I was very hesitant in choosing another automotive shop after using the same mechanic for years. When I first came in Joe (the guy behind the counter) made me feel very welcome and helped to minimize my fears. I came in for an Oil change and they found a significant oil leak coming from the engine. I thought to myself hear we go and prepared to have them sell me every seal and gasket that they could get their hands on. To my surprise they asked for time to pin point the leak so that they in their words " wouldn't sell me a part that I did not need. It ended up being something simple (oil filter housing gasket seal). I was so impressed that they gave me such excellent service that I had them check on a few other issues I was having. I ended up needing a wheel hub on both sides in the front. The price was more then I expected so I passed that day. I went home and did some research and found another shop in town that was a little bit cheaper and when I called them back Lisa the lady behind the desk explained to me that they would meet or beat their competitors price. Not only did they beat the other guys price but they gave me a fantastic nationwide warranty with it! Great customer service. I took my truck in for transmission work thinking that I would be in need of a rebuild. I have a very old truck that has had some significant work and modifications done, so I was hesitant using a shop that was not familiar with it. The team of mechanic's assessed the problem then called me to explain before they did any work. I was briefed on every action before it happened and given a cost estimate before being charged. The shop was able to repair my linkage, erratic shifting, and transmission falling out of gear in a few days saving me hundreds of dollars. Very professional staff. My alternator was replaced on my Lincoln Navigator with such speediness and professionalism. My vehicle was picked up from my home at the end of the work day. The ladies that work the front desk are so amazing and professional! That ensured that I was taken care of. The quality of work was as always. That told me what was actually needed for repairs. I haven't had to take our vehicles to All Tune in Killeen for some time, however, it's worth a shout out to Reva, Joe and the rest of the gang. Their customer service is like no other, in my experience. I have been taking our vehicles to them for about 3 years and I find them to be knowledgeable, honest and fair. I've had major and minor repairs done and they never disappoint. (The major repair being the replacement of an engine for my GMC Yukon). Thanks for keeping our vehicles in top shape. I have always had a good experience here. If you don't know where to take your car for repairs, I highly recommend them. They do good work. However while they do great work, its my opinion that their pricing is sometimes a bit steep. Compare quotes when you can. If they don't get it right the first time, they are very good about fixing the problem without unfairly charging you for their trouble shooting. read more

Where do i start? From start to Finish this was a great place to have my car repairs done. I came in for my brakes making noise. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Any questions i has they were able to answer. They took me to the back and showed me how bad my brakes have got. This is very great place to get your car worked on. Had to have my truck towed because it wouldn't start while I was out of town working, and had previously used them to fix a fuel pump. Shortly afterwards it stopped cranking again, unfortunately more work was needed thankfully they worked with me through the whole thing and were always pleasant to chat with about everything along the way. read more

They mistakenly quoted me for only one spark plug and gave me a discount for the error. Always friendly and willing to make whatever job happen.
