Etiquette dictates that you to taste the broth before adding anything else in to it. The purest will tell you to leave your hoisin and sriracha on the side as a dip to keep the broth pure. I was just cold and hungry so I ignored all the rules and dug in. This pho was DE-LICIOUS! The broth was darn near perfect. The tendon pieces tasted like they'd been simmering for at least a day. The meat was thinly sliced and tasted perfect. I don't come to Puyallup often so the thought of not being a regular at Pho&Mi makes me sad.
