ASAP I, actually, got the information for High Limitz from Claude Ai as the #1 pick near Fontana for what I needed because he has a Landoll. I called Fernando. We scheduled a time, and he was there. The entrance for the property was too narrow for his truck to enter. He immediately called a fellow tow truck driver. He got me a quote to get the truck from the property to the street. Since, Fernando gave me a reasonable price. So, I was able to afford the second tow truck. There was also a huge evaporator on the top of the truck that was over the height limit for electrical. Fernando even removed it. And he didn't charge me extra. And they finished loading the truck so quickly. He delivered the truck to the parking lot that I reserved, safely. The owner was so impressed about how he backed his truck onto the property and did not scratch the wall. Fernando went above and beyond. I'm truly appreciative. I recommend Higher Limitz for your commercial towing needs.

Lonnie was professional, friendly, and nice. He was very knowledgeable about tires. He found the reason for the flat. There was a metal item punctured into the outside edge of the tire. He said it was not fixable and would have to be replaced. I learned something new about tires that day. Tires 101 or Tires for Dummies! LOL The flat tire was replaced with the spare tire in a jiffy. My wife called AAA on 9/22 to tow a a 2024 Mazda 3 from her place of work to our home 50 miles…read moreaway. The battery had died, and although it would jump start, the vehicle was in 'limp mode' and not safe to drive that distance. A driver from Davidson's (Mauricio) arrived to tow the vehicle. Mauricio was very congenial, but obviously not well trained. Since the vehicle had been shut off while my wife and two of her co-workers waited for the arrival of the tow truck, Mauricio was going to jump it again in order to shift the vehicle out of park and release the electronic parking brake. Mauricio discovered that the jumper box on the truck was dead, so he hooked up a pair of jumper cables to the Mazda which immediately caused large sparks and smoke to emanate from the engine compartment. He stated that wasn't normal, and ultimately had to manually place the shift lever in neutral and drag the car on the ramp with the parking brake engaged. Unfortunately, the car did not get delivered until after midnight on 9/23, and we did not discover that there was damage done to the electrical system of the car. Not only were there five small fuses blown, but a fusible link bus bar that supplies 12V to the entire car was irreparably damaged. This required several hours of diagnostics, parts replacement, and clearing of a multitude of error codes to make the vehicle operate normally. Further, when the car was delivered, the driver had to "slide" the car off the rollback ramp due to the electronic parking brake not being able to be released. This is accomplished by putting sliding blocks under the rear wheels. Unfortunately, he began to apply the blocks to the front axle, and when I asked what he was attempting to do he asked if the car was rear wheel drive. No, it is front wheel drive, but the sliding blocks still need to go under the rear wheels as that is where the parking brake actuators are on virtually every modern vehicle manufactured. Again, the driver was very congenial, but very young and obviously in need of further training by management. I even tipped him and engaged him in conversation about the mechanical aspects of front vs. rear wheel drive vehicles, which hopefully will help him in the future. To reiterate, we did not realize there was electrical damage to the vehicle until the next morning. I called Davidson's Towing at 909-800-3131 on 9/23 and spoke to a gentleman named Frank. He stated I would have to call back on 9/24 and speak to "Kevin". I called on the morning of 9/24, again speaking to Frank who stated Kevin was unavailable but would return my call shortly. I waited until after 5 p.m. on 9/24 for a call back, but unfortunately it appears customer service is not a strong suit of this company. Unfortunate. A simple phone call would have done wonders. AAA will be notified and at this time I cannot recommend this business.
