My…read morehusband is on multiple medications and they manage to eliminate, be out of stock, etc. he had a new order for insulin and they told me it was on backorder and I would have to go to a different pharmacy, but I was gonna have to call around myself because they didn't have time to do that. When I called the other Arnold Walgreens. the pharmacist on Jeffco informed me that Vogel absolutely had a replacement for it and could have filled it. There was a generic option and generic was approved by the physician. Vogel was just too lazy to do that. Insulin is an extremely important medicine for a diabetic and no one even cared and didn't even call us when they didn't fill it. There has never any communication about anything from them. It's all hit and miss without any clinical thought involved. Someone higher up should look into this Pharmacy. I am an advanced degree nurse and I've spoken to them several times about the mistakes they make and the medications they failed to provide without notification. They never care.

This pharmacy had it in stock so the dr sent the script there to be filled. I am the subscriber for the insurance. I am the carrier of the hsa card. I am the one who verified with them that the medication was in stock yet they would not let me pick up the medication. She has been out of her medication for over a week now. She works later than they are open and leaves before they open. She has been on this medication since 1st grade and is currently 21 years old and has NEVER picked up her prescription from any pharmacy we have had it filled at. This isn't the first time we have had to find a different pharmacy to fill it at due to it being out of stock. As I entered the pharmacy today I initially thought, maybe I should transfer our medications to a smaller local pharmacy I stead of our usual Walgreen's, BUT nope!! The pharmacist was rude! He said it's MO law and they follow the rules. I questioned it because of all the above reasons I mentioned prior- no other pharmacy has ever refused to allow me to pick up this or any medication for her- and he said well she should have an id to come get it herself. Hopefully she can make the time to go get it, but never ever will I go there and I will share this with anyone who will listens this is why CVS AND Walgreens hold the market share. They may not be perfect, but my daughter has never suffered without her medication longer because of them making their own rules. I find it hard to believe that Walgreens, Sam's, Costco, or CVS all just dont follow the rules. And according the image from HHS.gov the patient is not required to pick it up- I had my ID, we have the same address, I am the insurance subscriber and she is my dependent on the policy. This pharmacy and pharmacist was just being rude and difficult.

They refused me a refund for $6.50 for the wrong items because they said the online order showed regular Mountain Dew. I held in my hand the receipt that Diet Mountain Dew was ordered. They still refused to issue me a refund. Pathetic service from this location. I had the same damn thing happen to me last week and the manager (different location) issued a refund, no questions asked. I ever realized Walgreens was this hard up for money. They wanted me to bring them my receipt. I order deliveries for a reason, being disabled. I'll never do business with this Walgreens again.

As a stockholder and former employee in pharmacies around the metro I have to tell you, this one is…read moretrash. I am super sick and have been to the urgent care thrice to get care, twice to get the right Rx, and told it would be over an hour wait in a zpak and cough syrup. It's literally 4 oz and a label, the z pak is literally scan the label and slap the sticker on it. I was told it would originally take 15 so I went to the custard place next door and came back only to be told it's now an hour. These people have zero respect or patient care. I'm driving around with a fever and pneumonia waiting on an Rx that should take 5, tops. It's not slammed, there was no one in the drive thru lane but me. I literally don't know how this place is in business, but it makes me want to cry. I cared so much for patients and to see how I've been treated even coming in with kindness, just sent me. Please remember, business is your livelihood, it keeps you in a job. Many of us are truly sick, even if we may look okay, your role is important, act like it and serve, it will come back to you tenfold. I'm going to go cry now and hope my custard can take this pain away until I can actually head back out again to go get my cough meds. You guys can do better, retail is hard but hire some people who can be kind and figure it out, there are good people out there. Please get it together, you deserve it, and your patients deserve it, too!

Target in Arnold MO pharmacist ran my medication through…read moreincorrectly and didn't call to tell me it would be on hold (even though it shouldn't of been but was her error). I found out and called insurance, they told me what she did and I had to tell her. But of course they didn't have it in stock but it was too late in the day for her to get an order in for it to be next day. So a very important medication I am suppose to take daily will now miss 2 doses because of her mistake and delay. If she did it correctly I would have gotten it next day. I will be pulling all my family's meds from this location. It has significantly went downhill. I miss the old staff but CVS turnover is ridiculous. I see why now, lazy and unintelligent pharmacists.
