ASAP I, actually, got the information for High Limitz from Claude Ai as the #1 pick near Fontana for what I needed because he has a Landoll. I called Fernando. We scheduled a time, and he was there. The entrance for the property was too narrow for his truck to enter. He immediately called a fellow tow truck driver. He got me a quote to get the truck from the property to the street. Since, Fernando gave me a reasonable price. So, I was able to afford the second tow truck. There was also a huge evaporator on the top of the truck that was over the height limit for electrical. Fernando even removed it. And he didn't charge me extra. And they finished loading the truck so quickly. He delivered the truck to the parking lot that I reserved, safely. The owner was so impressed about how he backed his truck onto the property and did not scratch the wall. Fernando went above and beyond. I'm truly appreciative. I recommend Higher Limitz for your commercial towing needs.

Anyway, I did not want my car to have the flat tire still intact while I was out of town. Hence, I called AAA to have someone come out to replace the flat tire with the spare tire. Thanks AAA! Lonnie from Aguiar's Towing came to the rescue. Prior to his arrival, he called me to provide an update on his ETA. I appreciated him for that. Thank you Lonnie! Lonnie was professional, friendly, and nice. He was very knowledgeable about tires. He found the reason for the flat. There was a metal item punctured into the outside edge of the tire. He said it was not fixable and would have to be replaced. I learned something new about tires that day. Tires 101 or Tires for Dummies! LOL The flat tire was replaced with the spare tire in a jiffy. The flat tire was placed in the back of my trunk. I am grateful for the quick tire resolution. Thank you so much Lonnie for your excellent and expeditious service!

I resold a vehicle through Peddle and was paired up with Roy's to handle the tow and payment issuance. The platform makes the initial process relatively easy and you're able to select a date and various scheduling time blocks with me choosing 11am-3pm. I felt the staff was initially pretty responsive but comms became spotty or even borderline rude as my appointment time drew closer and closer. I understand that emergencies come up but I didn't like being given vague or different etas whenever I followed up or having staff overpromise time availability only to be told later that they would no longer be able to come by until after 10pm. This is on top of already having a designated time slot that they should've adhered to or even rejected to begin with. Because my storage unit was not open past 10pm but I still needed to move my vehicle out that week, I decided to reschedule to the next morning. This is in addition to me having to drive from the OC on both days! Though I still experienced a small delay at first, the actual tow itself was pretty standard and the driver was transparent about where the vehicle was being taken to. My overall impression was that staff may be inclined to be more attentive if you were in a severely critical situation but I had a pretty frustrating experience given them being short-handed and not communicating consistently/reliably which led to loss of trust and affected duty of care.
