I've compared pricing with other Philly Pretzel Factory locations, and this one has been noticeably better. For example, a large rivet tray is $8 less here than at the Blue Bell location. Parking is probably the main thing to keep in mind when you're stopping in for a pickup. I usually suggest checking the lots behind the nearby brewery and coffee shops rather than trying to fight for a spot right out front. I'd also recommend ordering online. The process is easy, and it's a good way to see all of the tray sizes and dipping sauce options before you order. One thing I've changed over the years is my pickup timing. I used to schedule an earlier pickup just to be safe, but now I try to pick everything up closer to the start of the party. The pretzels are much better fresh, and after sitting for a few hours they can start to get hard. One experience that really stuck with me was when their credit card system went down. Instead of making it a hassle, they ended up giving me the tray for free. That kind of customer service definitely helped turn me into a loyal customer.

Although I do remember during the summer time, I believe the do have 2 small tables outside. Not sure if they still has that set up now. Shop was very clean. The staffs were very nice! The woman who took my order told me all about them and asked if I wanted to add one to my order. I told her no, but I would definitely be ordering one to go. With that said, here is our experience. My pastrami sandwich was very good. The rye bread was good, but the crust was very hard and I could not bite throught it. My mom did not care for her corned beef sandwich and said the meat had a decent flavor, but was cut too thick. She also could not bite the bread's crust. Our latkes were tasty and you can't go wrong with Dr. Brown's cherry soda! Now, the disappointing part. I ordered take-out, one small chicken matzah ball soup and one potato knish. I ordered with the same woman who raved about their kinish and guess what, she forgot to include the kinish in my bag. She brought the take-out bag to our table and assured me everything was there. I asked if the kinish was there, to which she said, "yes, as is the soup". Drove home over 30 minutes and no kinish. When I called them, the woman who took my order and packed the bag said, "Oh".
