All seemed well prepared, it was a pretty good size but the skin wasn't too thick. Our order came out pretty quickly. Both soup dumplings were hot and flavorful. Compared to other XLB/soup dumplings I've had, I would put it on par with Din Tai Fung. It was a good experience.

Initially we were greeted at the front and told we could only sit on the bar, despite there being multiple tables open. We were then seated at the bar where there multiple leftover plates of food and drink with no one seated there. Seconds after sitting down at the bar, we were denied service and told that there weren't enough staff to serve us despite there being a group of 5-6 staff conversing just feet away from us and other tables being actively served bottles. Beautiful view, beautiful ambiance, beautiful lighting. Was really looking forward to a drink with a view to finish up the night, but was left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.
