5-Star Review for Dr. Solano and Team…read more I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Solano and the entire team. My 8-year-old daughter had a traumatic experience at a different endodontist, where an assistant bluntly told her, "There is a big needle going into your mouth." Naturally, she froze in fear, refused to open her mouth, and we were told she would need to be put under anesthesia to complete the procedure--an added cost of over $1,000. Given her Atrial Septal Defect (a tiny hole in her heart), I was extremely uncomfortable with the idea of her going under in a dental office. Determined to find another solution, I called around and was referred to Dr. Solano by a pediatric dental office in Folsom. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my daughter's anxiety. They took their time, reassured her every step of the way, and--most importantly--completed the root canal without sedation! Was it easy? No. But once they helped her get through the initial fear of the needle, everything else went smoothly. Dr. Solano is truly the best endodontist I've ever encountered, and I will forever be grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown to my daughter. If you need an endodontist who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, Dr. Solano is the one to see!

They are often times left where the tooth is sharp and cuts the tongue, they replaced a temporary crown sideways so it looked like a snaggle tooth and we had to go back to get it fixed. We had hoped the second time around they would do it better but again the filing is too short and causing food to get stuck and the tongue to scrape on it causing pain. The only feedback I would say is please pay more attention to the filling. Our mouths are sensitive and it makes a HUGE difference. They assume the regular dentist will get to it but that's not how it works between offices.

I saw Dr. Koehn this morning where an exam and x-rays were done and I was told I in fact did not need root canals. None were very helpful and one took 4 days to call me back. Then I called this office and spoke to Leanne. What a great person! She was able to schedule him on Thursday morning, but no sooner because of the time it required. In the meantime she would get our insurance and billing prepared. He arrived and texts me they are very very VERY thorough here since I was at work. He had to get a tooth redone because the other Endo missed a tiny canal that was unseen by normal xrays. He says the Dr. explained everything in detail and that he felt like he was a valued patient. While he was being worked on, Leanne called me back at work to explain the billing process. She stated best case and worst case scenario to expect since my coverage was unknown at the time. She also explained how long each procedure was and what that included. On top of that, she was just so nice and very professional! Both of them made this stressful event very easy and calming. It is so hard to find good health pratictioners that you can trust.
