Had a driver of this company behind me on the 138 In his big truck towing a vehicle and was riding my tail the entire way. I was going the speed limit. It is a two lane road and dark and I have baby in my car. He got so close to me he could've hit me. Then once we got on ranchero he tried to pass me but I didn't let him so he got behind me and turned his brights on. Very unprofessional driver and dangerous. What a liability. Let me start by just saying thank you. These guys are insanely helpful. I got hit in San Diego, I live Rancho. I called AAA and they were not helpful whatsoever. Ended up having my totaled car impounded. Eric reached out to me and said he has a driver going out to San Diego right now and they can bring my car back to me. I can not believe this is a AAA contract station. I called AAA to tow my car and they said the tow truck will be there in less than 40 minutes, after half an hour I received a phone call from this company that the driver is gonna be there no more than 3 hours. He was very rude and unprofessional. Usually I get a text from AAA for updates but this time I was getting phone call from private phone numbers.
