Delicious! It's saying a lot when I take my SUPER picky parents out to eat. There are usually two items we get. Spicy Beef Noodle Soup OR the Clear Combination Noodle. Broth is very tasteful and presentation is superb. Love how they give you a side of fresh cut cabbage. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened a few years ago, and I absolutely love it. Whether you are a first-timer to trying pho or if you're a connoisseur, you are sure to find something to suit your liking. Not quite Vietnamese enough for me..But..for Yukon and being the only Vietnamese place around, I think it's only going to get a two-fer for me. I had the pho, my friend had the Bun Bo Hue, and then we ordered sushi.. I think that is what bugs me a bit. Sushi..Vietnamese, it's like serving a hamburger at a Mexican joint. Some call it a torta... I call it a hamburger in disguise. This combination is not that explainable. I guess it's good to capture as much market share as you can. The food here isn't bad, it's not great though. Downtown OKC certainly offers better options, but again for Yukon, It does the job. Pho is good for a cold wet night, or great when you are feeling a bit under the weather. A common gripe that I do have with Pho joints is how long the beef bones are actually stewed to make the broth. Sometimes the substitute for poorly cooked beef broth is to overuse MSG. Let's just say the beef broth here isn't as dense and rich as it should be. I do commend Pho Hieu for the service. The ladies are super nice and always ready to fill your cup up with water or get you whatever you need. 4 stars for service! Anyhow, for the convenient location for western OKC residents this place will fill your tummy and give you a small sampling of what Vietnamese food should be. read more

Pleasantly surprised by this little hole in the wall. Quite a few pho and glass noodle options, with huge portions. The hubs and I didn't finish the small we shared. And can you say cheap? Cheap, cheap, cheap. The apps were kinda my favorite things. I actually had to order a second round of avocado shrimp, and if for no other reason I will find my way back here soon. Spring rolls were good and so was the avocado smoothie. The thai iced tea wasn't very strong or sweet. In terms of pho, the broth could have had a greater depth of flavor, but I love all the super fresh ingredients and larger than life portion size. read more

Very friendly and quick customer service. I had the pho choice. Broth was clean and clear. No meaty after taste and not salty the way it should. Meat taste fresh and not too fatty... Thai tea had a even taste of cream and black Tea not to sweet. Worth coming here on a rainy day for pho. read more

My go to restaurant. Great pho. Great sushi. Helpful staff. They are punctual as well.

We had a couple of issues but they happily and quickly fixed it. An example would be that the broth wasn't hot enough. This is the first time that ever happened where it wasn't burn your tongue hot when it arrived. They said it was because they mistakingly forgot to heat the bowl before putting the soup in so it cooled off quicker than usual. She quickly fixed it with no problems and she was very pleasant about it. I appreciate this kind of service because even though we are human and can make mistakes... it's how we fix those mistakes and with what kind of attitude that's important. I can never give this place less than 5 stars because Ive eaten here at least 30 times and EVERY single time it was a 5 star experience. I believe every restaurant could learn from this simple establishment. Outstanding food, food brought to you fast and piping hot and great service. I even even went there again to pick up some egg rolls the other day to go and the place was packed. Im talking about a soup place on a 90 degree day in June. That says something! I have been to so many Pho places... I would say 90% of them in the OKC metro and this is my go to place. I HIGHLY recommend it! read more

Good spot for my husband's craving for Vietnamese spicy beef noodle (Bun bo Hue). The cook is from the Central of Vietnam where the spicy beef noodle was created. The broth is made from beef bones and beef shank with lemongrass and then seasoned with shrimp paste. Very red spicy chilli oil is added later during the cooking process. So, if you want extra spice, ask your waitress. If you want a stronger smell (I mean really strong), ask for shrimp paste (don't put too much, it will be salty) Fresh herbs and garbage. Nice cut of meat : beef and pork. Generous portion and cheap. Friendly service even though they run quite a lot and not that efficiently. They only make smoothies from fresh fruit (Thanks! We moved to Yukon about 10 years ago and there was no Pho out here. Pho Hieu came in like 1/2 a mile from us and it is great! We are kind of Pho snobs and Pho Hieu is legit! In fact we just ordered some! The only down side of Pho Hieu is that they moved to about 2 miles from us and we can't get our Pho as fast! ;D Highly recommend. Plus the staff is great too! I love this place. I've been coming here since they first opened...when Pho was really unknown to most non-Asians. I used to only eat the different Pho offerings, but I've since moved on to the vermicelli bowls which have been my favorite for some time now. Everything tastes fresh and the prices are very fair. The boyfriend and I regularly go here. The broth for the pho is so yummy. They have great appetizers and sushi. We haven't had anything here that we didn't like. The service is consistently good. I can't even wait to get my entree before starting this review. First of all I have to say that I've lived here to two months and I will probably cry for the rest of my life about all the time I wasted eating anywhere else! THE AVOCADO SHRIMP OMG! So delicious! I heard the singing of angels while I was eating it! The broth was phenomenal! A lot of depth with their spices! I also added a bunch of vegetables and they were really flexible and even made suggestions! My only complaint is that I got too full and had to stop eating their delicious food! read more
