Great vietnamese sandwiches. Spring rolls were a little disappointing because the meat was dry and tasteless. But a clean establishment.

I came to get my haircut next door at all star barbershop on a rainy day and figuered what better tike to have some pho than now.. The waiters are super friendly and prompt. They walk around constantly in case anyone needs something. Im not a "pro" when it comes to pho but let me tell you that this place was probably the best i have had ever. We have been coming here for the last year since the pandemic started and I have to say that this place has not disappointed. It's very easy to call the restaurant, place your order and you pull up to a parking lot that always has available parking to pick up your order. We have really been hooked on their house combo pho soups with the beef banh mi sandwich. The soups broth has a very authentic taste that is the closest we could find to our favorite spot in Alhambra known as Golden Deli. The meats seem to be weighed out but I can't complain too much since it seems to be the right amount and they are a smaller business trying to make it through tough times. They give you a good amount of noodles, love to add the hoisin, chili oil, basil/mint leaves, sprouts and all the other nice side items that come with the soups. The sandwich is rich with flavor, the bread is soft, doesn't fall apart and is a good portion for the price. And you would think that's how it should be, but sadly other restaurants bread isn't as soft and fall apart. We plan to continue coming here to fulfill our pho cravings and of course to help out local businesses survive this pandemic. Always looking for good pho in Glendale so I was excited to try this new place. The pho here is pretty solid. I was feeling sick so I had the chicken pho and the meat was very tender. Their broth has a hint of sweetness to it. Wife had the rare steak pho and tasted the sweetness as well. It was nice that it didn't feel overly salty as other pho places. They serve good portion sizes here and don't skimp on the noodles or meat. Also checked in with yelp got 5% off. The place is very clean and the shared parking lot is small and can get chaotic. Went yesterday and ended up with MSG symptoms. Still have the headache. This is the unfortunate consequence when pho broth is extra tasty, as this was. I've heard that all pho has it but some chefs know how to use it minimally. This one apparently does not. I don't understand the need to inflict customers with Chinese Restaurant Syndrome when there are other ways to give broth a great, rich flavor. No complaints otherwise. The location has limited parking. The outside presentation of the restaurant was nice and clean. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and calm. We were greeted at the door and immediately sat down even though they seemed very busy (given there were only 2 of us). The gentlemen there were very nice and welcoming. They started a small convo with us and took our order. We ordered the egg rolls, #7 noodle and #13 noodle, and two Vietnamese iced coffees. We waited 5min and the egg rolls came out and right after our soups arrived. The eggs rolls were soooooo good! Vietnamese coffee was on point! The broth was tasty but did lack some flavor. We would rate the food 3 stars but the entire visit and the customer services bumps the review to 4 stars. read more

This is my favorite pho spot I love their vegetarian pho. I used to go to mama Hong's before and have tried many different pho places but this is my favorite one. I wanted to like this place but I'm not satisfied, had to give a 2. This restaurant is just average, nothing too fancy. If there was another asian restaurant that opened around here this would probably go down. Food not too good. The soup was liquidy & there wasn't a lot of meat. I like their pho quite a bit! Its not like OMG (which is why its not a 5 in my book although its close) but its very good and has a pretty subtle, healthy tasting flavor and I think is my new favorite in this area. I'm not a Pho person, but this Pho is spot on. The broth is light and flavorful at the same time, not overpowering, and like the previous review said no MSG. Pregnant me came back 2 days straight for their broth, my hubby liked it too, and he's a picky eater. I wish they gave more meat portions, and an extra order of one meatball is $2.50 and that's just one meatball sliced into 4, maybe cuz we always order to go that's as far as the portions go. But other than that, looks like we just found our Pho place in Glendale. Milk tea is good and I know my tea. :) read more

For the LOVE OF GOD. Pick up your damn phone for pick up. Why is there no call waiting. It goes to the busy signal. It is 2017 you guys. It took over 30 minutes for red rice with beef cubes and a large pho when I had to walk in to order since you guys don't pick up. Seriously?! And the Large Phi looks like the damn Medium? WTF? I have both to go orders and no difference. I know I should not compare all these PHO places in Glendale to places like Banh Mi Cali and other places in the 626. But damn your prices and all the other pho places are here in Glendale are WAY out of touch. $10 for Pho?!
