We started digging in and my sandwich was good but the tots tasted like old frozen tots and were not crunchy at all. Wifely enjoyed her Chicken Spinach sandwich and sweet potato fries. I stole one of the fries and they were not crunchy either. Overall, I enjoyed my 1st visit to Summits. The extensive beer selection and the friendly, attentive service we received from Alyssa were the highlights. Her service bumped my rating up from a 3.5 to a solid 4. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care.
