The restaurant is clean and bright. The staff is very nice and friendly. However the food was just ok at best. Their salt n pepper wings were fried chicken that had no breading and it came with sautéed onion n peppers. Spring rolls were smaller than industry standard in the area. Prices were very high for pho and appetizers. One order of spring rolls and wings was $24.75. Ouch! Food was not impressive.

We heard about this new pho restaurant that was open late until 10pm so we decided to go here for a late dinner. They have just opened a couple of weeks so they were quite empty of diners, plus it was late. They had a pho plus drink special so we decided to take advantage of that. Pho was a bit pricey at $17 but the free drinks made it worth it. We ordered a milk tea with boba and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were pretty good. We ordered the create your own pho for $17. I picked the raw beef slices, brisket beef, and beef meatballs. The portions were large and the broth was good. We did enjoy what we ordered. Service was good.. The older lady helping us at the beginning was very nice and friendly. Service was switched to a young man when our food was delivered. He seems new and shy

New Vietnamese restaurant in our neighborhood. Nice and clean place with delicious entrees! We enjoyed everything that we ordered, the appetizer, short rib soup and Bahn mi with grilled pork. Was also surprised they gave us complimentary dessert and I had to ask what it was, glass jelly with coconut cream...it was delicious. Service was good too. We like supporting restaurants in our neighborhood so hopefully this new business will do well.

I got the House Special Vermicelli without bean sprouts which is always an amazing customization option in an online takeout menu! I also got the Passionfruit Green Tea and it is incredible; I would seriously stop there between errands just to have this tea on the go again! The portion size is so big; this entree has bbq pork, chicken, veggies, an egg roll, and vermicelli, with a side of fish sauce. I will have to go back again and dine in for the pho. So glad we have a pho place in Scripps Ranch now; I hope they stick around.

A solid pho place in Scripps Ranch! Service was great, as they were friendly and answered all our questions. The place is clean and comfortable. Their banh mi leans on the saucier side, if that's your preferred style. Also, their house wings are reminiscent of a type of mustard, but we couldn't place the taste (and they could not tell us exactly what was in it), but we enjoyed it!

Came here around dinner time during a weekday and dine in was not that busy, but I did notice a lot of people were doing pick-up for online order. The restaurant is in a plaza with lots of parking and plenty of seating inside. We got the wings and fries with the house special sauce on the side and the house vermicelli noodles. Wings and fries were made fresh to order and came piping hot when served. The wings were crispy, and not oily at all. Pretty reasonable size too for what you get. House sauce felt like a mix of sriracha and kewpie mayo, solid option for the wings. I think next time I would order flavored wings and see how the flavored wings taste. Overall, wings were nice and crispy. House vermicelli noodle was refreshing. The egg rolls were crispy, and there was definitely a lot of meat added to it too. I felt like I had a little too much greens on mine more than the noodles so in the end it felt like I was eating salad with fish sauce, but overall it was a nice refreshing meal for a hot day.

Last time I ordered the com suon and it was so good. This time I ordered the com Thit and maybe it was because it was first thing in the morning but the meat seemed like it was old and reheated :(

Ive been back twice already. What I love is that they have vegetarian/vegan options as well. The garlic noodles and veggie egg rolls are absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the deep fried tofu and crab rangoon. Great service and very accommodating. Im so glad a new pho place is close by.

Tried this place for the first time and LOVED it! The owner, Scott, is friendly, offers 5 star service with a smile, and makes the best smoothies!! The pho is rich and tasty (best I've had in San Diego)!! If you're in the Scripps Ranch area, Pho and Wings is worth a stop. 5 Stars!!

I'm really picky when it comes to pho, but this place was solid and absolutely hit the spot. Will definitely be back! The service was friendly, definitely seemed family owned, and the portions were decent. Highly recommend!

Beef noodle soup - excellent flavor overall, including a strong broth and a nice, soft texture to the noodles. Out of the countless Chinese restaurants I've visited for beef noodle soup, this makes its way into the top three. 5/5 Lamb skewers - wayyyyy too dry. This is certainly not their specialty, and asking for extra cumin to sprinkle on the lamb did not redeem the firmness. I struggled to slide the meat off the skewer and ended up just eating it while still on the stick. 1.5/5 Fish fillet - so good. Easy to eat texture-wise. Caution -- a bit saltier than it looks. The bell peppers in particular were seasoned spectacularly. 4.5/5 Dry fried green beans - a delicious option for vegetables to add to the table. Most people will enjoy this one in my opinion. A bit more crunch than I expected, which is not a bad thing. 4/5 Double cooked pork - I've never seen it cooked this way, and am not a fan. I'm used to a more oily version of this dish. It contained a bunch of dried and crunchy... yams? Potatoes? Overall, the dish was mainly crunch with no flavor, and contained a relatively small amount of pork. 1/5

If you're looking for something more relaxed, this is your spot. I enjoyed the subtle Japanese-inspired playlist in the background--it added to the overall ambiance without being distracting. The artwork gives the space a warm touch, especially the Bruce Lee painting. It feels like one of those places you can come back to regularly when you want something comforting and reliable. Definitely more comfort-focused than trendy, and that's part of the appeal. FOOD / DRINKS Spicy Miso Noodle Soup (Recommend) This was a solid bowl. You're getting a spicy miso broth with slow-cooked pork belly, bok choy, carrots, and noodles (ramen or udon)--so it hits that comforting, savory lane right away. At first, she said the order only could be done on 1 bill. And then later she compromised with 2 bills, 5 people per table. That was nice of her! I just had 2 coffees before entering so I decided to skip ordering Thai tea. But they had a large drink menu, of fruit teas and more. My friend had the lychee tea which was very large and looked super refreshing! They also came by often to top off our waters which was nice. To eat, I ordered the $16.99~, Cashew Chicken Stir Fry with White Rice. It came with onion, green onion, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and cashews. The carrots were beautifully cut, but a little too crunchy for me to properly enjoy in the stir fry. Everything else was delicious! I think this could definitely be shared between 2-3 people. It was a lot for me, even after a large hike. The sauce was flavorful and not overly salty. I didn't ask for any spice level, but I think I'd choose mild or medium next time. My friends ordered-- - $12.99, Dirty Fried Chicken: This had a blitz coating of lime, mint, and spices. And it was decorated with thinly sliced green onions with a side of sweet chili sauce. The chicken was hot and plump, not dry, and very much mouthwatering! Would recommend. - $14.99, Thai Grilled Chicken Salad: Grilled Chicken Breast on a bed of mixed green salad, carrots, and cucumbers with peanut dressing. It reminded me a little of chicken satay~ it smelled and looked incredible. I think I might order it next time, when I want something light and fulfilling after a hike. - $11.99, Cream Cheese Avocado Wontons (6PC): These came out piping hot and when you took a bite they were oozing. It was very creamy and when you dip into the plum sauce it's a delectable bite. A nice appetizer to share with the table. - $16.99-$19.99 (depends on what protein you get), Pad Thai: This proportion was manageable for one person. The restaurant used thin rice noodles, but it didn't clump excessively compared to other restaurants. The prices are what you'd typically see at a Pan-Asian restaurant, a few dollars more than what you'd want to spend. But these kinds of restaurants, in my opinion, are for enjoying with others. So, if you're sharing food and all that-- the price is worth it (esp with the quantity that is given). Next time, I would probably order one of their noodle dishes rather than rice.
