Good pho. Enjoyed their pork chops. Fried spring rolls were really small. Fried rice was delicious. Service was friendly. I probably would go back and try some of their other dishes. read more

I dont care how many times I come here, the food is always delicious, fresh, and just right! This is my favorite place for pho in Killeen. I can't get enough, except when my bank account reminds me that I could possibly make the food at home.... who am I kidding?! There's no way I could replicate the deliciousness that is Pho9!!! My favorite is a vermicelli bowl and eggrolls. The fish sauce is delicious, and my favorite part. read more

Found this place from getting lost in the area over the weekend. Place was very clean and there were quite a few customers after the lunch rush. I ordered Jasmine tea and the beef pho. The broth was VERY flavorful. Service was very good, the waitresses were very attentive. Definitely coming back again. read more

Legitimate pho for a soldier's hungover soul. Probably the best place to get pho in the Ft. Hood area. Don't waste your time looking, this place is right outside the gate. read more

Definitely enjoyed our dinner. it was well priced and we found the service to be very friendly and quick. We had spring rolls and two different phos and were please with all of our dishes. We will definitely be back. read more

Probably the worst service I've had from an owner of an establishment. He was very rude and unaccommodating, when we asked for some hot water he gave us a plastic cup with warm tap water. And when I asked him for some hot water in a tea pot he responds with no we don't do that here, it's just for tea. read more

Friendly service, good and consistent pho. Not greasy. The grilled pork bahn mi was huge and delicious. Big portions, good prices. Love their boba tea selection! Found my go to Viet in the area. Would recommend if you're near to the area. read more

I checked in and the 10% off the bill coupon popped up. I was told by the server that the coupon is no longer being accepted. You should remove it. Otherwise, I love this place. :) read more

I'm from California, and moving to Texas was hard since I love Pho so much. To find this place was pretty great! The P2 was delicious and flavorful, the C14 Bbq was bomb!! I do recommend it. Price was cheaper than the bbq of course but well worth it all. The employees are pretty nice also!! :) read more

I've tried Pho in DC, NYC, Jersey & Philly.. Its unfortunate I don't feel the same way here in TX. Pho 9 is actually my first stop for trying Pho in TX and I must say. The bowl of Pho I ordered hardly have anything but noddles in it & the Sring roll I can tell that it's old. The texture of the rice paper are definitely old like they did NOT freshly rolled it. Service here is kind of sucky as well. So on and all I give it a 2 star read more

Pleasantly surprised with the taste of their pho. Their taro tea was on point but their watermelon drink was very very sweet to the point where we could not drink it and almost tasted like cough syrup. read more

My boyfriend and I used to go here every week at least once or twice a week and we loved it. Their servers were always kind to us. But the last time we were there, we ordered the same exact thing and the broth in my pho was as if someone threw a whole bottle of olive oil in it. It was obviously a different texture and color than my boyfriends. When I brought up the issue to the server, she was aware that it looked super oily and told me that more Vietnamese women had started coming in and they liked it like that. Eventually the owner came out and she argued with me that that is how they have always served it and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. They compt us for our drinks but I still had to pay for my pho. So if you're a female, specify you don't want all their fryer oil grease in your pho. Used to be a good spot but not anymore. I recommend Pho Saigon down the street. read more

Just okay pho broth. I've tried Chau's Cafe which is only few minutes away and i don't go back to Pho 9. I prefer broth in Chau's cafe more. Even price is much better too. read more

Food is ok. The staff is by and large rude from my experience. Maybe they were just busy the times I've gone, but it's not a restaurant that I'm interested in dining at again read more

Is this place a restaurant or a pool hall? I had a hard time figuring that out. On top of this being a "pho" restaurant there is a sea of pool tables. But the worst thing was the prices. $2.59 for a can of soda? $10 for a bowl of Pho? Get out of here. There are other places that are better than this place. Being from California where pho is everywhere this place is lame. Went here because of other reviews and they are miss leading. read more

My husband and I are HUGE pho fans so we've tried 3 different places here in Killeen and Pho9 is by far our favorite. Best pho and best eggrolls. Great prices for great portions. read more

Woooooowwwww. This place is awesome. I never noticed this place until I was invited by some friends for lunch. I didn't know what to get so my friend ordered for me. I think it was the #44 with noodles and it was a great portion. It was bigger then I thought I could handle but it was so good I couldn't stop eating. And u think that was good the services was even better the girl that served us knew all my buddies orders off the back. Shes a hot island girl here so that's a plus. Imma be back here real soon. read more

We frequent here often. Always get: 2 A2's (shrimp spring rolls) 1 A8 (fried dumpling) 2 P6 (pho with rare beef and flank) Food is always tastes great. Pho broth does differ upon who makes it. Love the spring rolls and dumpling. Only real complaint is that, there service can dramatically improve. The owner is cool. He has done a nice job making the place nice with a makeover. But his employee customer service skills need to be worked on, also has an older relative that needs to learn English. Hard to get something when he doesn't understand at all. I know that you want to profit all you can by keeping it in the family business. But hiring a couple regular people wouldn't hurt you. Would give it five stars if the wait period to get your order in was not so long. read more

I really liked this place cause I like the house vermicelli. I'm not a fan of pork so I would exchange it for chicken. Recently they told me they can't exchange it anymore so now have to look for a new place. It's a shame since I figured chicken was cheaper than pork but what do I know. Anyways I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. read more

This is our favorite pho restaurant. We eat at Pho 9 regularly. I like the pho designated with an "M" on the menu as it has egg noodles not rice noodles. The rice noodle pho is good, too, but the egg noodle pho with fried chicken has got me. I'm a fan. The restaurant is always clean and bright. The service is good. read more

The food and boba is great! I especially love P1, the combination pho. I would give this a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the rude cashier. Everytime we eat here she is always so rude to us. After we got done eating and was about to pay, my husband thought it would be nice to get some boba drinks. He asked the cashier If we can order it and right away she gives us the worst attitude and says itll take 10 minutes. I was perfectly fine with waiting but she seriously didnt have to be rude about it. After it was done, she slammed the drinks on the table, we were waiting at and just walked away. Next time I eat here and shes rude again, I'm going to address it. read more

Service is so bad .. when I ordered thai tea, the waiter said I don't have time . Then , we have waited for like an hour and still don't get thai tea but the people who came late got theirs already . I'll never come back here read more

Me and my husband done try all of these pho in Killeen and honestly i don't care for none around here it's not how it taste like home in Oregon. . Customer service here was great! read more

More expensive than other places I have been for Pho. Not bad, not as flavorful, had to add siracha and Thai chili. They no longer serve any sandwiches which upset my husband. No flavored bobas. Will not be back read more

As I write this review, I write it with huge disappointment. After being to this location numerous times I feel like today I reached my breaking point with this establishment. For one, the small skinny Asian dude who plays the role as the waiter is beyond rude. This guy feels entitled to disrespect anyone and everyone who enters that glass door, pointing at and yelling at customers. You better not find anything wrong with the food cause bringing it up to his attention is like talking to the wall. Secondly, the steamed rice had this burned taste to it, both the chicken and pork I received was burnt and dry. Never in my life have I gone to an establishment were they tell you they can't make you something of the menu because their isn't enough staff working. Wait? What? Never again, avoid at all costs if you must.. read more

Good pho but I wouldn't eat here I worked in the back and it was dirty and had bugs and flies in the back boba tea is pretty good but I would recommend pho Saigon read more

Customer service sucks, food is just ok with a way to high price attached too it!!! Will not be eating here again

This Pho was so good. The broth was amazing and so much better than any I have found in the area. People were nice and helpful. A couple at the table next to us order got messed up and they quickly fixed it and let them keep the messup. Apologizing. They were friendly and engaging with all incoming and outgoing customers. I reccomend giving this place a try! SO SO TASTY read more

I love the pho of course. they have an awesome variety of food as well as drinks. I usually have the Hawaiian girl help me and she is super friendly and welcoming! I defiantly recommend Pho 9 read more

I haven't had the pho and I am love pho, I keep getting the Bún Tht Nng, it is that crazy good. Usually I like to try something different every time I go back to a restaurant, usually at a Vietnamese restaurant I get pho but the Bún Tht Nng keeps drawing me back, I keep telling myself that I won't use all the dipping sauce, but it is so good I pour it all on. I keep telling myself that the next time I am in Killeen I will eat elsewhere, and I keep on coming back and getting the Bún Tht Nng. read more

Overpriced, bland broth, and I had what looked like soap bubbles on top of my Pho. Definitely not appetizing. We ordered bubble tea and milk tea and they fill the cup to the top with ice so you're really paying for a half a cup of tea. read more

Loved the pho soup , fried rice and virmicelli beef bowl ! Will definetly visit again !

Great pho and good egg rolls. Pretty good service but he forgot about my Vietnamese iced coffee milk. At the end he didn't come back around but he had a group in there same time as us. Overall will definitely go back for the great food! read more

Overall great food! But customer service needs a lot of work. The man that help my table of 9 was rude, inattentive, and didn't serve one of our members until the whole table was done eating. read more

Pho 9 is the best Vietnamese restaurant around fort Hood. Not too pricy, while I agreed with others about their smoothies, it might not be the best, but the food compensate for it. Been eating here since 2011 read more

Pho is delicious!!! Broth is amazing. Shrimps are little small for the seafood pho. But man, I would recommend this place. Pretty inside, nice and spacious. Nice friendly staff. I always enjoy the food. read more

I love the food and all but the old guy who served our food was ridiculously rude. Because of him I will never eat here again.

I haven't had Pho in quite a while. However, this place has made me realize the error of my ways. When the Pho was brought out, I was greeted by the hot, steamy broth and the aroma of fresh mint and cilantro. The beef and noodles were delicious and every bite had me wanting more. The only issue was that my bowl was nearly empty by the time I received my Thai Tea with Boba and when I did get it, they didn't have half and half to add to my Thai Tea. I will be sure to visit again soon for another bowl soon. read more

Vietnamese fried rice cake with eggs, tamarind chicken wings and other foods on Appetizers menu are excellent! However, i was very disappointed on my Large bowl of Pho, the portion is for kid- very little meats! Im serious! Put more meats! Never been to a place that serve little meat like this place for the same price. I def not going to go with Pho but other foods on their menu only. read more
