I proceeded to interact with her child so she could finish working on my child. Fast forward next appointment was the Monday after Memorial Day weekend at 9am and they called me at 8am to cancel/reschedule because the dentist called out sick conveniently after celebrating the weekend. I called the day before my next appointment expressing my child has step throat and should reschedule and they told me because it's technically under 24 hours away if I didn't show up I couldn't come back. I immediately found a new dentist and couldn't be happier. They should really get their ishhh together!

During my first visit I quickly noticed how spotless clean this business is. This dental center runs like a well-oiled machine! I never have to wait long for my appointment. If you are searching for exceptional dentistry with professional caring employees, this is the place. Dental hygienist K.T. (Karen) is totally awesome! She is very thorough and is very gentle with her patients. I can't imagine finding a nicer dental hygienist . Northwood Family Dental Center is fortunate to have her. My dentist, Dr. Pasquale is extremely knowledgeable and is very talented at putting his patients at ease! Dr. Pasquale and K.T. make the perfect dental team!

They're motto is "we love taking care of kids". It should say "we love taking care of kids as long…read moreas they can pay up front"! Mary, the hygienist in New London clearly doesn't like kids. she's been nasty to my son with special needs every time he's been there! The front office isn't much better. We got a bill for 7k$ to fix his fillings. I asked if we could do a payment plan. "Absolutely not they said!" I said "if i can't Pay up front, what do I do to take care of my son", who is in pain mind you. They said "arrange payment and come back then". All they care about is money, not kids! If you have a child with special needs, stay away from this place!

I suspect this nonsensical letter was intended to disinvite us from the rescheduled appointment, though I hadn't realized that yet when I called them to complain about the tone of this correspondence. I left an (admittedly) angry message to try to clarify the intended message behind the last sentence. After additional reflection I called back and left another message to say we are just going to find another provider. My son was referred to you because of behavioral issues he demonstrated at his last dentist appointment where he was combative and they couldn't get him even into the exam area. I called y'all to ask before his first appointment to see if you had some kind of plan for him - nope. I asked if y'all had any other unique practices for special needs kids - nope. "We deal with them all the time." Oh, great. I'm glad you "deal" with them. Rather than waste everyone's time with a massive meltdown that would have caused EVERYONE stress (including the "many children waiting to be seen") - we rescheduled and arranged for the behavioral therapist to come along with us. Fast forward to the day of the second appointment - My husband and the behaviorist spent *forever* trying to get our son to the appointment, lots of blood/sweat/tears and just as he was about to admit defeat and call you - the practice called him. The appointment was rescheduled again. Does the tone of this letter match those events, to you? They haven't even experienced my son's challenges... because try as we might we can't get him in the car after the episode at his last dentist....and you're *already* this rude and discompassionate...? Forget it. I guess their "specialized" pediatric practice does not include special needs families. I wish we were never referred to this place!

Be aware when you are dealing with these people…read more I had been going here for years with no real issue. Recently I ended up in a back and forth over whether or not my child was allowed to have an afternoon appointment. This had never been an issue before but he used to be scared and need me to sit with him. Early on I had to restrain himbut the last couple of times he was fine with me just sitting with him. At his last appointment they had him sit in the chair alone for a while and he did great. So imagine my surprise when I got a call saying they could no longer do an afternoon because he had difficulties. I am unable to do mornings so this was a big issue. I finally told them I would just go elsewhere. They worked it out with me in the end but only after some back and forth. Today I got notified of a $200 charge on my card that they had self authorized. From my appointment in June. When I called they said they had sent me email notifications for their portal which I did not receive. So, instead of calling me they just charged my card. And then they had the nerve to argue it with me. By allowing them to keep the card on file I had somehow authorized them to charge it as needed? Absurd. (When pressed they gave me a quick breakdown of what was not covered by insurance but I had to call the insurance comapny to find out details.) And the whole time I got the "polite" but you are the one in the wrong attitude. Needless to say that I am done. In a general sense the people/dentists here are nice. I really just can't deal with how they run the business though. I just spent my whole lunch break today figuring this issue out.

I recently took two young children to Dr. Lindi for their first dentist appointment and cannot find…read moreenough superlatives to describe the experience! The appointments involved cleaning and x-rays, and a second appointment involved fillings. Dr. Lindi's skills and technique were superb. Everything from the comfortable chairs for the children to the cleaning and drill equipment were state of the art. Her use of calming aids and mastery of the equipment made fillings a painless experience. In addition to her technical skills, her bedside (chairside?) manner was soothing, calming, and reassuring. During the entire appointment, she spoke softly to the children, encouraging them, and telling them how good and special they were. At our first visit, there was time for only one of the children to be seen, and the second child was almost in tears because he didn't get his exam that day! The wide selection of videos during treatment provides entertainment. Now they both like to go to the dentist! Her combination of technical expertise and empathetic manner should be a model for all medical personnel. The long-term benefit is that, as children, they are made to feel special and are encouraged to care for their teeth. Being Dr. Lindi's patient as a child increases the likelihood that, as an adult, that person will appreciate the importance of lifetime dental care, because they are worth it. I should also mention that every person in the office, from the receptionist, to office personnel, to hygienists, to dental assistants, were professional and followed the same high standards as Dr. Lindi. Thank you, Dr. Lindi and staff.
