I went in thinking I'd grab a solid bowl of pho and maybe some wings. I left wondering if I've been lied to my entire life about what pho is supposed to taste like. The broth? Absolutely ridiculous. Rich, clean, perfectly balanced, like it's been simmering since 1997 with someone's grandma guarding it 24 7. One sip and I just sat there like... oh. THIS is what it's supposed to be. And then the salt and pepper wings show up and now I'm in trouble. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, that garlic pepper combo hitting exactly how it should. Not too salty, not too greasy, just straight up "why are these this good" energy. I told myself I'd share. That was a lie. This place is low key dangerous. On a side quest picking up dinner for my son at a neighboring restaurant. I had to check out Pho and Wings, why because I love me a good pork bang mi. The store is nice and clean with a simple menu. The service was good. I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I wanted a seat or if I wanted it for to go. The banh mi is made with the shorted but wider baguette. Bread was good. We heard about this new pho restaurant that was open late until 10pm so we decided to go here for a late dinner. They have just opened a couple of weeks so they were quite empty of diners, plus it was late. They had a pho plus drink special so we decided to take advantage of that. Pho was a bit pricey at $17 but the free drinks made it worth it. We ordered a milk tea with boba and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were pretty good. We ordered the create your own pho for $17. I picked the raw beef slices, brisket beef, and beef meatballs. The portions were large and the broth was good. We did enjoy what we ordered. Service was good.. New Vietnamese restaurant in our neighborhood. Nice and clean place with delicious entrees! We enjoyed everything that we ordered, the appetizer, short rib soup and Bahn mi with grilled pork. Was also surprised they gave us complimentary dessert and I had to ask what it was, glass jelly with coconut cream...it was delicious. Service was good too. I got the House Special Vermicelli without bean sprouts which is always an amazing customization option in an online takeout menu! I also got the Passionfruit Green Tea and it is incredible; I would seriously stop there between errands just to have this tea on the go again! The portion size is so big; this entree has bbq pork, chicken, veggies, an egg roll, and vermicelli, with a side of fish sauce. I will have to go back again and dine in for the pho. Decided to give them a try today. My wife was interested in Pho, but we decided on Calamari, chicken wings and pork egg rolls. I don't eat pork so I can't comment on them. My wife said she preferred the ones at Pho Lucky. The calamari was tasty, but more like calamari sticks , no tentacles. The chicken wings were good, but nothing special. We were the only customers at 12 AM on a Sunday. Service was good and everything was on a tablet. The ambiance was clean and modern. Came here around dinner time during a weekday and dine in was not that busy, but I did notice a lot of people were doing pick-up for online order. The restaurant is in a plaza with lots of parking and plenty of seating inside. We got the wings and fries with the house special sauce on the side and the house vermicelli noodles. Wings and fries were made fresh to order and came piping hot when served. The wings were crispy, and not oily at all. Pretty reasonable size too for what you get. House sauce felt like a mix of sriracha and kewpie mayo, solid option for the wings. I think next time I would order flavored wings and see how the flavored wings taste. Overall, wings were nice and crispy. House vermicelli noodle was refreshing. The egg rolls were crispy, and there was definitely a lot of meat added to it too. I came here to try out a new spot as I was craving some pho. To start off, I got a regular chicken pho and I thought it was pretty good. I'm not going to lie, I have had better but I do not think this is the worst I ever tried. The chicken was very soft and the broth was tasty. However, I felt it was not as rich as I expected or hoped. The banh mi was average as well. It wasn't anything surprising or something to rave about. The service was nice, everyone was really friendly and the food came out pretty fast. The inside is also nice and cozy. I am giving it 4 starts because we did grab some average items and I believe they have way better things on their menu that I would want to try! After I've gone here about 5 times now, I can update my review with a little more detail. Service is nice, place is clean. They don't have a ton of options, but I kind of like that because they mainly can just focus on pho. The pho portion is a tad bit smaller than your average pho bowl, but the broth is pretty good. The sesame coffee is SO good, if you like your coffee sweet then I think you'll enjoy this. The salt foam coffee is good, like any other salt foam coffee. The taro milk tea is nice & sweet as it should, my son loves it. I tried the bbq sauce for the wings & it was mid. I love that you get a free drink with any pho you order. I'm not sure if that's only for their grand opening promo or a permanent thing, but I'm enjoying it for now! read more

Stopped in for a break from uber saw the grand opening sign and decided to step in since it says it has pho and wings. I looked at the menu and saw a beef salad that looked interesting and decided to try it and boy! I'm glad I did. The beef salad was really good with a honey glazed salad dressing that blended in beautifully with the rest of the vegetables and the beef. The Service was very good an elderly lady served me and she was so very kind even offered me a free drink if I purchased noodles even though I had to just order a salad, the other server was also very kind and gave me a warm welcome and let me know that he would look out for me next time if I come back as far as the venue goes, it is really cute unique and very much cultural with unique art work. It's very cozy and the lighting is very cool and normal overall I deserve. I liked my service and my meal. If I'm ever in Poway again I will probably stop by. This is my second visit to this place. The first time, during the grand opening, the decor wasn't fully completed, but the food was good. We had a satisfying meal, particularly the pho and the appetizer. On my second visit, the place had improved significantly. The decor was more appealing, and the food was even better. I ordered the rice and pork chops, along with a few other items to take home. To my surprise, the rice and pork chops were excellent. They were much better than the pho I had earlier that day. "At another locations in Escondido." In contrast, the pho restaurant I visited earlier in the day was disappointing. They skimped on the pork chop, giving me a small piece that was probably not enough for my young nephew. The rice was also of poor quality. Overall, I won't be returning to that place in Escondido. However, I must say that Pho and Wing's a great place. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants in San Diego, this place gives you two pieces of meat instead of one. The chicken wings are also fairly good. The waitress was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Give it a try! read more

We came on a Sunday afternoon for lunch & the restaurant was very busy. The place is decorated with traditional Vietnamese decor which was very inviting & festive. Service was fantastic as everyone was attentive. Our order came out slightly late but they made an effort by offering us desserts while we waited. Came BACK today 03.13.2026 for my third visit to this incredible Pho restaurant. I tried the beef ribs and rare steak Pho ~ it was even better than I had hoped it would be.
