Got doordash from here. Paid 6.90 for 4 chicken fingers, it is not specified how many you get. Rediculous price for 4 and nothing else but some honey mustard. Philly cheesesteak i got was also made with ground beef. Embarrassing. And the chicken parm isnt even a chicken parm sandwich made with GRILLED chicken and not even fully melted cheese on top, are you kidding me? Do not go here, there are dozens of better sandwich shops in the area. read more

Best Philly Connection in Atlanta. Excellent quality and exceptional service. Vegan option was also good. One should visit this place at least once. read more

I ordered the 10" Cheesesteak Sub combo. $13. So I expected a big sandwich. There was not enough meat for the price. Light on the cheese too. I've had much better cheesesteaks for less cost. Even in Philadelphia, where the cost of living is much higher, you can get a monster sandwich for less $. Jim's Steaks, Tony Luke's, Pat's and Geno's all know how to do it. On the good side, the tomatoes were nice and fresh. Lettuce not so much. Overall flavor: nothing special. Fries were very good. Turned cold quickly though. Fountain Birch Beer was excellent! Atmosphere was okay. The place seemed pretty clean. No Tastkakes! That's just wrong for a Philly place. They had some cookies instead. I won't be back. Not worth the price. read more

first time i ate at a philly connection. was skeptical at first... thinking its just a chain... but was in for a very pleasant surprise... got a cheese steak sand... double meat, cheese, onions and mushrooms. the cook was very attentive and obviously got off working the grill. I like that... when a cook .... likes to cook. The sandwich was most impressive..... alot better than most other places i've been to. will give them a full four stars..... saw lots of people eating the chicken phillys... have never tried that... but will next time. keep up the good work. read more

Ordered 6 lemon pepper wings for $8. After they were fried, the man asked what kind of wings I had gotten again. I reminded him they were lemon pepper. I walk over to see him dump grocery store, lemon pepper powder atop my wings. After seeing that, the wings tasted like a piece of chalk was dredged in fat and flour and deep fried. It had the consistency of a glazed donut. Also, I was given only celery stalks. I also paid $10 for "The Works", which tasted like unseasoned spaghetti in between a cold, but somehow burnt, hoagie. It was like they over toasted it and store it in the fridge. No crunch, no heat, zapped what little flavor the little amount of meat provided read more

The Mushroom Philly was really good. I sat in my car and ate my fresh, hot sandwich and fries. I must have really been enjoying it because I didn't even realize that I had left my phone inside. I sat in my car and ate until I was done because the food was hot and fresh. Once I got into Tennessee I realized that I didn't have my phone. I called them and it was there, behind the counter. The staff was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I paid for a shipping label and someone went to FedEx and shipped my phone to me. I can't believe that!! This is what you call exceptional service and the great food goes well with that!! I will be back that's for sure!! read more

If I was able to give negative zero Stars I would this is by far the worst sandwich I've ever eaten in my entire life.no flavor extremely dry this is not what a Philly cheesesteak is supposed to taste like if you want to eat cardboard on bread this is the place for you I would never go back nor would I recommend this place read more

Made a poor judgement call when getting Gas at the Kroger and saw this place in the strip mall. It was the first and last time for Philly Connection. Simply gross, looked and tasted like it was scooped out of a hot trash can. read more

Please do not waste your time!! Disgusting ordered and when you open the bag there's a fishy odor. The Philly is disgusting it tastes like unseasoned ground beef. I took one bite and threw the whole sandwich away!! read more

Just moved from Philly and I know a good cheesesteak when I eat one and that sure wasn't one from here. It was like eating steak-ums, not only that they can't even give you a decent amount of meet in a 10" roll, not even a 12" roll. STOP CALLING YOURSELVES PHILLY CONNECTION, YOU MISSED THE CONNECTION AND GIVE GOOD CHEESESTEAKS A BAD NAME. read more

Walking in it's a very welcoming environment and you get a clean well kept energy from the seating lounge. Very organized and the condiments and soda machine are placed for convenience. The staff is completely amazing Chris and Amy are the best and always brighten my day and keep me entertained while I'm waiting for my food. They practically know my order better than i do and i love coming here to get amazing food with great service! The funnel fries are a MUST have :) read more

Seemed unsanitary. Had a 91 health rating, but that did not accurately describe the current condition of the restaurant. I saw the cook coughing multiple times behind the counter without covering her mouth, and the restaurant itself was filthy. On the positive side, the cheese-steak was very good and neither one of us got sick. read more

To be honest, a Publix cheesesteak is better and cheaper than here. Meat doesn't seem fresh, fries were a bit stale and soggy, and very expensive. read more

I love philly connection, but the quality of their cheesesteaks seems to be lower than it was in the past.

New staff ... Dude is an ass... Ordered extra meat ($2.50) and he slung it on the grill... No weighing.. said that's how we do it. It was smaller than a regular. Never going back if Ackhbar is working..! read more

The cashier didn't wash his hands or wear gloves before making my sandwich. Food was not good. I don't know how they have a successful restaurant. read more

amazing sandwiches, sides, and even better service , stopped by while driving through tennessee the gentleman working the front also helped me with directions and saved me from waiting in traffic on the highway ! definitely won't regret stopping by here read more

Being from the Philly area, I thought there was no way this place would come close to making a cheesesteak like I am used to, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not a bad sandwich. The bread is pretty good, the only thing I'm not a fan of is that they automatically add onions to the steak. Not a big deal to ask for it without, but I didn't know that going in the first time. The rest of the menu seems decent enough, the fries are OK, not great but OK. Service is usually extremely quick though. read more

Friendly and great service! The cheesesteak sub was hot and fresh! Best fries I've had in a long time. Will definitely be back! Was a little hard to find, but so glad we did!! read more

Went in on a quick spur of the moment to try something new. Boy we were wrong. For 4 people we spent over $30 and we didn't get hardly any food for the money. The food was gross and even my boys refused to eat it. Best thing was the drink. read more

I've had several Cheese Steaks from this Philly Connection and have not been disappointed. Will continue to eat their sandwiches when in the area. read more

Running errands around town... felt hungry so started looking.. Saw this place in Kroger shopping center... Thought a Philly Cheese would do the trick so gave it a try... Place was clean, standard booths for small sandwich shop. Ordered the standard fare.. Philly cheese with fries... cooked to order.. so served hot. Good quantity, tasty, fresh bread, hit the spot, decent price.. would go again. read more

Great place! Good food and awesome employee 's! Definitely a must eat! Can't wait to go back again!

The food was great and the people were friendly. I ordered the mushroom Philly combo. The wait was not that long. They moved pretty fast. I do feel that it is a bit overpriced for the amount you get. read more

Had the 10" chicken parm and it was amazing. Kids had wings and tenders and they both devoured the food which for them is impressive. Definitely getting food from here again. read more

Eaten at this location a few times because it is closer, but they are not on par with their other store in Woodstock. Having eaten at the Woodstock one multiple times, makes the KSU store taste disgusting. They also give you one less mozzarella stick than the store in Woodstock. Take the drive to the Woodstock shop, you'll be much happier. I'm not sure if it's an ingredient thing, or just the person cooking. But for a cheesesteak place, you would think they would be able to make a good tasting cheesesteak. read more

This place was horrible. When we walked inside there was a pile of dirt on the floor. We decided to go here because we had coupons for free fries and drinks, from the taste of Marietta. When we received our food, it was horrible. The only thing I enjoyed was our fries and considering for 2 sandwiches it was over $20 was crazy. The steak had no flavor and was extremely chewy. The bread..it was the size of a breadstick. All the filling was falling out due to its size. My husband got the sandwich with the pizza sauce and his was dripping in cheese. Mine was as dry and dirt. We won't ever be coming here again. Don't waste your time on this place. I'm surprised their still open! read more

The is my absolute favorite place to get Philly Cheesesteak! The food is outstanding and prepared fresh right in front of you! Definitely a must if you're looking for a great sandwich paired with curly fries and cheese and to finish your meal they serve ice cream, milk shakes and funnel cake fries that are to die for! read more

If i could give less I would, hair in food (no hair nets), didn't wash hands after handling money and this was the owner. Arguing with his staff in front of customers, demeaning them, just horrible. Looked over the counter filthy and this was early in the day. Can't believe this place is allowed to stay open. read more

I ordered online, and two hours later have yet to recieve my food. I understand delivery takes awhile, but this place is ridiculous. I'm sure my food will be cold by the time it gets here...if it ever gets here... read more

We ordered delivery online from this place. The estimated delivery time was 45-60 minutes. 8 minutes before the 60 minute mark I received a call from the restaurant explaining the delivery driver left 5 minutes prior to the call and to inform me that we should have used a different delivery service. Our office is about 10 minutes from the restaurant. So after 15 minutes (and still no food) I called the restaurant back and was told that they didn't have control over how long it takes once the drivers leave and that they would try and call the driver and call me back in 5 minutes with an update. 10 minutes later the restaurant called and said the driver was supposed to call me and that he was another 12 minutes away. I express my concern about how long it was taking and our food being cold to which he assured me it would not be because they use insulated bags to keep the food nice and warm. A minute later the driver did call and told me he would be there shortly and said he had been stuck in some sort of traffic. After another almost 15 minutes I called the driver back to ask if he was lost or had the wrong address and he told me he got stuck at a train and shouldn't be much longer. Our food finally got delivered a few minutes later and the driver then said he was running behind because of the previous delivery he had. The food was not well packaged (hot wing sauce ended up all over the philly cheesesteak wrappers and french fries and straws for the drinks were not provided) and everyone's food was indeed cold and needed to be microwaved. In total it took more than an hour and a half for our food to get delivered. read more

Went today for the first time. Fries were hot and crispy, sandwich was really good. I would go back!

I loved the sandwiches with a wide variety of veggie and meat choices. Everything is prepared fresh including the fries. The manager and servers are very friendly, and the order comes quick and hot. Love this place. Linda read more

Hubs walked in to see a mound of beef already cooked, waiting for the customers. When he asked why, the staff told him they were preparing for a busy night. Granted, this is July 4th and a rainy day/night at that, but seriously????? Why would they think it was a good idea to pre-cook the meat for the sandwiches? Hubs couldn't eat his sandwich, saying it tasted funny. Needless to say, we won't be going back. read more

I LOVE their wings honestly and truly i do, but every time i go in there ( which is ALOT! ) i get poor customer service from a short redhead girl with glasses my fiancé and i always ask to put our number in so we can get points she tells us our number is already in the system and today we finally got tired of it so informed the manager and he said "i'm sorry but i can't go back and had us write our phone number on a receipt and says he will go in later and add a point" which is cool yes but how do we know if that happens and the girl standing right there played stupid and said and looked me straight in the face saying "oh i'm sorry i didn't put your number in?" like that's a straight lie she knows we asked to put it in we do every time and her response is always the same and today i got tired of it, because when i say i come in a lot i seriously mean it, wings are my favorite thing and theirs are the best around in my opinion really thick and juicy wings perfectly made, but not having good service really makes me upset! read more

Terrible. Way over priced. Still hungry and cold bread. $25 spent and walking out still hungry. Should have gone to Taco Mac !

I absolutely loved it a bit pricey but the experience was great and the food was absolutely amazing .I will definitely go back .
