered delivery from this restaurant because I discovered them during covid. I've gotten the pho and the chicken fried rice here. I love both and it's one of my favorite places to grab food from. I do wish the pho had a little bit more meat and I've ordered an extra side of meat before and still felt jipped for how much I paid. The food is good but they have terrible customer service. Multiple times they have canceled my Ubereats order 30 minutes into making it. They're unreliable and unprofessional. Their phone goes straight to voice mail so you can't even speak to someone to find out why it was canceled. If your hours show that you're open AND you're taking orders, why are you canceling them last minute? I'll never order from them again. Pho and Thai is our favorite! We stop in here at least once a week. This wonderful little place is run by a mother-son duo who are always inviting and happy to see their regulars. Everything we have ordered has been delicious-and we haven tried most of the menu! Food is always served quickly, hot and fresh and they are amazingly accommodating of my dietary issues. The curry and pad Thai are amazing, the egg roll is crisp and flavorful, the dumplings are divine and the spring rolls are the best I've ever had. They also make a great light lunch in the summer. All of their noodle dishes and curries are available with your choice of meat or tofu, so this is a great option for vegetarians too! But if I had to recommend a single item.. go for the Pho.
