Update: I was initially put off by them not having a way to reach anyone in the salon and the concierge number was no help. HOWEVER, when I emailed about my concerns I received a quick reply. I have a weird "shelf" thing that my hair does and Amanda let me come back to get it "fixed". She genuinely wanted me to love my hair and after the fix I absolutely do!
