I have been a Philip Douglas client for several years and just recently got married. My entire bridal party including my Mother in law and my own Mum all had our hair nails and makeup done on the day of the wedding. Everyone there was beyond friendly and very professional. We also finished and were back at the Ritz with time to spare. I had gone in for 2 rehearsal visits to try different looks for the wedding. Patience is an understatement for how nice the stylists are. I have seen some amazingly beautiful color go by every time I am there. I have my color done there and so do 4 of my friends. Their color work is excellent and superb cut and style. Not just Philip himself but his other Stylists too. Dawn saved my nails, which were sadly neglected, my own fault and now they are stunning...thank you. Best testimonial I can give is now my husband and in laws all go there and are very happy with Philip Douglas. read more

I have gone to Philip for over 20 years. He by far is one of THE best colorist in Southwest Florida. He keeps himself current in styles, cut techniques, cutting edge colors and formulas. This last hair cut has been beyond fabulous. I am trying to grow out my natural color. He has made this adventure a fun journey. I love the colors of my hair! He gave me a short hair cut this time and it is by far the best short hair cut I have ever had. I usually wear my hair chin length or longer. But this short one is spot on. I would also say all of his styles are great and each has their own unique features. Again I give Philip Douglas Salon a five in all areas of styling, coloring, make-up,customer pampering and products. Go find out for yourselves and walk out feeling like a million dollars. I am guilty - after 4 years of faithful service - I strayed last month to let let someone (a friend) who said, let me do your color. Afterwards, looking at my frizzy ends, I said, "what was I thinking? Wonder if Philip will notice?" Only if blind, the other part of me said. No words needed to be spoken when I entered the salon. My hair did all the talking and it spoke volumes. Dorothy was right - "there's no place like home, Antie Eme", and home is what it feels likes every time I go to Philip Douglas Salon. No more will I roam - can't stand the guilt - can't stand the frizz. Most of all, can't stand not feeling so welcomed and at home. read more

Best salon in Naples. Florida! Have been going here for almost 20 years and am never disappointed! Philip is a master stylist and colorist and a true artist when is comes to style. My latest service was a derma-planing with Susan. She gave me a facial and then removed all those fine white hairs (and dark ones) with a special technique. My skin is so smooth and my make-up looks amazing. This was one of the best services I have ever had and I am hooked! Philip Douglas Salon provides the best service with the highest quality products. Years ago I had just left the salon & had to go to the Naples Post Office.....a gentleman was coming out as I was going in....he stopped & said "Wow, beautiful hair"! Last month I was in Paris, standing in line to enter the Louvre when I noticed this man staring at me....he apologized saying "I've never seen such a beautiful color of hair"! Kim is an amazing stylist! She has transformed my color and is consistent in giving me a fabulous cut/ color every month. I can't say enough about her talent and pleasant demeanor every time we meet. She told me to let her know if anything was uncomfortable because she doesn't usually ask how the pressure/comfort level is during the actual session. Of the massages I've had in my lifetime, this was my favorite. It was actually relaxing. Previously, I've received massages that were too rough or too light. Jessica had the perfect balance.
