(Kidding) they came out 5 times! Everything that could have possible gone wrong went wrong. They replaced my hard drive (two times). My cord 3 times. The computer never worked right EVER. I was so frustrated with it, my son and I share this laptop and he is starting his college forms. So I admit it was me that hit the laptop out of frustration. Laptop went dead.... I asked around to several parents if they knew a good computer person that could fix a laptop. My friend recommended him. We talked on the phone briefly. He came over and took the laptop, brought it back to me w/in 48 hours and it was fixed! It worked 300 times better than when it came brand new. He explained how some laptops come with bloat. And he was able to get rid of that and make it run smoothly. Very honest young man. Very respectful. Took his time explaining. I will 100% use again and will recommend him.

I had brought the Laptop to him late on a Saturday afternoon, and it was back in my hands by Wednesday. The price was right, too. I didn't have anything very complex to fix, just a laptop that died on me and I needed a diagnosis that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I wanted to erase the hard drive before recycling it because I was pretty sure it was not worth trying to repair it. I'd researched the common problems with my particular model of Acer Aspire (overheating) and wasn't sure if it was worth trying to replace parts (only to not have them work). At first Matthew thought he could salvage the machine but the same problem of overheating kept happening while he was working on it. So he informed me it wasn't worth it, and just got my data, music, photos, and downloads off the hard drive (for which I paid $50). If he were able to repair the machine, he said it would've cost me $160. I trust these guys. Matthew is a genius. Service is so fast and so professional. They also have great deals on refurbs, ie: Mac desktop for $380 (wowza), Sony Vaio for $500, etc.
