Amanda is the instructor and owner and she was absolutely great! She kept things interesting and topical. She is a paramedic so she has real-life experience and knowledge to share. Her equipment was new and clean and you can definitely tell she has invested in her business. My digital certificate arrived in my email the next day and I was able to print it off. All the resources that YOU paid for shouldn't be taken away just because you did bad on a test. Yes that's right, all resources provided are taken away if you fail.
