We have been coming to Rodeo Cafe almost weekly since it opened in Pinon Hills…read more We come on either Saturday or Sunday (usually Sunday) nearly every week. We always sit on the bar side where Carlos is our server. My husband and I enjoy being served by Carlos. He's very personable and we have great conversation with him. He takes EXCELLENT care of us every single time. However, ALL of the servers at Rodeo Cafe are excellent and very attentive. You can't go wrong with anywhere you sit. You will be taken care of. Now for the food.... The food is great and the prices are exceptional. You get alot of food for your money. I usually always order the same thing. The veggie omelet with no broccoli and a side FRIED pancake. Yes, a fried pancake!! You HAVE to try it. It's AMAZING! Sandy (one of the servers) introduced me to the fried pancake and I've been hooked ever since. And of course, I always order a mimosa with my breakfast too. Yes folks!!! They have a FULL bar!! I love this! And they make pretty darn good drinks. I've also tried their burgers and they're pretty good too. The Mexican dishes are also really good. Honestly, I don't feel like you could go wrong with anything off the menu. All in all, Rodeo Cafe offers a great dining experience with fantastic service and pricing. I hope y'all enjoy it as much as I do. And sit in Carlos' section. He's a sweetheart and he'll take great care of you.

The atmosphere is cozy it has that warm, comfort-food vibe that just makes you relax and enjoy your time. The food definitely delivers on that "home-style" promise. We ordered a variety of dishes: the country fried steak skillet, the hobo skillet, and the chicken fried steak--all hearty, flavorful, and satisfying. I went with the cinnamon French toast, and for just $4.49 extra, it came with eggs and a choice of sausage or bacon (I picked sausage). Everything was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are generous--we couldn't finish everything and ended up taking boxes home, which honestly just means we get to enjoy it again later for brunch! This is a perfect stop if you're traveling along the I-15--especially for road trippers or truck drivers looking for a solid, comforting meal. Just keep in mind they're open from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, so plan accordingly. Definitely recommend if you're craving good, filling comfort food in a welcoming, homey setting

Sometimes on quiet days in town there is a wait because the cashier is also responsible for preparing the food/drinks, but it's always reasonable. The prices are very fair, they do not hit you with the "mountain tax" at all. The drip coffee is tasty and the espresso is good as well! I haven't had the pastries yet but they look good, especially the donuts, and I'm excited to come back and taste them. Today I had the breakfast burrito, the cashier was very helpful and accommodating of some recent dietary restrictions I have developed, and she made me a great burrito! I swapped out the bacon for avocado (not normal for me, but like I said, dietary restrictions) and it was just as good as with bacon! My burrito has avocado, eggs, hash browns and tomatoes, and it was exactly what I needed. Good to note that the only bread option is sourdough, however, it is very tasty homemade and fresh sourdough, which is quite the treat. Unfortunately, not for me today, but I have enjoyed it in the past. I usually get to go and drive up the hill to picnic with a view, but I'm looking forward to eating in one day. That atmosphere is very cozy and calm, both the inside and the patio are nice. Speaking of atmosphere, I was happy to see many pride and pro LGBTQ flags in the restaurant, helping foster a welcoming environment for all. TLDR - 1. Good food , good coffee , very fair prices. Mostly serving sandwiches, pastries, coffee. 2. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere and staff. 3. Big wine selection. 4. Cozy interior or nice patio for Al fresco dining.

We stumbled across Stella Luna and I'm glad we gave them a try. Right off the Main Street downtown you'll find this modern chic restaurant with outdoor patio seating. I ordered a Nutella espresso martini mocktail and my man ordered an allagash beer (not on the menu, but on tap) - NEW beer for them, which was a great bonus! There were several people working as wait staff and one bartender, who was the manager that day onsite. Seemed like he was making tons of drinks for several tables - because, sitting at the bar right in front of him- took maybe 5+ minutes to even acknowledge that we were sitting in front of him in the middle of the bar- then it took 15 + minutes to get the two drinks and an order of fries. That was the only downpoint- but everything else was fine. Fries were great with a nice homemade ranch dressing. My mocktail martini was good - quite a lot of foam on top- but pretty and tasted kinda like a fancy chocolate milk. I never usually like wasting money on a mocktail $8 for it- but was yummie. Might come back next time and try some of the food. Great ambience - clean and nice location and size - especially compared to some other places in the village.
