Came here one evening with my wife and were seated promptly. Hand sanitizer is offered at the front and the staff are wearing masks. Our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive throughout our stay. I ordered a Thai tea, beef pho, and a vegan pho. Thai tea was good and flavorful. The beef pho had a nice, rich flavor to the the broth and had plenty of meats to come with. It was very delicious. Also, the condiments offered were the typical bean sprouts, basil leaves, jalapeños, and lime which were fresh. My wife had the vegan pho and she really enjoyed the flavor and the variety of veggies that came with it. Came with tofu, bok choy, broccoli, carrots, onion, etc. A good vegan pho is hard to come by and this place nailed it. The bill came out to be about $30 which was more than fair. The phood here is so phucking good! I actually wanted Thai food tonight but the Thai place didn't have a table for one. So, I went to Pho 772 instead. The staff welcomed me with friendly smiles and didn't make me feel like an outsider for dining in by myself. Restaurant is very clean with a contemporary design. I felt very comfortable here. I'm vegetarian and they had a solid selection of vegan options to choose from. I got their vegan "egg" rolls and vegetarian pho. I could tell the egg rolls were hand made to order. They weren't frozen. The pho itself was surprisingly a lot of food. All the vegetables were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The broth was delicious...not too salty but perfectly seasoned. It was served with beans sprouts and Thai basil, which is different than regular basil. It has a sharper taste and stronger aroma. It's really phucking good and a nice touch to a perfect meal. I came to this Pho place with my boyfriend because I was looking for some authentic Vietnamese pho. I have been craving it ever since I came to visit Florida and am so far away from my family. I was skeptical at first because I come from a traditional Vietnamese family and so my standard is pretty high for pho broth and ingredients. Especially if the pho might be from a different region of Vietnam or something, it all tastes different. I also noticed that a lot of pho or sushi places in the Florida area have a Thai fusion which also worried me a lot. Moving on to the food, I was very surprised about the flavor of the pho. It truly tasted deep, complex, and the beef flavor only got better as I ate the pho. My boyfriend and I are spice freaks and so we asked for extra jalapeños and they even accommodated us by giving us a spicy chili oil on the side for us to add to the pho. On top of that, we ordered Vietnamese spring rolls or GOI COUN. The ingredients for the goi coun were obviously fresh. It was the crunch and clean taste that I wanted with that decadent peanut sauce on the side. Everything was just wonderful. The nice lady who served us was very cute and friendly. She cracked jokes with us and was extremely attentive with filling our water as well. My friends and I had lunch at this restaurant a few days ago. We ordered the brisket pho and seafood noddle soup. I would consider good for this area but average if compare to other Vietnamese restaurants out of town. Our disappointment was with the waitress, She seemed to be agitated from the time we were seated and having to wait on us. Number of customers she serviced at that time was doable but perhaps it was too much for her to handle? Management should evaluate and improve customer service. We are regular customers since opening. We dine here at least once a week up to 3 times a week. Food is great and our lady server is delightful. We checked the reviews, and mostly are good except a very few. We overheard that some Vietnamese customers complained that our wait staff can't speak Vietnamese. Well, it's USA, maybe they do speak English/American, but just being a jerk. We have Vietnamese friends who speak good English and are very nice. In a full restaurant, she must converse louder so we can hear her. They should try Pho and Roll in Jupiter, they all speak Vietnamese, Pho Wagyu in PSL, Thai Pho Now in Jensen Beach, etc. If we're hate the food and service, we will never go back to the same restaurant, ever. Both our servers are helpful and friendly especially the lady, since 90% of the time we lunch there. Further more, even if the restaurant is full and lots of take outs, we never have to flag her down for anything. She works very hard, if we own a business, we will hire her in a heart beat. I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars based solely on the food, after several of visits over the last month. This is the type of restaurants you'll have to forgive for being rough around the edges, in order to experience delicious homemade Viet cuisine. PHO 772 Is located in the old space that was for several years Rooster's Restaurant. The location is very convenient and easy to reach right off Jensen Beach Boulevard. It's in the same plaza as the Thai House Restaurant and Shakras Deli. Although they have kept the same footprint as the previous restaurant, it has been freshened up with new tile flooring, paint and minimal accessories. My main complaint is the austerity of the space and the overwhelming Kmart lighting that strips away any ambiance they're trying to achieve. At night, without natural light filtering through the windows, the restaurant is jarring due to the overhead fluorescent fixtures. The staff is all family and the Mother is doing most of the cooking. They couldn't be a sweeter family. This is their first foray into restaurants although they have a successful nail business in Port St. Lucie. So far, we've tried many different items on the menu including the PHO (both beef and vegetarian) and have only good things to say. The soup was delicious and definitely homemade. The beef broth is a traditional bone marrow recipe made daily. Special note on the vegetarian items is they are also vegan. No egg, fish sauce, or animal products are used in the preparation of any of their vegetarian items in accordance to Vietnamese custom. The vegetarian Pho is made with a flavorful vegetarian stock. For both the beef and the vegetarian options, the sideplate of cilantro, basil and bean sprouts makes both of these real winners! The crispy eggrolls and the fresh wrapped spring rolls are also available in both meat and vegetarian options. Both are equally memorable. The grilled appetizer is notable. Crispy calamari is equally delicious. For me, the real winner on the menu is the bánh mì sandwich, offered in either pork or chicken. This is literally perfection. A crispy French roll filled with grilled seasoned meat, flavorful coleslaw, jalapeños and topped with cilantro. If I only ever ate this, I'd be happy. Like so many similar Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at, I'm not sure why they always make the same mistakes. Austere spaces with poor lighting, sticky tables and stingy little paper napkins you have to ask repeatedly for replacements. Why not just put some napkins on the table? The staff is friendly, informative and eager to help although their lack of training and experience is evident. It's not uncommon to ask for something two or three times. Not because they don't care but because they don't have any previous restaurant experience. Hopefully, this will improve in time. read more

I tried this restaurant recently and I would say it was decorated like many Asian restaurants, bare minimum, but it wasn't too shabby and certainly not high end. I ordered the fried spring rolls and the traditonal pho. The spring rolls came out within a few minutes and they were luke warm in the center. Next came the Pho soup which was smaller than I expected and it didn't really have much substance and taste. I was quite disappointed with what I ordered. I would have thought the restaurant would have sized up the portions considering the cost of materials in the soup base and rice noodles are fairly inexpensive. All in all, I'll probably give this restaurant another chance in 6 months. I'm hoping the honest reviews will be taken seriously by management. read more
