Which seemed a reasonable question. She steered me to this practice and I have been a very satisfied patient for years. I have had my share of restorations, a few crowns, a gold onlay restoration (which I understand is a technically more difficult and less commonly done, but it was extremely well performed and has served me very well), and my routine exams and prophylaxis visits. All of the staff is courteous, helpful, accommodating, and skilled. I could not imagine going anywhere else, unless Dr. B. directed me to do so (needed a root canal and an implant along the way), and he coordinated my treatment with the Endodontics and Oral Surgeon in those two instances, so I did not feel abandoned by optimally cared for. Once the referral work was done Dr. Bengston resumed my care and the final restoration was completed wonderfully.

All of his equipment is state of the art; for example, all the radiographs he takes are digital (better images with much less X-ray radiation). The chairs in his new office are better than any other I've sat in - big, comfortable chairs that massage you, making the experience more calming and pleasant. Dr. Ray and his staff are very friendly and kind - they are always helpful in scheduling appointments around school. I am a dental student myself, so I can say from experience that Dr. Ray is a fantastic dentist. All his equipment, materials, and procedures are current, and he is great at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. Cleanings..were ok.. they helped get me back to good Ive had 3 or 4 I walked in today and had my final 2 fillings which i needed medication for... After a cleaning this morning that they put in my schedule knowing i dont like to miss work. They suggested, get it done today.. So i did. Im now finally done... Fast forward to now and both of those dentists are gone. Now there's this Dr. Harvey. I got a bad feeling from her right away. I had a tooth that broke more than halfway through. I decided to call White Park Dental since I was a patient there before. The tooth broke the beginning of February and she couldn't see me until February 24. In the past dentists would recommend you to someone else who can get you in Sooner. She didn't care that I was in pain and blew me off. Ok, now it's the 24th and I was so full of anxiety I just couldn't go. The pain in the tooth got much better but I was so scared. I just had that uncaring feeling. Before they had me fill tons of paperwork, which seemed more important than my pain. So because it was my first visit, even though I was a previous patient, they said I could not reschedule with them. Yes, I know it was my fault for not going. I should had been there a few minutes early but traffic was a bit against me so I got there on time so not late... when I walked in they didn't blink an eye at that some places give you crap, they did not. Super! which was nice cause I was already full of anxiety about the fillings so I didn't need that extra tension. I had the same dentist I had before cause I wanted her she seemed nice and relaxed! The cleaning was awesome Trish was my hygienist and she was patient and understanding. And my teeth felt great! I had a small lay over waiting for a room for my fillings but that is ok! Not deserving of losing a star. Like I said I get anxiety over the dentist and thought maybe she would allow me to listen to some of my music to get me out of my head and she did! AWESOME! The whole procedure was paced well I did not feel rushed or pushed as I was also the last one of the day! I do not think that if some people have had a bad experience at an Aspen dental location Other than this Concord location.. it should not reflect on THIS branch. This place used to be good. But these days they refuse service. They have a charity designation and…read morehad a good reputation for helping those in need. I was one of them in the past. And they were great. It seems to be under new ownership. Seems to have been "corperatized" as they have adopted policies that prevent them from offering the care they once did. They will not see you under any circumstances unless you book a consultation with upwards of 20 x-rays and sign off on a long term plan of care when all you have is a tooth that needs a filling. In the end that amounts to alot of wasted time for both parties, and a hell of an expensive filling. ​ironically this makes them both overly expensive and not very helpful at all.
