The service itself felt lower in quality compared to similar treatments I've had at other studios and did not come across as particularly professional. At checkout, I waited several minutes while the staff appeared very stressed and overwhelmed, which made me feel uncomfortable -- it's difficult to feel at ease when the people assisting you seem to be under that level of pressure. Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and not on par with what I had anticipated.

No pain, no bruising, no sweating profusely from my hands and armpits -- just less deep frown lines on my 11's! I see her for minimal amounts of xeomin, and she makes it work and last! She makes the process easy, painless, and smooth. Results are next level because of her technique and approach, and it's a clear indication of how exceptionally she is trained. Not only is she superior at her skill, she is also the kindest human. Makes small talk and such soooo easy while she injects, ensuring a quality connection and time spent while also distracting you from the tiny needle pinch. All in all I would send everyone I know to her! Quality products, including skincare keep her very busy! Top notch service, skill, and facilities. Thank you for all you do to keep us youthful!

I struggled with rosecea, which hit me when I turned 36, for 6 years before a friend recommended I talk to Marcia. I had a bad case, it affected my eyes (I had to stop wearing contacts) and not to mention my confidence. In just a couple of months of being on Marcia's skincare regimine the breakouts, and dryness we're completely gone. My skin is now clear, a normal color, and soft, healthy and smooth. I would recommend Marcia to anyone facing skincare issues. In fact, my teen daughters will be working with her next--goodbye acne!!

I spent $300 on products and $165 on the facial and my daughter's skin looks terrible! Maricia reached out to me asked if I wanted to spend another $75 for a virtual follow-up appointment to change the skin care products or the way we used them. My question is why didn't Maricia offer a trial kit which they sell online and see what would work? I don't mind spending the money to help my daughter, but I don't like a business owner that takes advantage of a teen that is suffering from low self-esteem because of her skin!

I've done many sessions of microneedling and see great results (note it's surprisingly comfortable and painless with the numbing cream, so don't be scared!) My favorite facial has been the microcurrent lift and sculpt facials. My face and eyelid skin had started to sag from life, work, and lack of sleep, and after a microcurrent facial I have much more eye lid space and my face looks lifted and sculpted! I usually get bountiful compliments after the facial. I have purchased this series multiple times because I love the results so much and plan to keep getting them to stave off plastic surgery later in life. I also got my mom to do the microcurrent facials and it totally refreshed her face and she looked noticeably lifted and sculpted, too! I am very happy with how it lifts my upper eyelid and entire face. It's amazing. I also trust Kim with brow shaping. She always does the perfect arch and shape. I also did dermaplaning and love the results and how soft and smooth my skin is and how nicely makeup applies. Go to Kim, you will be happy and love the results!
