I couldn't believe this kind of food would be in Fargo. So I ordered the curry chicken with rice and beans and cabbage and a side of candied yams.. The rice and beans was really good: cabbage was really good. Pretty good portion. side of everything. The yams were not good at all. They weren't even cooked all the way. Now the curry chicken had really good flavor; good spice..but not much meat, more bones than anything. While eating I could have broken my teeth because there were so many small chopped pieces of bone throughout the meal.. I wanted to enjoy the food, but that got on my nerves the most. I also got a beef patty and it was good; but could have had more filling. I would order again, but no yams and in the notes I would ask for no bones in my food. Also; I called in because it took the restaurant to confirm the order with door dash: They said they received the order; and still no confirmation. I had to have doordash call them and fix the issue. Finally it was confirmed. They did throw in some pepper sauce too which I asked for, and was really good. Not sure of the ambiance because I didn't go to the restaurant. But I may end up going there instead of ordering. I didn't get any pics either u unfortunately, but looks just lick the pics on the website or doordash.

It was all very uniform, little variation, and the sweetness overpowered the flavor of the spices. It was still spicy hot, but with no depth, only sweetness. This was a Tuesday afternoon order and chefs may differ.

The spring rolls were perfectly balanced and the sauce was delightful. All of the flavors blended really beautifully, and there was a perfect proportion of meat to vegetables. Absolutely perfect. The Tony is perhaps best described as a sort of Thai chips and salsa. It was perfect for just some munching, and the peanut sauce was sweet, savory, thick and delicious. I'm so honored they brought it out to us, and I KNOW I'll be ordering it again the next time I make it out there. My dad had the spicy basil with beef. He had it on spice level 4. They offer a spice level of 1-10, and they don't recommend going above a 3, but they will always add more chilis if you'd like. Dad had considered doing a 5, but he found that the 4 was hot, and anything more would have detracted from the flavors (in his opinion). Mom had the bean sprouts, no spice added. She found that it was boring, which the waitress had warned her, but she still found it okay. I had the fried sesame oil and black pepper with chicken, which was really good. Mom thinks when she comes back that she'll get this one but without any chilis added. I think when I come back, I'll either get it at 3 again or drop down to a 2 if I want a more mild heat. Either way, I can say with confidence that we WILL be back, and this restaurant had fantastic food and a kind staff. The biryani was had nice chunks of chicken thighs with a good amount of heat. The palak paneer was delicious, spinach and paneer, just the way I like it. The service was attentive and kind. Overall, I would recommend Passage to India and will definitely go back on my next trip to Fargo. (No Pictures, I was too hungry to wait).
