I came here on my way back from Shoreline after running an errand. I had a couple of other pho options like Pho Mimi, Tic Tac Pho, etc., but I decided to try something new. I was the only person in the restaurant around 12 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon and that was a bit surprising to me, but whatever, I get more attention that way. Pho is probably the only meals that I'll eat by myself because when I am craving it, I will go out of my way solo to get it. Anyway, I ordered a small bowl of pho with meatballs and brisket and spring rolls that I had to take home since the pho was so filling. The pho was pretty decent, but didn't taste super outstanding or anything, but it did hit the spot. I was more disappointed at the prices because I'm used to pho for around $5-$6 a bowl, but my total came out to be closer to $15 with the spring rolls and the added 50 cents when using a credit card. I hate it when restaurants charge that extra fee for using credit cards under $15 or something... but what can you do? I may come back to try some of the other dishes because most pho restaurants only serve pho so it's nice to know that they have other options too. read more

Something happened to my restaurant... It's cool and all that they have a GrubHub and other takeout means but the restaurant food quality has a dropped incredibly, the Banh mi was mediocre at best. Absolutely no flavor to the garlic beef stirfry. I had it at 3:30pm maybe I was in between shifts on cooks or something but was not impressed at all they recently changed the sign to say "street food" and didn't really see any evidence of street food that wasn't overpriced or one step away from heat and serve frozen food The only reason I'm Putting this review up is that bubble tea and Phò is something that anybody can make this was a good restaurant to get other good traditional Vietnamese food and now it seems like they've lost that focus read more

This was one of the first locations I ever tried Pho, and I have to say that it set the bar really high. The pho broth has a unique flavor, to the point where you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. It's some of the best I've had!! The pho options are also quite extensive. More extensive than most pho places I've been to. I usually stick to the flank options, because that's my favorite. The meatballs here are also mouth watering. Recently they've renovated the building! It used to be bright green and looked a little run down, especially since it was next to a small strip mall and an enormous McDonald's. With the renovation it's so nice inside, with beautiful floors and rather elegant. Overall, I'm a big fan! read more

I am a regular here not only because they have good pho but they are open till 11pm! I haven't found another place near by yet that is. I am so glad that often, they are the only option after I get off work late but one that has decent food too! The interior is nothing to write about - it's a little run down but most average asian/pho places are. The staff is friendly enough and I think it's funny they always ask you "is there anything else you need" right when they bring you your order but they don't really come back again to refill water or anything. It's really fine with me since I'm a no frills pho eater - get in and get out! I am never disappointed in their pho and I totally love their hot chili sauce (I think it's homemade). Horizontally sliced vegetables were crunchy and flavorful in my Kung Pao Shrimp. There was an aroma of both ginger and fresh cilantro wafting over my freshly made meal. It was the perfect thing for what I was craving; something that felt healthy but still tasted delicious. The shrimp still had the tails on, but were carefully prepped to remove both the veins and hard shells, but also, the hard stuff near the tail was peeled back so I could chomp down on the shrimp and not get any hard stuff in my mouth. The spring rolls were a fresh, delightful surprise. There are only two in one order, but they're huge and they each have a piece of fresh shrimp inside the delicious soft, soypaper they are wrapped inside. Along with some crisp veggies and a bit of something that tasted like fresh herbs there's a satisfying crunch of tempura crumbles. I ordered the coconut beverage which was ice blended and came in a to-go cup. It was pretty huge. The size was at least 20 ounces of creamy, icy drink. I could taste real coconut milk in it. Go to Le's Pho Tai across the street instead. We got takeout here one night when Le's was closed. They have these weird thick chewy noodles which are NOT the typical pho noodles and I did not like them at all. I thought maybe it was a fluke and they ran out of the normal noodles but today my boyfriend accidentally mixed up the restaurants and ordered takeout from here instead of Le's. Not only was it the weird thick noodles again but the broth is so flavorless and the "rare" steak was precooked so by the time you put the broth on it, it's already overcooked. Possibly one of the worst bowls of pho I have had. I haven't tried their other dishes but a pho place should be able to make pho correctly, so I won't be trying anything else from here. read more

Okay... where do I start. I consider myself to be a pretty patient person and don't mind waiting a few minutes before being serviced, but this experience was different and not in a good way. A few friends and I decided we wanted to grab some late night pho and stumbled upon this location (it was not my first time there but I did want to introduce my friends to a place that I thought was decent considering it was open late night and this was one of the few places open). When I had arrived we saw that place was lively and full of people, which was not a bad thing which means the staff was busy. But we waited a complete 5 minutes without being greeted or attended to - trying to be polite and follow the signage that stated "please wait to be seated". Soon after, we decided we would go up to the counter and ask if we could be seated. The man there looked at us slightly confused and told us we could sit at the open table. Once we sat down, we expected to be serviced reasonably soon considering that is customer service etiquette. And again, we were fine with waiting a few minutes. But after 15-20 straight minutes of us waiting, none of the staff members batted a single eye our way. This meant that we had no menu to work off of, and no water to quench our thirst. This was the first time I ever walked out of a restaurant unsatisfied by lack of service and was upset because of it. I get it, they were busy and I won't ding them for that (one star for this), but mannnnnn 20+ minutes??? That ain't gonna cut it. I'm sorry but I'm never going back again. read more

Solid Pho with excellent amount of protein and noodles. I usually have half a bowl of broth left when I get a large bowl, but here I have beef and noodles until the end. Good service by a nice kid...seems the whole place was run by youngsters. When it comes to pho for me it's all about the broth, and it did not disappoint. I've been putting off writing a review here numerous times. Just busy with a toddler, but no more. I must've visited here at least 5 times, and they deserve a 5 star and more review. They're pho is always flavorful and so is their "egg rolls(Summer roll - the clear vegetable wrapped rolls)." This is our go to spot for Vietnamese food, even tho there's a spot closer to our home, we prefer driving the extra 10 mins north to grab food from this spot. For you to understand how much pho means to me, first let me tell you a little story. I was born in Taiwan and by a really young age I loved the Taiwanese style beef noodle soups, big chunk of meat and great texture noodle, (I know you might be thinking what does this have to do with this pho place, but give me a moment and I will explain) I was so much in love with the beef products like steaks and etc so I had to try out all the big name top reviewed restaurants. This is a example of how much of a foodie I was. Now coming to America when I was first introduced to PHO at the age of 10, they taught me to use the spoon not for soup but for the black sauce that's placed on the table and this red ketchup looking sauce(sriracha) and put a 1/3 of that to mix with the black sauce, then to dip the white clear noodle not too much but enough to coat the outside, then to serve it directly into your mouth. That's when I first fall in love with pho. Ever since that childhood memory I have eaten pho every where I go to try different restaurants. I must had all the pho in the Seattle and Bellevue area. But let me tell you, Pho Ha doesn't disappoint, in fact the first thing you should try in a pho is to try the soup and you'll know how good the pho is by just the broth. This broth is so flavorful that you don't need the black&red sauce. It is so flavorful that you can eat it with just some basil and lime! It's that good! Food 5 stars Interior has that PUBG Sanhok little bike! 5stars And service is a 5, the owner came out and greeted every table and asked how was everything. We come here often Arguably too often. Their pho is hands down one of my favorites , plus the fact they are open late makes it already heaven. The service normally sucks , weve seen a never ending turn over with the exception of the young small guy who cooks in the back. He is awesome super nice , has come out to make sure peoples food was okay etc. The FOH normally stays the same for maybe a month. We've had someone forget to ring in our order, waited long times every once in a while especially if there were more tables. For us though its worth the wait. I'm in no hurry I want to enjoy my time there. Their fried rice is right on in terms of texture and flavor and is simple but good. They have the greasy scallion oil I love and are helping me learn to pronounce it better each time. Small, cozy, and something I look forward to at least once a week. Their pho had some weird noodles, they had no flavor, I left it as they brought it to me. Never had anyone checking to see if everything was good when I went to pay I told the guy that about the noodles and he was like oh yeah we have two options now and I'm like but you never asked. Beautiful restaurant newly revamped this past year with sleek furniture and appliances. The restaurant is advertised as Saigon street food, with decor to match. There is a vintage Honda moped, ornate wrought iron store front window grills, a giant 8 ft x 10 ft mirror, and a 100 gallon tank filled with angel fish. It's not flashy, but enough for good ambiance. They keep the place clean and modern. The service is even more impressive. There's three people on the floor dividing server, cashier, busser, and food runner duties evenly. Each one of them will check up on you every time they pass your table, which I really appreciate....Their menu is relatively simple and straight forward. I ordered a large bowl of the steak, flank, and fatty flank pho. I also ordered a side of fatty broth called "nuoc beo," which loosely translates to fatty broth. It's the top most fatty savory layer of broth that many restaurants choose to scoop out. I never go without it and always ask for it anytime I visit a pho restaurant. I highly recommend it.. Took about five minutes to come out...The broth was authentic and spot on. The steak and flank were very tender, and obviously never frozen. It was definitely one of the better bowls of pho I've had in Seattle. Price is slightly higher than other places, but I don't believe all pho is created equal. You get what you pay for. My only minor complaint if any would be that the fatty flank was too thick and chewy. I could not bite through it lol....in fact, I tried biting into a piece ...but all it did was flip upward and splatter sriracha and broth into my eye, which burned like hell...Other than that I would highly recommend this place. Short attention span summary: Fairly bad. I stopped in here to warm up while there was some heavy rain happening. People are always shocked when I'm not wearing full gear in the rain when I'm out on my motorcycle. I don't usually get very wet. However when the 5 southbound is mostly closed and I'm on, because the 5 is hosed, the clogged 99 south and it starts raining hard enough to start pooling in my boots, it's time to take a break. Some hot soup sounded like a good idea. I always like to order the iced coffee using the viet name so that I get a little whiteboy cred. Sadly, it comes pre-mixed in a plastic cup here, but wasn't too sweet. It balances out. I don't order it if I know that it's coming from a vat though. Especially when it's $3. The broth was nearly tasteless. A pretty impressive accomplishment. The meat was all super well done. The noodles were kinda soggy and had likely been made quite some time ago. But really, it comes down to tasty broth. There wasn't any broth, but there was beef-water. There's a difference. No problem though! I'll load it up with some of everything. All pho tastes the same if you put too much condiment in it! Cash onry? Not here, but there is a credit surcharge on orders less than $10. $4.50 for bahn mi here. Maybe I should've gotten the pho. I've been on a vermicelli dish streak so I ordered the chicken & egg roll version at Pho Ha then an iced coffee with condensed milk to go. The noodles were too thick or smtg-I can't pinpoint it for sure, but it's definitely not like the ones I've had at other places. It was plentiful but not tasty. Not worth the $7. I was sooooo shocked how bad the iced coffee w/ condensed milk was!!! OMG. I swear, it tasted like black coffee with chocolate syrup or something. It was really bitter and blecccch. Something happened here, and not for the best. Back in the day I remember it being some Mexican guys, the cashier and his cousin cooking. This cousin was the one who would cook up the best beef stew I had ever had. We returned not so long ago and the cousins were gone, unfortunately the stew is too.
