It's the first time I write a review on yelp. Because it's the first time I have to have 10' to eat all bow of Pho. Even I have 30' for lunch. Lately when I just got it, a crowded lines ahead of me. I wasn't sure I can make it or not ... I got my table when I got 15' left for lunch. And I get out of there with 5' left. Don't go here if you want your order to be correct. Had to hand my bag back twice because they just can't get the order right and it's not like I ordered anything special. If you wanting a nice Vietnamese sandwich don't go here either for that apparently they like to serve stale bread with their sandwiches to point to where if you try to break a piece off the bread it explodes all over the place the bread is so Old and an edible it should be illegal oh wait it is illegal to sell old food so what the hell is their problem? Had their vegetarian spring rolls and they were flavorless and old. I've never had a worse spring roll in my entire life.There peanut sauce is watered down And overall extremely disappointing to dip bland flavorless spring rolls into. The only thing that was nice about my order was the broth they give a wildly huge amount of noodles with your soup which some people might enjoy but I did not enjoy the fact that it over took everything in the soup it was just all noodles. The meat is good quality even though I felt like it was salted but the texture was nice. The only thing I would return to this place for is there broth but everything else was such a waste of money and very infuriating by the end of my meal that I genuinely didn't get to eat because of it being old or bland. If you're wanting a nice pho dinner I would move onto somewhere else.... Will not return would not recommend. I gave two stars because they were apologetic and wanted to fix the order but the order overall was just so disappointing. read more

The food is good......if you get it. Second time here and twice now they didn't bring food for one person. I realize some dishes take longer than others but there was nothing brought. Nothing. First time I ordered pho and my husband got a stir fry, he got his food and I sat for quite sometime until I was finally annoyed enough to say something. They forgot. My husband had already eaten so I was just ready to leave. Left hungry and annoyed. Second time now it's his food that didn't come. Had to say something but by the time his food came my daughter and I were already done eating. It's a shame. He ordered an iced coffee too and that didn't make it to us but they surely tired to charge for it. Disappointed. read more

The place looked very nice. The pho was not bad, wasn't amazing but definitely not disappointing. A little more on the expensive side as far as vietnamese food goes, portions were average sized. I would personally prefer a family owned pho place (there is one near this one that I go to usually) than a chain like this one read more

If I can give them 0 stars I would. They forgot my order so waited a long time, I brought it up to their attention at least couple of times and still took a long time. My friend was done eating before they serve the food so I just canceled and left the restaurant without eating. Very frustrating dining or no dining experience. read more

I would say that Pho is one of my go to dishes for cold weather as it really is something you can't go wrong with at all. But this place really was over the top! I got a #9 Large for $10 and enjoyed every bit of it! Broth was amazing as well meat was thoroughly cooked. read more

Super Strong and great tasting French Iced Coffee. Pho is the best in the Temecula / Murrieta area in my opinion. Very close if not equal to pho in Little Saigon (O.C.) which we eat weekly. My wife is very sensitive to MSG and she feels there is none used. Service also great but maybe because they are only 2 weeks new. Definitely coming back!!!! read more

This place was disgusting. I went to use the bathrooms and both the men's and women's didn't have any soap. When I asked worker about the soap, she said she was sending someone to target to get some. SO I'm wondering what all the employees were washing their hands with! All the customers that night who used the bathroom didn't even wash their hands. There wasn't even any sanitizer. I had to walk to my car and get some. And to top it off, the pho was absolutely bland and had no flavor. Very disappointed read more

Not the best pho place I've been to, but easily the best pho place in temecula/murrieta. Portions here are pretty big and the flavors are rich and delicious. They also have a pretty good list of other vietnamese foods that is hard to get in the area like banh khot. I got the pho cause I was sick that day and and the broth was still very good. I also ordered the charboiled pork rolls and it huge, warm, and yummy. (I hope the owners experiment with the orange dipping sauce that is suppose to accompany this dish instead of using the peanut sauce, but for now it's good enough). Overall, my party enjoyed the food and we will be back. I hope the quality stays consistent! read more

Yay! Glad they're here too! I didn't even know the owner changed to pho ha. I've tried the other locations and they all serve good, decent Vietnamese soups, food, etc...my beef soup was delicious and comforting. First time trying fried tofu, so delicioso! Totally recommend this place! read more

I am from San Diego and came in to town to visit family and I ordered pick up. Everything was not only super yummy but I had my sick sleeping child in the car and the man there was nice enough to bring out my food for me!! Awesome service if you ask me! And my rare steak Pho and my egg rolls were super good! And I am a picky pho girl! Will definitely come here again when I am in town! read more

Very poor customer service. We are routine customer. We came in and would like to sit in the booth but there were no clean booths available so we have to sit in temporary seats and not yet ordering any foods until desirable seat became available. As soon as the the booth was available we moved to the booth. One the server approached us and told us "you can not sit here". We did not cut in front anybody, we did not ordering any food in our temporary seats so there was changing table number with the order the at all. The server was completely ignorance, rude and lack of compassion for customers. Here is my opinions for business owner if you have no compassion for customers, close down your business and find other kind of business that you can careless customers. The server act like a communist ruler and childish. read more

Dont eat here. Ordered some pho to go and the broth completely melted the styrofoam it came in. I called and asked for a replacement broth and they kindly obliged. When I get home with the the replacement broth it smelled inedible. I was a chef for 10 years it smelled how a deep fryer smells while you are cleaning it. Like carbon and chemicals. read more

My wife and I were down here for the wineries for a few days. We went here on a Monday night after a tasting. We enjoyed the service, the cleanliness, and the food. The wife had the vegetable soup, which is basically Pho without any meat, and the vegetarian spring rolls. I had the #26 BBQ pork and rice and their spring rolls. Good size portions and the food was awesome. We both had their Thai tea which was delicious. In all, we spent $35. They were also moderately busy for a Monday night which is a good sign. read more

Best pho restaurant in Temecula. People are very attentive. They will cater to your odd requests. Since I just had my surgery, I cant have the normal oily, sweet food so I requested for sugar-free avocado boba and they made it perfect. My daughter had a durian boba and it was great tasting. Came in and they literally ruined the whole meal. I ordered the spicy shrimp and a #1 pho no noodles with extra bean sprouts. I didn't get any of my shrimp, they brought out the pho but they put vegetables like carrots and broccoli without any meat just plain veggies! The owner said he would take that off my check but didn't, and I didn't even get my shrimp AT ALL. New favorite! I feel like we finally scored a place that is better than Westminster! Just ate the beef pho, chicken fried rice, egg rolls and bbq pork vermicelli. Being from san diego and commuting to Oc on a daily basis I eat pho alot. I Ordered two pho dac biet specials to go. No hoisen/siracha, no bean sprouts/thai basil/jalapeños/limes. Small amounts of noodles. Place is very stingy. Go to pho mai or pho saigon which is not to far. Trust me. read more

First time here today, and my last time. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD. First, my bf and I walked in and it was very dirty. We were told to sit at a booth that was dirty with used napkins, crumbs, and leftover sauces from the people before us. We sat down expecting the gentleman to wipe the table down, but instead he handed us the menu and walked away. This place is the BEST. Not only is the food great but they have outstanding customer service. The other night I called in an order 10 minutes before they closed because I was sick. Last minute I asked if they shut down the boba station yet and he said yes.. but a woman came up quickly and asked which one I wanted. She made the tea for me past closing and gave me an extra cup filled with the extra that the tea had made. This place is truly a gem. Go once and you will see how amazing it is! read more

Great Pho and wonderful service. I hate cilantro with a passion but forgot to order my pho no cilantro. When I realized I had forgotten, I found a server and asked if they could still fix it and they made me a whole new bowl. So so nice of them, since it was my mistake. I enjoyed the taste of their broth and the noodles were really tasty. One thing I'm not used to is ordering a large, most places large is way bigger than I can eat but their large was the perfect size. Not a bother just an FYI. read more
