So be it. Cry me a river if that's an inconvenience! Do you believe no one has an inconvenience at work ? How about the customer who gets there and has the inconvenience of no one to get them their medicine? I believe it is better for Walgreens to change their policies so their customers are not inconvenienced, after all the customers are who pay Walgreens and Walgreens employees salaries.

My…read morehusband is on multiple medications and they manage to eliminate, be out of stock, etc. he had a new order for insulin and they told me it was on backorder and I would have to go to a different pharmacy, but I was gonna have to call around myself because they didn't have time to do that. When I called the other Arnold Walgreens. the pharmacist on Jeffco informed me that Vogel absolutely had a replacement for it and could have filled it. There was a generic option and generic was approved by the physician. Vogel was just too lazy to do that. Insulin is an extremely important medicine for a diabetic and no one even cared and didn't even call us when they didn't fill it. There has never any communication about anything from them. It's all hit and miss without any clinical thought involved. Someone higher up should look into this Pharmacy. I am an advanced degree nurse and I've spoken to them several times about the mistakes they make and the medications they failed to provide without notification. They never care.

CVS has filled them in no time, has a lot of people working (at least when I'm there) and actually takes care of issues that arise.

But she was talking about how she ran over a groundhog and scooped it up with a puzzle box and she was cursing, using the F word and I had my younger daughter with me. Target in Arnold MO pharmacist ran my medication through…read moreincorrectly and didn't call to tell me it would be on hold (even though it shouldn't of been but was her error). I found out and called insurance, they told me what she did and I had to tell her. But of course they didn't have it in stock but it was too late in the day for her to get an order in for it to be next day. So a very important medication I am suppose to take daily will now miss 2 doses because of her mistake and delay. If she did it correctly I would have gotten it next day. I will be pulling all my family's meds from this location. It has significantly went downhill. I miss the old staff but CVS turnover is ridiculous. I see why now, lazy and unintelligent pharmacists.

Came here after getting to town as I needed to buy band aids, qtips, petroleum jelly and sunscreen…read more This place was like 3x the size of the one at home and I was tired after a long day of travel to try and find what I was looking for so I headed to the area near the pharmacy and found an angel. A woman was stocking shelves and I asked where the items I was looking for where and bless that woman for leading me around to show me where all the items I was looking for were. She showed me the petroleum jelly in various sizes and how the biggest one was the least expensive but I needed a smaller size since I was traveling. She made my experience quick and less stressful since they were announcing the time and when the store closed. The cash wrap was not busy, the person helping us was nice and we even got a free bag (bags cost money where we live) so I got a good chuckle out of that, as did the cashier. I would come to this store again if in the area as it was clean, well stocked, well organized and had friendly people willing to help an overstimulated, tired mom.

There wasn't much of a line at Customer Service, but there were 4 people milling about behind the counter, but only one person helping customers. The return was fairly simple, as I had a receipt, and I didn't have to provide any id. I am not a lover of WalMart, as I dont think their prices are much cheaper than anywhere else, and there always seems to be so many people around. That said, sometimes I go just to see if they have any deals I cant be without.

Had a terrible experience with an employee at CVS Water Tower in Arnold. The only employee there…read moresaid she was a manager. If she is a manager, she needs to be fired immediately. She is rude, won't listen to any problems and is quick to ban a customer rather then try to work on the problem. Thank God for the Lone Star location. Not only is this employee or manager bad for CVS Water Tower business, she is also bad for Schnucks Water Tower.

I got a cart that was so warped, it was heading in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. There were people stocking everywhere. The prices were not impressive, at all. I find better quality and prices at Aldi. When I go to Walmart, I'm left feeling icky. It's only my opinion, I understand I'm likely in the minority. I had a super sweet cashier, however!
