I was excited to find they had a vermicelli bowl as it's one of my fav Vietnamese dishes. I had the pork and egg roll and added Shrimp and asked for peanut sauce. I had wished the fish sauce and the peanut sauce had a bit more flavor. The shrimp was cooked but I would have preferred for it to be grilled. Overall I did enjoy it and ate all, I just would have liked more flavor. Wow. Their pho is amazing. My bf was upset that all these small towns have better pho than Chicago. The owner was very kind. We went on a quiet rainy afternoon. There were maybe 4 people in the restaurant and they have plenty of tables. The broth is super flavorful. The pork banh mi is delicious. I find that some places make their pork too dry but this place knows what's up. I would go back to Fargo just to have this meal again. Stopped here for a lunch with my NDSU college son. I love Bahn Mi sandwiches and checked yelp for this. There was another place in West Fargo, but we weren't going there. I ordered Tofu Bahn Mi Sandwich and shrimp spring roll. My son ordered Udon Noodles. The shrimp spring roll was good and did not have nasty pork lunch meat. The peanut dipping sauce was also good. The tofu in bahn mi was thin and veggies of cucumber, Daikin radish and carrots and garlic mayo were good. My son didn't seem too impressed with udon noodles but ate it anyway. OMG, awesome chicken pho!!!! Unfortunately I don't live in the Fargo area, but I got lucky and picked the best place for lunch anybody could ever want. They even had Sambal Oelek chili paste, which is very hard to get these days, because I like to add a nice hit of spiciness to my Pho. I stuffed myself eating every drop! I am from China, and lived in Fargo for 6 years. They has the best pho noodles and spring rolls in Fargo!! For those of you who is looking for authentic Vietnamese food, I would strongly recommend. They only opened three months ago. The food is good. Spring roll is warped tight so the stuffings won't come off when you eat part of it. The sauce of the spring roll is very good. For those of you like spicy, they have really good Chile oil on the every table. Pho noodle is good, the soup is very good, tasty but not salty, light, meaning less oily. Soup tastes like authentic beef soup, not those from pho soup powders. I almost finish the entire pho soup and didn't feel thirsty ( the pho soup made from pho soup powder will make you thirsty quickly after you drink the soup). The owner is nice and honest, not just want to sell food. I came for dinner and interested about their coffee. He said their coffee is very strong, if I am the person who won't fall asleep when drinking coffee during dinner time, he won't suggest. I like the personality of the owners, very nice person. For some of you who has big appetite, mean you can 4-5 full plates of food at buffet place, their noodle size maybe small for you. I will come regularly. read more

This newly open Pho spot, was really spot on Love the Pho and the ambiance of the place and the service was superb even we just hot there 30mins before closing and we ask for the food to go they're still accomodating and even ask us to eat there. I can't figure out why we don't have multiple full service Vietnamese restaurants in the Metro. Does anyone remember Mi Viet ? We have what 4 Thai? and countless Chinese. This place rocks, the owner, Henry, is one of the best. Food is right on point. If I'm not in the mood for the Pho, my go to is 1 egg roll, 1 spring roll, and a Bahn Mi sandwich. Overall service was slow especially considering we came after the lunch rush. Ordered the small combination pho. Broth was good aromatically but lacked salt. Kinda watered down tbh. The noodles weren't cooked enough maybe just blanched. Overall it's a decent bowl but the chili oil saved it. For North Dakota I'd say give it a try and see what you think. However, one small gripe would be the establishment that it is connected to (via a garage door) completely ruins the ambiance of Pho D'licious. Loud hip-hop music was blaring the entire time we were eating, high school to college aged kids were constantly opening and closing the garage door to come and go. I understand that the owner of Pho D'licious more than likely has no control over that given that they have a shared bathroom, but the establishment next door might end up ruining this restaurant. We were so excited to try this place and was really hoping that this will ease our cravings for Vietnamese food until we can go to the cities. We ordered the Pho and Bun Thit Noung Cha Gio. All I can say is the Pho is not authentic, not even close which is a shame considering that's the name of the restaurant. The broth didn't have the flavor of star anise, ginger and other spices that sets Pho apart from any other noodle soup. It was just bland. They also forgot to give us bean sprouts, limes and thai basil along with hoisin sauce and charged us $9.50 for some noodles and 5 small pieces of meatballs. The owner did apologize and offered us a free bowl of pho on our next visit after I called to complain. As for the grilled pork and egg rolls vermicelli salad, the pork was sliced so thin and once they cut it into strips, it was so dry tasting like beef jerky. The veggies mixture of lettuce and bean sprouts was missing the mint and cucumbers that is traditionally served. All and all, we won't be returning, not even for the free pho. It's just not worth the time and hassle. So if you are expecting authentic delicious Vietnamese food, this is not the place for you which is a shame as we really wanted to like this restaurant after months of anticipation. read more

Stopped by with friends after a game of mini golf. We knew it was a new place and wanted to check it out. Super friendly staff and simple/cute interior. They seem to really care about their customers and the quality of food. The menu was pretty limited but big portion sizes and decent prices. 3 of us got the Chicken Pho, overall very great. The Beef Pho broth was really tasty. We also received a platter with sprouts, lime, basil and jalapeños to share and top off the Pho, which was nice. Lastly, the spring rolls were awesome and the peanut dipping sauce was one of the best I've ever had. Even my bf who is allergic to peanuts had a taste and really liked it haha. One of my favorite places in town! My girlfriend and I come here regularly and the owner, Henry, learned our names after the first couple visits and is incredibly hospitable. We walk in and he already knows our order and makes us feel very special. Incredible service and the best pho in town!! Cannot recommend this place enough. It was a rainy day and what better way to enjoy such a day but a nice bowl of Pho! The location was easy to find which was nice. I went in and it was dark upon entering the establishment which is not a big deal. I was told to sit wherever but unfortunately although there many seats available the tables were all dirty. Found the cleanest spot I could find which had empty food trays laying around. You could see in the kitchen and it seemed clean from my point of view which is good. Cleanliness is a big part of dining which is primarily why the 3 stars. I ordered the summer spring rolls with shrimp and pork. They were okay and expensive for one roll. I have definitely had better with fresh herbs, cucumber and carrots. The peanut sauce seemed watered down . For the what I came here for The star of the show and it did not disappoint. I got traditional beef pho stock with the combination of beef ingredients. The pho was delicious and the garnish was fresh. I will return for some more. read more
