I love Fish And Chips I've been lucky enough to be to the UK a couple of times and have Fish And Chips there several dozen times, as well as eating it all over the US and several other countries. I'm writing this all to tell you whether or not it's true. I definitely consider myself an expert and Fish And Chips. You will have to come here and see if you agree. This spot can throw down with the best of them, I said what I said The fish tasted delicious and fresh The beer batter is crunchy and flavorful with a good texture that allows for extra crunch I believe I could taste some finishing salt as well, although it may have been salt that rubbed off from the french fries The fish was fried perfectly as was the batter The housemaid tartar sauce was creamy, dilly and delicious. the house made cocktail sauce, and lime, cilantro sauce were amazing. Next time I come, I will definitely order the tartar sauce and the cocktail sauce and maybe even try a different one if they have more which they may I didn't ask. Sorry not sorry. The fries were crunchy and properly prepared A Large fresh lemon wedge was served with the fish, use it The shrimp are also perfectly battered and fried All of that was already 5/5 stars but for me honestly and surprisingly the fish taco might've been my favorite. It came with grilled fish on a warm flour tortilla with cabbage and pineapple salsa. There may have been a sauce on it too, but honestly, I ate it so fast I don't even know. I also ordered a raspberry lemonade, which is made from fresh lemon and fresh raspberries and quite tasty All in all, I have to say these guys definitely are using fresh delicious ingredients and delivering a quality superior product If you're looking for Fish And Chips, anywhere in the Puget Sound area, check their site as they are mobile business and are at different places every day, but it will be worth your drive regardless because it's delicious Also, have you tried the fish and you realize it's delicious come here and get my review a like or something... throw me a bone maybe buy me a taco I don't know ;-) read more

I'd give 4 star based on quantity of seafood but I'm going down due to few factors. The prices to portion ratio, paid $32 for 2 baskets & 1 fruit lemonade. We order the small 2-pc fish/fry$12.5, Cajun shrimp/fry$15 & blackberry lemonade $3.5. Both seafoods were fresh, flavorful and moist w/light crisp beer batter. Both were small sized & portions. Shrimp tasted more like chili powder seasoning than a true spicy Cajun but still enjoyed. The fries weren't crisp, asked for one basket to be extra cook...at least it had signs of golden unlike my albino soft fries. Sad because the tarter is great. The slaw was nice portion finely shredded but no ginger dressing to be detected, just raw cabbage mix, ugh. The blackberry lemonade was good but if blind folded I doubt I'd taste any berry which was odd because you could see it. So for these hiccups I personally couldn't score a 4. Kudos to all the nice tent seating, the line was long so obviously they have a following. For $32 we sadly weren't very impressed overall. read more

This is our favorite food truck, and favorite fish place!!! Service is always friendly. Locations it parks at always has good parking. The fish is so fresh and consistently delicious the tacos have a mango salsa that's unique and wonderful! Plus they have a lime cilantro fish or fry dipping sauce that's amazing!!!! They offer vegan options and dairy free and gluten friendly options! We drive 30-45 mins to eat at this fish truck! Different places 4-5 days a week for 3 or 4 hours. Sterinos is the busiest by far. Also check their website for location, it can change. These guys are a class act! read more

Update from 2 yrs ago...I can still remember our orders from a few yrs ago, so good! When I would get the big craving for their fish n chip goodness most of the time they were not in Milton. This week I was just craving Frying Dutchman. I was kinda shocked because the fries were pretty dry and fish batter was so mushy you could not dip the pieces into the tarter - so I poured it over etc., another surprise was that the tarter was very mediocre compared to the 2 or 3 times we ordered. My previous review I mentioned that I could just drink the tarter! Lastly, the coleslaw lacked sauce it was drier than I remember, you could taste the ginger - but no other flavor. I will try again, later on. I'm remembering how good and perfect it was...the quality took me by surprise this time. Maybe there's been a change in food sources...I don't know, it was frustrating as my hopes were exactly where I left off from the last time. Dang. read more

It's ALWAYS a treat to eat fish and chips from this fish truck! They are in four different Pierce County locations Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am -- 2:00 pm Tuesday -- Milton; Wednesday -- Sterino Farms (Puyallup); Thursday -- Edgewood; and Friday in Sumner. I try to schedule appointments in Puyallup on Wednesday so I can have an excuse to swing by Sterino Farms to shop for fresh produce and eat fish & chips! There is a covered eating area at Sterino Farms. Not only is the food delicious but there is a feeling of genuine hospitality. They take the time to ask how your day is going and chat for a few seconds. I rarely spend money on drinks, but I do recommend the lemonade -- it's really, really good! Edit: there is ALWAYS a line! Wait times are long. I almost always go to the Puyallup location. I've been to Sumner once and the line was reasonable. I've yet to discover the "best time" to go. read more

The food was great, the location in Edgewood is very pleasant with the grassy filed and the old barn, especially on a beautiful day. I had the small fish and chips. Very good and fairly priced. The lady serving was very nice and those at the tables could obviously her when she called their names but it was interesting how she carry orders out to people waiting in their cars. Well if you go of the web site they are supposed to be open Thursday 11-2 so I took a drive to the location and didn't see the vehicle only signs saying Tuesday 11-2.. The fish sandwich is the best I've ever had! It's a special so they only have it sometimes but it's a must try.

The owner of this truck, Trent, is rude and unprofessional. I put an inquiry on Street Food Finder without much knowledge of how much it costs to rent a truck for a private event but I based my budget off of what the coordinator for SFF suggested. If Trent thought my budget was ridiculous he could have just ignored my inquiry. Instead he went out of his way to respond with "You can't feed 50 people McDonald's with $700". If this is how you talk to your potential customers I would never hire Trent. His website says it costs $800-$1000 so it's not like I was that far off. It's unfortunate people have to be so unkind, especially a small business owner that depends on its customers. Wish yelp would let me give zero stars. read more

WOW! I am so glad I tried this place! I have been a loyal Ivars fan since moving to Washington in '88 but no more! I have been here twice now and both times the beer battered cod was light and cooked just right! The first time was a bit greasy so I used the mound of napkins they gave me to take off some of the grease but the second visit the fish was light and fluffy cooked to perfection!
