My…read morehusband is on multiple medications and they manage to eliminate, be out of stock, etc. he had a new order for insulin and they told me it was on backorder and I would have to go to a different pharmacy, but I was gonna have to call around myself because they didn't have time to do that. When I called the other Arnold Walgreens. the pharmacist on Jeffco informed me that Vogel absolutely had a replacement for it and could have filled it. There was a generic option and generic was approved by the physician. Vogel was just too lazy to do that. Insulin is an extremely important medicine for a diabetic and no one even cared and didn't even call us when they didn't fill it. There has never any communication about anything from them. It's all hit and miss without any clinical thought involved. Someone higher up should look into this Pharmacy. I am an advanced degree nurse and I've spoken to them several times about the mistakes they make and the medications they failed to provide without notification. They never care.

This pharmacy had it in stock so the dr sent the script there to be filled. I am the subscriber for the insurance. I am the carrier of the hsa card. I am the one who verified with them that the medication was in stock yet they would not let me pick up the medication. She has been out of her medication for over a week now. She works later than they are open and leaves before they open. She has been on this medication since 1st grade and is currently 21 years old and has NEVER picked up her prescription from any pharmacy we have had it filled at. This isn't the first time we have had to find a different pharmacy to fill it at due to it being out of stock. As I entered the pharmacy today I initially thought, maybe I should transfer our medications to a smaller local pharmacy I stead of our usual Walgreen's, BUT nope!! The pharmacist was rude! He said it's MO law and they follow the rules. I questioned it because of all the above reasons I mentioned prior- no other pharmacy has ever refused to allow me to pick up this or any medication for her- and he said well she should have an id to come get it herself. Hopefully she can make the time to go get it, but never ever will I go there and I will share this with anyone who will listens this is why CVS AND Walgreens hold the market share. They may not be perfect, but my daughter has never suffered without her medication longer because of them making their own rules. I find it hard to believe that Walgreens, Sam's, Costco, or CVS all just dont follow the rules. And according the image from HHS.gov the patient is not required to pick it up- I had my ID, we have the same address, I am the insurance subscriber and she is my dependent on the policy. My doctor (not the unqualified human checking me out at a pharmacy) sent a prescription over for 3 medications. When, I asked about the third being missing I was treated like I was the asshole for asking about it and she was giving me an incredible favor by filling it one day early. Let me share something that you all may not be aware of.... By the time the patient gets to the point of purchasing their ghastly overpriced medication, I promise you, our medical system has already put them through substantial hell. Allow me to elaborate on 12/12/25, I regrettably attempted suicide. I have been on 6 psych med changes by "qualified" physicians since July. That's 10 months. Imagine how well my body and mind are adjusting. For the first time, since my attempted suicide I have the same prescription for the first time for 2 consecutive months. How hopeful I was feeling after my appointment today thinking thank God, no changes, delays, meanness. Thank, God. Until, I arrive to your pharmacy, where Ms. cashier makes me feel like shit or a peasant begging for my pills. And if she wasn't the pharmacist who DEDICED whether or not I need my medication an hour after a visit with my doctor, then shame on your business 2X. While I fully understand your commitment to following public safety laws that are there for a reason, you clearly had the capability and stock to fill all 3 of my prescriptions today. Ms. cashier or pharmacist, I don't recall either of you discussing my diagnoses or medication with me ever. I came here the other day to fill 2 scripts. One of them was relatively cheap (about $4 for one…read morepill). It was generic. The other was about $160 for 30 g of generic anti-fungal cream. Yes, you heard that right $160. Well, they didn't fill the $160 script since they didn't know whether I wanted it or not since it was expensive. At first, I understood their concerns & whined about it for a minute. But, then I realized how expensive it costs to make the cream (R & D, marketing, regulatory, quality control, etc.). I was once part of that team, & I was paid well for doing that job. I applaud the staff at this location for making such a concern over the price of the prescription. The staff is always helpful when it comes to getting more of my beloved grandma's diabetic testing strips.

I found out and called insurance, they told me what she did and I had to tell her. But of course they didn't have it in stock but it was too late in the day for her to get an order in for it to be next day. So a very important medication I am suppose to take daily will now miss 2 doses because of her mistake and delay. If she did it correctly I would have gotten it next day. I will be pulling all my family's meds from this location. It has significantly went downhill. I miss the old staff but CVS turnover is ridiculous. I see why now, lazy and unintelligent pharmacists.

Came here after getting to town as I needed to buy band aids, qtips, petroleum jelly and sunscreen…read more This place was like 3x the size of the one at home and I was tired after a long day of travel to try and find what I was looking for so I headed to the area near the pharmacy and found an angel. A woman was stocking shelves and I asked where the items I was looking for where and bless that woman for leading me around to show me where all the items I was looking for were. She showed me the petroleum jelly in various sizes and how the biggest one was the least expensive but I needed a smaller size since I was traveling. She made my experience quick and less stressful since they were announcing the time and when the store closed. The cash wrap was not busy, the person helping us was nice and we even got a free bag (bags cost money where we live) so I got a good chuckle out of that, as did the cashier. I would come to this store again if in the area as it was clean, well stocked, well organized and had friendly people willing to help an overstimulated, tired mom.

The return was fairly simple, as I had a receipt, and I didn't have to provide any id. I am not a lover of WalMart, as I dont think their prices are much cheaper than anywhere else, and there always seems to be so many people around. That said, sometimes I go just to see if they have any deals I cant be without.
