It's hard to come by for some decent pho up here in Temecula but Pho Ha #1 is not too bad. It was moderately during my first visit and my party and I were sat within a few minutes. The menu has a good selection of entrees but I was here for the pho. The regular size pho bowl was pretty generous with their decent broth. Slightly sweet but yet savory. As far as I can tell it is best not to get anything like pho to go. Lesson learned. I ordered the pho and shrimp spring rolls but it wasn't to my liking. I picked it up to take home And since broth and noodles are not mixed the noodles were clumped together and made for a very difficult time eating. The spring rolls do not have vermicelli in them just shredded lettuce. Not tasty at all. Maybe in the future I will give the pho another try while dining in. read more

Dont get me wrong im a regular @ this place but today was not a good day.First of all im a big fan of big portions and big bowls of Pho.Wifey and i came by today around 4pm we sat down and ordered the 'Special Pho' and today was a bad Pho king day.The broth was drench with oil and fat.Total disappointment my wife ended up eating the meat and bean sprouts only and left the soup and noodles untouched it was a bad Pho king day overall.I dont know what the hell happen back in the kitchen but the owner should really check on the quality of the broth what a waste of my money and time. read more

I wanted to drop and let the traffic die down. So my family and I decided to find a pho place around Temecula. I'm so happy we made the stop! This is probably one of the classiest Pho places I've ever been at! This seems like a great dinner date place. However, you're more than welcome to come in casual (as did we). I got the Pho #1 and my husband got a rice plate #26 (pork and rice) The food came out super fast! And when you've been in traffic and have hungry tummies, fast service is more than appreciated! So I've actually been to pho ha at a different location so I expected the food would be good, which it was. I had the Com Tam Thit Nuong which was tasty, though the portion of meat was not nearly as much as I'd like. The nuoc mam was good too, it didn't taste like water like the last place I went to down here. My mom had the pho and it was your standard pho, not terrible but not amazing either. While the food was good (and the reason they got 4 stars), the service was really bad. The waiters didn't take too long but my god the food took FOREVER to come out. I have no idea what kind of problems they're having but they need to sort that out soon. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get pho or 40 for com tam. read more

we came here due to the solid review. Their Large Pho comes in a decent size. Good for two people to share if you are not hungry. Broth is clear and flavorful. However, maybe this is to us only, their noodle is extremely over cooked, noodle has no texture ( soft lilke tofu). since we came at the off peak time, I believe noodle was left over. I hate business doing this because they are being cheap. Their pork sausage roll is good, with the peanut sauce they provide, it could be the good starter. Pretty disappointed with this place. Came with friends as we were all hungover from a night of drinking. Asked for water twice before we had to order again with our waiter... We ordered spring rolls, egg rolls, 3 large pho, 1 bo loc lac and an empty bowl for a toddler. They brought it all out at once to our small table including with an extra bowl with soup and noodles... we told them we were going to share one of the bowls with the toddler and just needed an extra bowl... Every time we asked for something (I.e. a fork)... they brought it to us in a basket... as if we had any more room for a basket at our table. Just what I needed tonite! Was feeling stuffy & like a cold was coming on. Looked up "best Pho" & this place popped up. It did not disappoint. Very nice place with plenty of seating. They have reg and large size. I ate my fill and still had another helping to take home with the large. Big pieces of chicken and very good broth. Plenty of extras brought on a plate to add as well. I really enjoy the pho at this restaurant, but today I experienced terrible interaction with an older male employee. When he delivered our bowls of pho apparently in Vietnamese he expressed anger towards us that we were sitting at the wrong spot. We were sitting at the location we were advised to sit but the cashier must have listed wrong number on ticket. Who cares! We've been looking for new Pho place since our old favorites went out of business. I think we've found it at Pho Ha. The staff are pleasant, always a smile even though they are super busy. Great portions. I usually have to order extra bbq pork for my vermicelli bowl but this time actually had a hard time finishing all the meat. Pork roll spring roll was also great. I come to them for my FIX. Their pho seems to cure whatever is hanging me down. The place accommodate a lot of people, but be war- they have amazing Vietnamese food so be prepared to wait. They also have a lot of staff, but still they have a lot of orders. And if you are in the area and order pho it takes such little time! And it's the best (almost better than my aunts) even mine. Wanted to like this place...but was sad to find a hair hidden at the bottom of my noodles! They did offer to remake it but I didn't want to risk more hair in my food. They use a lot of sugar in the food, in the marinade, in the nuoc mam (fish sauce) and the dipping sauce for spring rolls. There was no peanut butter in sauce for spring rolls, it consisted of watered down hoisin sauce and chopped peanuts, also not used to iceberg lettuce used in my spring rolls. Still looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant in the Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee area. 2nd best Pho place in the Murrieta Temecula are. I accidentally ordered the seafood pho, but it was the best mistake I've ever made. Pho was made fast and was huge. The meat/noodle ratio was good! Just the right amount of meat to eat the noodles provided. The decor and ambience is very traditional Vietnamese shop. Antique booths, old style decor makes it feel authentic. Gives a very family feel. The Thai tea is served in nice mason jars for a little millennial fun. Solid choice for a cold night. read more

When we got there he told us that we have to wait cause there's no table available yet and that's fine with us. We had waited for almost 15 minutes and when this couple left one of the older guys cleaned the table. The service was AWFUL! The womens restroom was filthy! We waited and waited to get waited on this afternoon. We sat in the booth a good 15 minutes before anyone said hello. Our waiter, the young man with the gray sweat pants, with a personality of a peanut should be FIRED. He was LAZY, not doing his job by IGNORING US, no water refills, no tea refills, they gave us SNAILS we did not order then we waited 20 minutes to get our bill and I had to go ask at desk while Gray Sweat Pants carried on with his personal conversation with other servers....at the desk, 3 servers just standing around while customers had to wait and wait on him! I've been eating pho at this place since it's been open. It's been good until last night, it took forever for them to bring my pho out and then when I got it the broth was just warm not even hot. I'm super picky when it comes to pho. I usually drive to Cerritos because I've yet to find a local place that I like. I was pleasantly surprised at Pho Ha. The Pho was very tasty. The restaurant was clean and service was a little slow but very nice. We also tried the egg rolls, not a big fan. They tasted more like a Chinese egg roll, not Vietnamese. We walked right in and were greated right away by our server. Since it was our first time there, he was kind enough to recommend a few items. Really friendly staff and very attentive, not sure if this is normal, since we did arrive at 8pm. But seriously 4 servers served our food. It was crazy. Now for the food... yummy!
