These people are total ghosts -- the shadiest, least professional sellers I've ever dealt with. We…read morebought a car from them back in August, and it's been nothing but a nightmare since day one. The girl literally walked to meet us, carrying her own personal jumper because the car wouldn't even start. That should've been the first red flag. Right after leaving, the car died three times in the first day. Then the timing belt snapped, the engine overheated, the coolant tank cracked, and the thermostat broke -- completely wasting the brand-new BMW coolant we had just put in. Everything had to be replaced out of our pocket. The headlights were missing, so we had to buy those too. The brakes and transmission are junk. The tires were bald. The battery had to be replaced. Basically, every part of this car is garbage. We tried getting our money back since they never gave us the pink slip and didn't even file the paperwork with the DMV. The title bounced around between two other people, even though they tried to sell it as a "one-owner" car. Total scam. We've now lost over $7,000 in repairs and fees -- not even counting the $2,800 we paid for the car. And get this: on the paperwork, Melissa Avila lied about the sale price and slipped in another fake transfer from an unreported Nevada sale. So the car wasn't even a legit California vehicle! We paid DMV fees of $500, replaced almost everything under the hood, and still can't get it registered because it won't pass smog. This whole deal was a setup from the start -- a total rip-off.

They also told me if I don't pay, they will put a lien on my other personal property. According to the laws of Riverside County, everything thing they did was illegal.
