Pho Long is clean, open early, and reasonable priced. I've been here multiple times, and it's my go-to place for vietnamese food. For an Asian establishment, the service is excellent, and the owner is attentive and polite. I've tried their shrimp spring rolls, beef spring rolls, fried egg rolls, pho (rare steak, cooked brisket), vermicelli (BBQ pork, fried egg roll), and the wonton noodle soup. The rolls, vermicelli, and pho were good. I don't think I'll order the won ton noodle soup again, but I don't think that is their specialty. Overall, a good place to get vietnamese food. read more

Worst pho spot my friends and I have ever tried. Broth was too salty. Tasted like salt broth. Spoons were not washed thoroughly causing the soup to taste like soap. Vegetarian broth tasted like pounds of salt and msg were added into it. The wonton noodles were not cooked all the way and the soup tasted like vegetables that were boiled in water. The food we ordered were all very salty, oily and it seemed like a lot of MSG was added into the broth. Only issue I had was the Asian lady does not speak english and she was ringing me up & the total was more than I expected. I had asked her for the receipt so I can see the break down of everything and she kept saying "no" not sure if it was a language barrier or what.. so the older Asian man helped me and they charged me for extra limes ($1.50) weird. Never been to a Pho place that charges limes. I also ordered 2 bowls (size M) one for me and my daughter. You WON'T regret eating here. Get the salt and pepper spicy shrimp, diced steak, and pho with rare steak and fatty brisket. The shrimp is super flavorful and crisped up perfectly. Rainy cold day, so I decided to get Pho, n Pho Long came to rescue. There is not a lot of good pho place around my neighborhood. Well, I mean that there are not a lot authentic asian restaurants. The restaurant has the classics like Pho, stir-fry, rice dishes, vegetarian dishes, spring rolls etc. Also, there are few little fusion twisted dishes on their menu too, something for everyone. The prices are reasonable $8-$10, especially I dont have to drive 40 miles to OC for a decent bowl of pho. Nowadays, 20 bucks for 2 is a good deal for a healthier and delicious meal option. I usually get Pho large bowl, and it is always fresh and serves with lot of meat. The broth is clean and doesnt taste too sweet like some other places. I had also tried Bun Bo Hue, and it was really good too. I like this place also because the early operation hours. It opens at 9am, 7 days a week. So I can totally get pho for breakfast, lunch and dinner haha. The service is always top rate. Servers are friendly and the place is clean. This is our second time coming here and I believe it's time that I write this review. I normally order the same dish every time we go to a Viet restaurant. A bbq pork broken rice plate. And just to let you guys know.... I'm not too sure what the word broken in the dish title means, but it's a dish I've grown up with since childhood. It's a very sweet yet savory dish. You have your salad in a very sweet tasting sauce. I can't tell you what's in it, but it has a light vinegar and slightly fishy taste to it. It's not overwhelming in anyway at all. And the bbq pork is cut into actual pieces, whereas other locations would normally leave the bone on. It's lightly marinated, but it packs quite a bit of flavor. And the dipping sauce could be described as almost the same sauce used for the salad, but just a tad bit more fishy. I highly recommend this dish. Most places can pull this recipe off, but I can say for sure that this location does it best. I look forward to coming back here. read more

The menu items are practically the same, but what separates them is the quality of their food. I usually get a chicken or pork dish served with white rice, but I decided to get beef fried rice this time round. The beef was very tender and flavorful. The rice wasn't too salty, which is a common problem. My girlfriend usually orders pho dac biet and she says that the broth is the most important thing. Besides homemade broth, she says this is the best broth she's had at any restaurant. The Thai tea is delicious and is better than some boba shops! Brand new pho restaurant in the city of Colton! My family and I have been waiting for Pho Long to open since the day we saw the signs. We've been here several times now since it's soft opening and we are very satisfied with the food and the service! The restaurant is very nice! It's big, modern, spacious, and can seat many groups. It's in a hidden plaza that is currently trying to grow. The menu is standard like many pho restaurants with your Vietnamese cuisine. The first time I came here, I ordered the rare steak pho. Trying the pho is a MUST for every new pho restaurant I go to. If their pho is good, then you'll see me coming back! It's all in the soup! Their pho is pretty good. There's something about the soup that sets it apart from majority pho restaurants I've gone to, I'm not too sure what it is yet, but I'll try it a few more times to differentiate it. My husband and I came to this location on Wednesday and I was pleasantly shocked at the experience we had. We recently moved from the South Bay Area to the Inland Empire and were hesitant to give an pho place a try. We had searched for a long time before we found our fave spot back home and we had remained loyal for years. We had this notion that no other place would measure up. We entered and were greeted by a very kind gentleman who seated us and provided us with menus. I ordered the rare steak medium pho and my husband ordered the fried steak with rice. Wow! The fried steak was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The pho was full of flavor and perfect for this windy weather (added some chili oil and lemon) for an extra kick. This place has taken over as my favorite pho location. The broth is so flavorful. I'm accustomed to adding tons of lime and sriracha and it's not necessary with how good the broth here is.
