Tons of noodles, beef, and veggies. Personally I love when there's a lot of green onions, onions, basil, and bean sprouts. Also, I love when there's tendon and trip in Pho for added flavor and texture. Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls with peanut sauce was a good appetizer. I washed it down with a strong Ca Phe Sua Da. Notes: I was staying in downtown area and got to the restaurant easily on a Lime e-scooter. Spacious and clean restaurant with tons of tables for small and large groups. I was welcomed immediately and the staff were friendly. I even got to practice my Vietnamese and have a short convo about the community. The food came out within minutes after I put in my order. Then they bring them to the table. The waitress was more defensive than apologetic. They took 15 percent off the bill for the trouble. Not good enough and you just lost a loyal customer. The food tasted different today too, like they used too much fish sauce. It's a shame, we did really like this place but the service was too bad to ever return.

My wife and I happened to discover this hidden gem last week. I had misread their hours online and arrived just as they were closing their doors. I had told them that we were really looking forward to trying out their restaurant and that we would just come back on a different day when they are open. Most restaurants would have just said "Okay , see you next time" but not them. With warm smiles, both the owner and staff said that they would go ahead and make us some of their "Favorite Food" as they put it. The Beef Meatball Pho was just amazing. I had never tasted a broth as good as theirs. And their Seafood Egg Rolls were simply Fantastic. Pho and Roll Express has earned a customer for life here. You all owe it to yourselves to give this place a try. You wont regret it. read more
