I didn't have that issue at all here! Victoria did such an amazing job with listening to my wants and needs for my hair and she DELIVERED. I asked for a long layered haircut, keeping as much of the length but still cutting a good amount off the dead ends. She was also so sweet & makes great conversation which is so appreciated since I always feel so awkward going to salons where they don't talk to you at all lol.
