They were yellow so they probably used some turmeric. The dumplings were terrible. First, they came at the end of the meal, not the beginning. Secondly, they were not fried, they were baked. The outside of the dumping was dry and hard, and the filling was merely ground pork with nothing else added that we could tell. I don't think we will go back.
