Christine works her best to ensure all patients feel heard and provides exceptional customer service. She provides a great example all dental offices should follow regarding customer service. Dr. Afshari is an exceptional dentist, she truly cares about her patients and ensures the work her establishment performs is done perfectly everytime. She is more careful than most dentists I've seen. She is an extremely kind person as well. I'm so glad to have found this dental office. I brought my daughter to my root canal appointment and they were accommodating and even super kind about her talking on the phone during my appointment (embarrassing for me, lol). My daughter's dentist (who is also great) made his assessment, his office called with a referral and within minutes, we had a same day appt. for a consult. All of the staff were kind and patient. Dr. Opps' exhibited confidence and fluidity which made her 20+ years of experience evident. Dr. Opps' and her PIC (partner in crime I don't recall her name) were fantastic! They were very personable and thorough; they also communicated well with each other, which is certainly reassuring in an already stressful situation. To be a place that no one wants to go to, they are pretty impressive!

Run fast. I came here with a bridge seeking a root canal. It wasn't the best bridge in the world,…read morebut I paid cash for it and it was in my mouth for over 4 years. After they knocked my bridge out they acted like it was my fault... How dare them. I felt like my mouth was the hood to a car and different mechanics were in and out of the room. One of them broke my bridge. I ended up having over three root canals at this place along with severe pain each time after leaving. Unbearable pain. I ended up taking three different antibiotics to treat the infection brought on by bad dental care. I also had a horrible sore on my tongue caused by the root canals. I spent hundreds on rinses to try and have the sore heal. It took over 2 1/2 months for it to heal. After leaving this office, I went to try to have another dentist replace the bridge that they had knocked out . They were unable to put it back in my mouth due to what happened in the awful office. Thankful that I was able to go to a another place and have perfect care .. but it was beyond expensive. I ended up having another root canal on the side that was treated, because of there incompetence. After the root canal the next day and that evening, I felt no pain at all. Brandon Webb was the dentist who let me go home in severe pain and without a bridge. I have no idea who the other people that were coming in the room where.. when I went to leave my bridge, fell out in my hand.. after they put it back in temporarily it fell out within a day, once in the office before leaving.. I ended up going without teeth for over two months. A horrible careless experience. They never checked on me, nor did they care about what I incurred in their office..

I'm someone with severe dental anxiety so I never enjoy the dentist, but I have been lucky to find dentists who help me feel comfortable and that I trust. Dr. John was the opposite. He went off on my charts, being very doom and gloom about my dental issues. He told me I needed TEN crowns. I've had crowns before so getting a crown wouldn't be a surprise, but this was aggressive! He also kept referencing his practice in El Dorado Hills and his "exclusive clients". When I said I had gum recession and I had been told by multiple dentists, I needed surgery, he basically told me that will be the most painful surgery of my life, don't do it, instead get crowns from him. Dr. John may have dental knowledge, but I didn't trust him and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unhappy at my visit. I've since changed dentists and it is like night and day; much better :)
