After letting them know what time we would be there we still had to wait about a half hour before we can even sign paperwork to take the bike home. I thought I was helping out by rolling the bike in side to do the picture but instead got about five people, whistling and screaming at me and making a big scene. I was with my wife and child at the time. So instead of pulling me to the side and maybe say something, they decided to embarrass me in front of the whole store. I even talked to my sales person on the side and he continued on embarrassing me. After that, we were sent to accessories and clothing area with the salesman behind the counter there just talked down to me in a condescending way like I didn't know anything. Got out of there as quickly as possible. Just very rude to their customers. I don't understand it. This is the second bike I have purchased from them. But unfortunately, it will definitely be the last.

The customer service was deplorable. We got the bike home, bike was leaking oil. It never leaked before. (See attached pics). Their customer service, well they had none. I had never spent this much on any vehicle repair and have never had a vehicle returned in such poor condition. I would recommend going elsewhere for service or repairs. PS Does not return calls as promised.

I've had them do a handful of things for me and have only have ever had that one issue that they corrected. This would be a five star review if they didn't make the mistake in the first place. So, motorcycles have always been in our blood. We started by getting a couple auto shift no clutch putters for around town. It's fun till you've seen all the same stuff time and time again. After a couple bike changes, we decided to trade in our 2 smaller for 1 larger for my husband to go ride the mountain curves on. He opted for a 26' Kawasaki 900Z. He loves it because it has an awesome cruise system, as well as handles great. Our salesman that we really like working with is Kevin Fox. Super nice guy with great salesman qualities. Now the finance manager is just as equally nice. Dario Lizzarraga has very good customer service and an all-around nice guy. Will add some photos of before and after upgrades soon.

Picked it up August after the repair, took it home, our grandson rode it for about 15 minutes and it died. So disappointed being charged $350 and not repaired. Took it right back and now it's the carb? Another $500! No way. They have no idea what they are doing and would never recommend them to anyone. Now we have a quad that does not run for a $350 repair that was not repaired correctly and let a customer down with no solution but to give them $500 for something that should have been caught with the inspection. Honestly I don't even know if they really even did the throttle cable repair. Shame on them.

On one occasion, the cylinder that needed re-boring was smaller than his boring bar could accommodate. He spent several hours working on the machine to see if it could be adjusted to work on my project. No charge for that. Prices for the work have always been fair, if not below rates at other shops. That might be due to Doc John being the go-to guy to have cylinders bored for several other motorcycle shops in the area. I believe Doc John has re-located from the Mouton st. shop, but the phone number is the same. First, if the owner is a bad driver, that's on him, not the business. Second, the reviewer only assumes it was the owner of the company driving the car.
