Best place ever! If you want good service along with good food then Pho D'licious is the place for you.

It was a rainy day and what better way to enjoy such a day but a nice bowl of Pho! The location was easy to find which was nice. I went in and it was dark upon entering the establishment which is not a big deal. I was told to sit wherever but unfortunately although there many seats available the tables were all dirty. Found the cleanest spot I could find which had empty food trays laying around. You could see in the kitchen and it seemed clean from my point of view which is good. Cleanliness is a big part of dining which is primarily why the 3 stars. I ordered the summer spring rolls with shrimp and pork. They were okay and expensive for one roll. I have definitely had better with fresh herbs, cucumber and carrots. The peanut sauce seemed watered down . For the what I came here for The star of the show and it did not disappoint. I got traditional beef pho stock with the combination of beef ingredients. The pho was delicious and the garnish was fresh. I will return for some more. read more

Broth was really good. Disappointed in the extra noodle. I usually base a restaurant on if they put noodle in broth or not. They didn't. How disappointing. Overall though Pho really good. read more

I ordered delivery for steak and meatball pho for $14.70. Unsure why the receipt said something else, see photo of receipt. For the small serving of pho, they shouldn't charge it at that price. After tax, delivery fee and tip my total was $22.86. I got my order within 30min of placing order. Pho broth was very sweet and wasn't as flavorful as I would like. The steak came in the broth and was well done. Normally it comes raw, I wished that was the case. Was just passing through and wanted pho, you don't have much option around here. read more

Great service and authentic Vietnamese pho. Amazing eggrolls, one of the best in town.

We really enjoyed our meal! We are on a road trip and on our way back to Medford Oregon. It was much better then any Vietnamese we can back home. So we were grateful to find this little spot! Plus there's a little place connected that has tako yaki and Vietnamese coffee. So we snuck in a little Japanese and Thai with our meal read more

I love this place. The Pho is as good as I remember it from when I lived in California. The Banh Mi (sandwich) is not quite authentic, but the variances are still delicious. The egg rolls just might be the best in town. The owner is super friendly. I've eaten here four times this month. Can't get enough. read more

Wife and I went here and had a great experience! I have always enjoyed Pho and was excited to try out this place who named their restaurant after their main dish. My wife isn't the most explorative eater but was open to giving it a try. I had a large combination and have nothing to complain about, same with my wife who had a small steak. Mine had a good ratio of all the proteins and was a very generous size. Everything in the restaurant was clean and tidy, and we will definitely be going back! read more

Love pho and this place definitely delivers and great soup. The atmosphere is great not to loud and service is excellent.

This place is always a favorite of ours! Fantastic food and good service. We are very full!!

This place was awful, the broth tasted like water with no flavor. The meat tasted off and highly processed. And on top of that the waiter tried to over charge us. Do not eat here it was horrible read more

Normally we go to Jade Dragon, but it was closed when we were passing through Fargo. The menu available was still the opening menu which had a very limited selection. Overall, the pho wasn't bad. It satisfied my craving at the time. The spring rolls were not as satisfying, but edible. I do wish they had a more authentic selection of hot oils to add to the dishes. Hot and spicy is a must. read more

Really good food for a great price! The staff were very kind and the place was really clean and had a beautiful design. The large bowl of Pho is huge and everything about it was wonderful! read more

Pretty good place. Limited choices beyond pho although I had the rice vermicelli dish which was very good. Service good and quick

The pho soup was excellent. The vermicelli nothing special. Very good service and clean.

I stopped in with my dad to try this new pho place. I live in Southern California right on the edge of little Saigon so my expectations are high. This place has some of the best broth I've ever had! I had pho tai (lean beef) while dad added tendon and brisket to his. The portions were perfect. Just the right amount of noodles and such flavorful broth. I add a good amount of lime, basil, jalapeño, hoisin, sriracha and beans. My favorite, however, was the order of nems (egg rolls) we got. Perfect authentic flavor. Ask for lettuce to wrap them in and fish sauce to dip. Then add the remainder of fish sauce to the broth and bam! Perfection! Please give this place a chance. As with pho, the basics of this place are all there...allow their flavors to emerge as they put the finishing touches on the decor, ambience, and service. Sit on the brightly lit side and you won't hear the neighboring establishment. Again, delicious!!! read more

Go here once a week or more, good service and great food. I would recommend this place as it has a close proximity to downtown, and can be easily walked to. read more

I make it a ritual to stop in at the local pho shop wherever I go. This spot has the best ambiance of any pho shop that I have been to. Nice tables and chairs with good lighting. The server was polite and checked in multiple times. The hot tea is a must at $1.50 (better than tea from most "tea shops"). The combination pho was delicious and probably had the most flavorful broth of any pho that I have tried. Fair prices read more

This is hands down the best pho we've eaten! My band was playing down the street and we wanted something to eat that would rejuvenate us on a cold, rainy night after being on the road all day. Holy heck- the folks that run this place are so sweet and the food, my gosh, the food. We had the spring rolls, beef pho & spicy udon noodles with shrimp, kimchi and egg. We didn't talk; we just moaned in between bites. I'm so upset we don't live in Fargo but this is just another reason to come back ASAP! read more

We enjoyed our Pho and egg rolls ! Service was in point ! Super pleasant ! We will be back ! Thank you !

This was a great restaurant! It felt like true Vietnamese food. The service was outstanding. The waiter was very nice, very knowledgeable, and a great person to talk to! The food came out nice and quick. It was delicious as well! Nice tables and a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Worth a try! Would recommend it to others. read more

Love this place. As a college student this is the restaurant I eat out and spend the money for. Both the large steak pho and the ambiance is so comforting. I bring everyone here and they usually love it :) read more

I've had many pho's and this one was just as good as pho I've had in Vegas or other places. The atmosphere is a little weird, such a big space that felt a little empty. The broth has perfect and I love when they give you a little plate of all the toppings, some places are weird and put it in for you. The man running the show was very nice and courteous. Would definitely be back again. read more

Nice updates, good location downtown. Really fast and clean. Pretty typical for the Pho. Good enough we will be regulars. Doesnt top the list compared to some of the others we've been to across the country. The Beef Stew will bring us back. For what it's worth, huge potential here to the owners, but look at what other high rated Pho business are doing across the country. You've got the space, the kitchen, the location, and the people downtown who will come. read more

Love this place! The owner is always so friendly and accommodating and the food is fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone.

This place is SO delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is cozy. The last time we went I ordered the beef stew. Oh my god. BEST stew I've ever had. It was served with warm bread. When we were leaving it was down pouring and they offered us trash bags or boxes to keep the rain off. Would really recommend!! read more

Had the spring roll and the steak, brisket pho was good but needs more veggies in the soup and more meat please. The place need to pull the sauces off the table and clean and give upon request. I didn't like that they left dirty tables for an hour. The place had 3 to go orders and one other customer seated in the restaurant. I had the Vietnamese coffee and it was good.Over all the staff was nice the one serving us our food wore a mask and gloves and was very courteous also. I would go back again just more veggies and meat please cause the food was good. read more

When this restaurant first opened I was excited ,normally for pho I go to Jade Dragon right by the small asian market. I was looking forward to eating " authentic Vietnamese pho" as the page proclaims. I've been here a total of 3 times to see if anything were to change and I've finally come to terms with this place and that it won't be changing for a while. So here is my review of this place. When arriving I adored the decor. It was modern but upbeat with stylish lights and the wooden furniture brought everything together. Now down the the menu... The menus are very simple and it was quite quick to choose. Although it was quick to choose , the staff seemed to rush. Coming back every few seconds putting pressure upon a choice. I did like the idea that they came to check on me , but not when I'm selecting an item.It was quite funny that they only checked on me when I was selecting an item. Like right after they dropped my meal in front of me they dipped on me. I had to get up to get my own napkins and silverware for my companions. When I did get up they just looked at me. The tables were close together and almost suffocating. So close that the couple right next to me could've been brushing my hair or giving me a massage. The tight tables ruined my meal more than the food. The small tables seemed crowded with the sides of condiments, which bugged my little OCD. The service here was okay. Like I said early they left us alone right after the meal. No refills , No napkins. No help. The second time I went , I decided to go with a friend and her daughter. When it was time to for the meal to eat , they completely forgot my pho. I had to wait an extra 10 mins for my meal. Which really sent me because there was hardly anyone in there. So how could they possibly forget. The pho was not worth the service or price. The pho they claimed to be Authentic seem to be not. I mean if their meaning of " authentic pho " contains mushy noodles & bland powdery broth. I'm not really the person to put hoisin sauce or sriracha in my pho because the broth really takes me away. Unfortunately I was put in the position to add some flavoring , because they didn't. The noodles were unflavored and not chewy. The mixture of the broth and noodles were like over cooked ramen. So I suggest that if you are craving pho try Jade Dragon , it's more flavorful than this " authentic " pho spot. Besides the pho I ordered the fresh spring rolls. The spring rolls here aren't as bad. The lettuce was quite scratchy but the shrimp and hoisin sauce made up for it. I also liked the cucumber they added. If anything I recommend the spring rolls. If you are a hipster kid I recommend this place for you because I think the decor will make up for the pho. But if you want a mouth-watering luscious pho meal I'd say pass on this. Or come back a few month later when they settle into their business and grab a grip of their restaurant and actually want to satisfy their customers rather raise bills to spend on decor. read more

Fantastic and authentic Vietnamese food. We had the beef pho (big portions), fried spring rolls and Vietnamese iced coffee. All were delicious. Pho was served with all the expected fixings on the side to add to your taste -- fresh herbs, sprouts, lime wedges, and hot peppers) and there was both chili oil and chili sauce on the tables as well as a printed "how to" for anyone not familiar with Vietnamese pho. The broth was flavorful and not too salty -- very authentic beef broth with that distinctive "pho" flavor. The service was warm, attentive and fast. Perfect meal with the family! read more

vietnamese noodle bowl was absolutely disgusting had a few bites and threw out the rest I love noodle bowls but that was not a noodle bowl! It was also cold and not edible. Do not order from here! Made me sick read more

Glad to have found a pho place that tastes similar to the pho places in Southern CA! So yummy on a cold day! The egg rolls are pretty legit too. I loved the pho and iced coffee at this restaurant. The owner was very friendly and welcoming as well! I highly recommend.
