This review was based on the new location, In Brooklyn Park…read moreoff of 252 & 85th They just recently opened less than two weeks ago. Walked in during lunch and was able to get a table right away. Service was quick and efficient. I was very impressed with the stone bowl that came out. It was piping hot throughout the meal, that kept your meat and your noodles soft and tender. The portion on the meat ratio was perfectly for a large size bowl. I was really impressed with the freshness of the rare thinly beef slices. The Summer spring roll (shredded pork with skin) was not one of my best I have had. The grilled chicken rice was wa basic but I must say the chicken portion was seasoned nicely and not dry like most places. not pictured was pandan leaf coffee and Matcha latte. Overall the restaurant did an amazing remodeling to open up the front window space for more natural lights. Definitely will return for items on the menu

The restaurant is cute and definitely worth stopping in for the amazing food! My daughter ordered the Chicken Low mein and little did we know how big their portions were but it was flavorful and definitely took the rest to go! I was impressed with the Calamari and the Spring rolls! The sauces they have are perfectly paired. I ordered the Stone Pho with additional Beef Ribs! I couldnt finish it, but it was by far the best Pho ive had in MN. Overall Food & Vibe 9.6/10

The restaurant is in a quiet neighborhood next to a gas station so there's plenty of parking. We've…read morebeen here a few times when they first open and more often when we moved to Blaine, MN. We would bring our Hmong family here when they visit. I love the display of Hmong art, crafts and tools. Unfortunately, service has always been slow even on a weekday. I'm unsure why since workers do come around and check in. I've had their pho, laab, papaya salad, chicken wings etc. It's not memorable but it's Hmong food. Hoping they bring back waitressing for serving utensils, and dinnerware rather than having customers fetch their own water, foam plates or plastic ones. It's not appropriate to bring extended family here anymore when we have to tell them to get their own utensils and pho veggies from their service area. We prefer Pho 126 for large family dining or Boba & Tea Deli for Hmong food.

Quite tasty and fast for takeout!…read more I especially enjoyed the papaya salad and drunken noodle, but those are usually my favorites. The various meats were executed well (mixed platter, rack of ribs) with good flavor. The ribs were especially smoky, but quite charred as a result The spice level was pretty inconsistent -- one of the ones at the lowest level was distinctly spicy while the one at the medium level was pretty mild. Worth a visit!

I've been going to Que Viet since I was a young child like 3-4 years old (which is over 30 years)…read more Crazy as it sounds, growing up I ate a lot more than I do now. I used to love the the potatoes in the beef & potatoes, the meaty eggrolls w/ the fish sauce (I miss these so much as I don't eat beef/pork anymore), oyster wings, the best wontons as well as chicken friend rice. My mom loved the egg fu young. I love that over the years the menu has pretty much stayed the same. I've gotten to see a few generations run the place and things have stayed pretty true to what I always remembered growing up. My go to order now that my diet has shifted is wontons & chicken fried rice - add med. spice and no chicken. I know chicken fried rice with no chicken sounds crazy but I don't like the veggies in the veggie rice and I really love the flavor of the chicken fried rice without the chicken. Reheating the rice at times the chicken tends to get a bit rubbery after being reheated so many times and I just don't like it but the flavor is very solid without still. They have some of the best wontons I've ever had. Slight garlic flavor to balance the sweetness of the cream cheese. if I could I would eat an eggroll.. I miss them so much! I mostly order takeout these days but have also dined in a bunch and the staff are very attentive and nice.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Ginormous Egg Rolls! My mouth is literally watering while writing this review…read more The price went up to $11 for 2 but they are absolutely mammoth sized & the best thing you have ever tasted. The sauce they serve with them, HEAVEN SENT (I could drink it, it's that good). Upgrade to the medium size Egg Roll sauce, for sure! Their Cream Cheese Wontons are also huge & so incredibly crunchy. The sweet & sour sauce served with them is DIVINE. We also Love their Pork Fried Rice, Beef Lo Mein and Sweet & Sour Chicken or Pork. If you get anything here for sure, hands down the Egg Rolls are #1 Pick! The restaurant is decorated very cute inside & we love to eat in for lunch or dinner but we mostly order our food to go. They do have lunch specials which is nice. Did I already mention that you should come here and order the Egg Rolls, 100% :)

We're still thinking about the grilled pork and can't wait to go back again to try other dishes. I love that MT Noodles has more viet dishes you wouldn't typically find at other viet restaurants since I've been on the hunt to find dishes like canh chua to eat out at vs making it at home. They give you plenty of fresh vegetables which I so appreciate!! The staff were so friendly and attentive to our group and I'm so glad we got there before the dinner rush. Definitely give this place a try if this has been on your bookmarks!

You will find all of the authentic Vietnamese dishes here. The only Vietnamese dish that they do not have is bun Bo hue. They have everything else. #1 pho in the state. It is not on the sweet side. It is more on the savory oriental spices Vietnamese true oriental spices. If you're looking for a sweet style Pho, stay on the Saint Paul side you will not find that type of pho on the Minneapolis side. You will never find me ordering pho on the Saint Paul side because I do not do sweet pho. For example, there is a Pho Pasteur in St. Paul like the one in Boston but don't be fooled because that place is located in Saint Paul and it is very sweet broth there and it is nothing like the place in Boston. This is the #1 Viet restaurant for the pork chop broken rice plate. You will never find another place of this exceptional quality. That makes better marinated pork. I love love their lemongrass chili oil. It is not drenched in oil like at Chinese places like this is the true Vietnamese style lemongrass chili oil. The line is out the door around the block between 11 AM and 2 PM so you gotta get here early or come after the peak hours
